"Well, Marinette what do you say?" Adrien asks.

   "How could you do this to me?" Marinette begins to cry. 

   "How could you let me think you were dead?" Marinette asks. She continues to sob.

    "Marinette, I could not let my father keep from doing what I thought was best," Adrien says. He sighs.

"I do not understand. I thought you were dead for two years." Marinette says. She looks a bit angry now.

   "Marinette, please do not cry," Adrien says. 

 Marinette looks away. She does not know what to think or believe now. 

    "Adrien just go away!" Marinette yells at him as the tears refuse to stop.

   "Marinette do not be this way. " Adrien remarks.

"Adrien you have done enough for today, so go." Marinette retorts. She refuses to look at him.

   "Princess, please tell me what I can do to make it up too you," Adrien says sadly.

   " I said go away because I never want to speak to you again," Marinette says. She does not mean it she is just upset.

     "Marinette I love you! " Adrien says sadly.

    "No, you do not. The boy I loved died years ago or so I thought." Marinette says. She slaps him across the face.

     "Marinette I do love you!  I have for the longest time I can remember, but I will go." Adrien sobs.

    "You lied to me, you let me believe you were dead," Marinette says angrily as ever.

  "I am sorry, but I can not forgive you." She says.

    "Fine, I will go. Farewell, my love.'' Adrien leaves with tears in his eyes.

     Adrien goes back to this hideout.

     Adrien's  POV:

     No, I lost the love of my life.  She hates me.

  Marinette's POV:
 How could Cat be Adrien?  She sobs.

  
 Marinette thinks, all this time was everything just a joke to him.  

    Marinette's  POV:
    I still love him, but I am shocked because he is alive.  Also, because he is Cat Noir and I never knew.

"Plagg, Marinette hates me.  I love her and she hates me." Adrien says between sobs.

"She does not hate you. She just needs time to get used to your being Cat Noir," Plagg says.

"Besides you are the one who faked his own death, remember?"  Plagg asks.

  "I know, but we were happy when she did not know I was Cat Noir," Adrien says.

"Now, she does not want anything to do with me," Adrien says sadly. He sighs.

  " I am sure she loves you and you love her.  I suggest you give her time to process everything."  Plagg says.
