"O-okay ?" Harry asked , a bit surprised Louis listened to him .

Louis nodded and wiped his tears once more , looking away from Harry .

"Yeah . Okay ." Harry whispered to himself , he slowly rose up to his feet , "Thank you , for listening ." He whispered , hoping Louis heard .

Louis nodded , still turned away from Harry .

"Are you hundred percent sure we're not going ?" Niall asked Louis , who nodded . Niall sighed , "I'll go get our suitcases ." He walked away .

Louis went to sit on one of the chairs , he kept replaying in his head what Harry had said to him . He really wanted to forgive him , but it just wasn't that easy . He kept wiping under his eyes , his cheeks burning from the tears and wiping .

Harry watched him closely , his heart breaking at the sight . He had to hold himself back from going up to him and hugging him ever so tightly . He didn't want to scare him even more , hurt him any more . He wanted his Louis , his baby back in his arms so he could love and protect him . He wiped his cheeks from tears and swallowed the lump in his throat , "Please don't cry , it makes ne want to cry too ." He spoke softly .

Louis curled into himself a little , his tears stopped but he was still sniffling .

Niall walked back with their suitcases , having a bit of difficulty . Harry was quick to help him , taking Louis' suitcase .

"Come on Lou , we're going ." Niall said , Louis looked up at him and nodded , getting up from his seat . He hugged his coat around himself tight as he walked next to Niall , letting himself be led out of the airport . 

A part of him was quite disappointed he was still in LA , he wanted to go home to England and stay there with his thoughts . But the other part of him was happy that Harry stopped him , it showed him Harry is still there for him . But he wasn't going to forgive that easily .

They walked out of the place to the parking lot , where Harry parked Dale's car . "I'll drive ." Harry said and opened the trunk for the suitcases , then all three got into the car ; Harry in the driver's seat , Niall in the passanger and Louis in the back .

They all put on their seatbelts , Niall turned to Louis , "You can get some sleep if you want ."

Louis nodded , he really wasn't planning on falling asleep while being in the car with Harry , whether Niall was there or not .

The drive was silence , Harry every once in a while looked in the mirror to check on Louis , who looked like he's about to fall asleep any second .

"Lou ?" Harry spoke quietly , Louis straightened up and rubbed his eyes , "Sorry ."

"Don't be sorry . I just wanted to say that , you can go to sleep , and if you don't wake up by the time we get you two to a hotel then I can carry you ." Harry said , knowing Louis really doesn't want to be around him .

"N-no , it's okay . I can h-hold up ." Louis shook his head .

"Alright . I just , want to know that you'll be comfortable with me carrying you , okay ?" Harry looked at him through the mirror , Louis glanced at him for a second before looking down , "Okay ."

Harry mentally sighed in a huge relief , "Okay ."

By the time they found a hotel , it was one a.m . Harry had an interview in the morning , but Louis was more important .

Niall took the suitcases as Harry carried Louis in his arms , cradling him close to his chest . He missed Louis being in his arms so so bad , he didn't want to let him go . But he knew , if he wants Louis back , it's going to take him a lot of effort . But he could care less .

Fifteen minutes later they found their room , Niall opened the door and let Harry in with Louis , placing him down on the bed . Louis was still fast asleep , exhausted from the last two days' events .

Harry helped him out of his shoes and coat , when his hand landed on the cast around his wrist . He physically flinched and pulled back , taking Louis' arm out of the coat as gently as he possibly could .

Niall watched him from the side , how gentle and tender Harry's touches are . He knew Harry loves Louis more than anything , but it was up to Louis to forgive him .

Harry took a careful hold of Louis' casted wrist , pressing a light kiss to the back of his hand . He looked up to his face , he was still asleep . Harry sighed and lied his arm down on the bed , tucking him under the covers , making sure he's warm and comfortable .

He turned to leave , but Niall took a hold of his arm . He turned to him and gave him a questioning look , "What do you need ?"

"I know you love him ." Niall whispered , "But he's really hurt . Please give him time , don't push him to do things he doesn't want to . He loves you too , and he wants your guys' relationship to work out as much as you want it to . Understand him , please ."

"Trust me on this ." Harry whispered back , "You have no idea how much I love him . If I need to , I'll wait for him forever . I want him to be mine again , I want to hold him and - and kiss him ... I want him , I need him . Please make sure he knows that ."

"I will ." Niall nodded and patted Harry's shoulder softly , "Go get some sleep , I'll talk to you in the morning ."

Harry nodded and hugged him , "Thank you so so much ."

"You're welcome ." Niall patted his shoulder and rubbed his back , they let go and Harry left to go back to his hotel .

The day after , Dale drove Harry to his interview . Louise and Caroline were in the dressing and make up room already , getting things ready for him .

He walked into the make up room , Louise smiled at him , "Hello Harry ."

"Hey Lou ." Harry gave her a small smile and sat on the chair in front of the mirror and table with a small huff . She raised her brow , "Is everything okay ?"

Harry let out a breath and shook his head . "I fucked up ."

"Do you want to talk about it ?" She asked as she started doing his make up and hair .

Harry told her the story , having to stop every few sentences to stop himself from crying .

Louise saw how hard it was for Harry , and no matter how mad she is at him , she promised to help him and give him some tips and advice .

Caroline gave him his clothes and straightened them for him after he got dressed , she told him she heard the story from when he told Louise and hugged him ever so tightly .

"I know you love him , I mean , you're totally in love with him . So let me give you this advice ; every morning and every night , send him a cute text to remind him that you think about him and that you love him , like , "Good morning , I love you . x" or anything you'd like . But don't put too much into the texts , make them simple ."

"Don't send him chocolate , it's too cliche . Maybe flowers here and there , a teddy bear would be nice . Cute little notes help aswell ."

"Make him smile if you can , it's a win move ."

"Don't try touching him at first , show him you respect his space and that you're there . Ask him if he's comfortable , and don't be upset when he says no , just nod and say that it's okay , that you'll wait ."

"When you feel like it's a good time , tell him you'd like to take him out . If he says yes , make sure the date is very casual and it's just the two of you there , no interaction with the world . If he sayd no , then wait ."

Harry came back from the interview , he called Niall and asked if Louis and him wanted to come to their hotel after lunch . Fortunately , Niall said yes .

Zayn and Liam were laying next to each other on the bed , Harry sat on the chair near the small desk . There was a knock on the door , Liam got up to open it , letting Niall and Louis in .

Harry tried not to stare at Louis , but he just couldn't help it . He watched from the side as Liam , Zayn and Niall got a smile out of Louis , and it made him jealous because he wanted to be the reason for his smile .

Liam kept poking at Louis' sides , laughing every time Louis flinched because 'It's just too funny !' . Louis giggled and gave him a light punch to the shoulder , scooting away from him to the other side of the bed .

Harry bit his lower lip ; it pained him to see that Louis' smile wasn't because of him . He was happy that he's smiling , but upset because he wanted to be the one to make him smile .

Liam and Niall started wrestling on the bed , Zayn and Louis got up from the bed and sat on the floor , Zayn cheering Niall and Louis cheering Liam .

Harry made a mental note to thank the boys later for keeping Louis happy ; he really didn't want to see Louis crying again .

Louis noticed that Harry wasn't being a part of them the whole time , and when he glanced at him he saw his pained expression . He felt bad , he knew Harry is sorry but as much as he wanted to forgive him he couldn't right now .

"I'm going to take a nap ." Harry announced and got up from his seat , walking out the door . Louis' heart sunk at his choked voice , as soon as he walked out he rose up to his feet and followed him .

Just before Harry entered his room , he felt a light pat on his shoulder . He turned around to see Louis , making his heart warm up . "What are you doing here ?"

Louis bit his lower lip and fiddled with his fingers , "I wanted to make sure you're okay ."

Harry's heart burst with butterflies and his whole body felt warm , a smile tugging on his lips . "Honestly , I could be better ."

Louis nodded . "I , I wanted to say thank you , for understanding me right now ." Louis looked up at him , "Please don't think I hate you , because I don't . I just need two days to think , and you need this too . Don't be upset over this , it's not like we're breaking up ... right ?" He suddenly became insecure .

Harry's eyes widened " N-no ! No , we're not breaking up ." He shook his head , "And , you don't have to thank me , I do understand you need time , you can have all the time you want . I was an asshole , I know , and I don't deserve you . I punched him because he came to the hotel ."

Louis nodded , "Tyler told me , he saw pictures ."

Harry bit his lower lip , "Oh . Uhm , I'm going to take a nap now , okay ?"

Louis nodded , "Okay ."

Harry gave him a small smile , "Please keep smiling ."

Louis' insides tingled as a smile tugged on his lips , he nodded , "Okay ."

"Okay ." Harry nodded aswell , he gave him one last smile before walking into the room .

Louis lied on his bed , thinking about the conversation he had with Harry . He really loved him , but he didn't want to get hurt anymore .

Niall stepped out of shower , "Let's get some sleep now , yeah ?"

Louis nodded , "Yeah , right ." He sighed and tucked the covers around himself , when his phone went off with a text message .

From : Harry :) xx

Good night baby , sleep tight . Love you . x

His heart warmed up , he bit his lower lip as he smiled at the text .

What Harry didn't expect after sending the text message , was a reply .

From : My Baby xxx

Night , Haz . Love you too . x

He burst into a smile , reading the text over and over . 

"Told you he still loves you ." Liam patted his shoulder with a smile , "Keep going like this and you'll have him back in no time ."

"I hope so ." Harry breathed out , "I miss holding him , and kissing him ."

"We know you do ." Zayn gave him a comforting smile , "I bet he misses it all too . Give him a few more days to think before diving back in , yeah ?"

"Yeah . Okay ." Harry nodded , reading the text one last time before locking his phone .

I know it's short , but I couldn't start my next scenes until next chapter .
