Marinette finally loosens the ropes that hold her arms and legs to the chair.  She glares at the stranger in anticipation of a fight or possibly worse. It is not like she knows much yet about the boss or his group of workers, other criminals just yet.  She does not intend to stay long to find out. She must break out of her to warn Adrien.

    "Pretty girl you seeing anyone?" The guard asks. He removes the gag off her mouth so she may talk.

   Marinette knocks the ropes off the rest of the way. She stands up smiles and says, " I would never go out with someone like you."  

   "We just barely met, and besides, you are not my type," She says.

"What do I have to do for you to give me a chance?" He asks.

"Haha, nice try, but I am not falling for it," Marinette says. She runs and escapes without Kagami or her boss noticing.

   Agent Snagglepuss is now tied to the chair instead since she outsmarted him. He was such a  flirty crook it is no wonder she got away with it. He can not believe she outwitted him and left like this.

     Marinette gets far away from the hideout with the fishy gang and arrives home safely. She sends a text to Tikki, so she knows not to worry about her.

   Back to the criminals lead by Agent  Watermelon,  Agent Snagglepuss is all tied up.  This is Kim's code name given him to him by the boss because all the agents who work for him have one.

  The boss goes to check on the prisoner. "What is the meaning of this?" He asks. He is not too happy to see one of his men tied up instead of the private investigator.

   "Sir, she got away!" Agent Snagglepuss remarks.

    "What do you mean, she got away?  How did she escape? "  Agent Watermelon asks.

    "Agent Snagglepuss, you are the worst guard I have ever hired," He says angrily.

    "Boss, you want me to track her down?" Agent Starfish (Kagami) asks.

     "That will not be necessary,  Agent Starfish," The boss tells her.

     "I know exactly where she is right now," He says.

   "I do believe she went back to her residence," Agent Watermelon remarks.

   "Oh, but why would she go home?" Agent Starfish asks.

    "She probably thinks she is safe in her home," Agent Watermelon explains to Agents  Starfish and Snagglepuss.

      "My best agent will see to it that she returns later," He says.

         "Boss, I mean Agent Watermelon, who might  your best agent be then?"  Agent Starfish asks.

   Elsewhere with Tikki and Plagg,  "Plagg, I just got a text from Marinette." Tikki says.

   "Tikki, that is great, what does she say?" Plagg asks.

    "She has escaped and is safe now,"  Tikki replies.

     "Wow, that is fantastic!"  Plagg says.

  With Adrien at the safe house, shh...you did not hear it from me, where he is now.  

   Adrien wakes up, takes a look around him and thinks, it is sure is nice to be out of the hospital.   He now sits up on the couch. He wonders what the place has to eat inside it since he hears his stomach grumble.

Meanwhile, with Marinette again, she does online research about her kidnappers. 

"Oh, dear!  It seems they are wanted for various crimes throughout Paris," She says.
