One year and six months later, Adrien smiles at Marinette. She smiles at him.

   He leans in and says, "So, what do you say?  Will you be my wife for Christmas this year?" Marinette blushes, "Y-Yes," She says.

    "Good," He says with a grin. He puts a ring on her finger. He holds her close and kisses her.

    "Awe, cute," Someone says.

   "Sure is," Another adds.

   Adrien and Marinette celebrate their engagement with pizza and a movie.

   It is a fun one called "The Princess Bride."  Marinette blushes when as they watch the movie, Adrien quotes the lines of Welsey to her, especially the words, "As you wish." 

    After the movie ends, "Will you help me clean up the kitchen?" Marinette asks. "As you wish, my lady," Adrien says.

     Marinette smirks as she bops his nose. "Silly kitty," She teases him.  "Yes, but I am your silly kitty," Adrien remarks. 

    The two finish the clean-up job in no time.  

     "I believe Mom would have loved you as I know I do," Adrien says.  Marinette smiles.

     "You think so?" She asks.

    "Yes, I think so," Adrien says.

  The two drink Apple cider and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the blast of the Christmas songs.
