Marinette's  POV:

       "Adrien, wake up!"

      She gently nudges him.

       She hears him sob. She places a hand on his face.

       Adrien looks up at her surprise. He thought she was dead.

        "M-Marinette? But how?"

         "The doctors revived me somehow. I am here."

            "A-Adrien, I-I,"

           "Marinette, I am happy you are alive."

             Adrien hugs me, and my face starts to turn red.

            She hugs him in return.

              She lets go and gently places a hand on his face once more.

                "You have always been there for me.  You even fought for me when I was hurt."

                  "Adrien, thank you for not letting me go. I admire you."

                  Marinette hears him cry again. She does not know why. Perhaps, this time they are happy tears.  She smiles.

                She tucks a strand of hair behind his right ear.  She tugs on his shirt and hears him sigh. She gently places a kiss on his face. She sees his eyes close as if he believes it is not real.

               She kisses his lips slowly. She waits, and sure enough, he returns the kiss.

                "M-Marinette, you k-kissed m-me?"  Adrien mutters in surprise.

                 "Ah, so I did!"

                  "Why?"

                 "Hmm, I do believe that you have the answer.  Adrien, I  love you."
