Oh my fucking lord! I just met Moon!

I JUST MET KIM DALHYUN AKA MOON FROM THE X7!

I came right in front of him!

Our fingers fucking brushed!

I served him a fucking drink!

But why would he be here?

I shake my head at the last thought. It doesn't matter why he is here, the thing that matters is that I met him. "I met Kim Dalhyun! The love of my life!" I shouted as loudly as I could as I jumped on my bed and squealed loudly throwing my hands and legs in the air.

I heard the door open as I heard my best friend and my roommate, Tanishka's voice. "I'm trying to study here! So can you please shut the fuck up!"

Tanishka Sehgal who I call Tani for short is my best friend since I was 15 and she was 13. Yes, she is one year, 11 months and 15 days younger than me though she is freaking taller than me by one fucking inch. We met when we recently shifted into a new society and lived in the same building.

Tanishka had shifted from Singapore, but she is still in love with the city. Over the years we both had come very close so we decided to graduate from the same university in Singapore. But then, I wanted to do business studies and she wanted to do Science. I had the option to choose from NUS Singapore and Stanford USA so I went for the latter. Since I always wanted to study in the USA.

Stupid decision?

Yeah, but I don't regret it.

And for us to still be together she chose Stanford over MIT Singapore and I'm forever grateful to her. Tani is in her first year while I'm in my third year. Both of our parents helped us settle down here, a bit away from the campus in a small rental house, appropriate to our needs.

Though we both have very uncommon things between us, we both can relate to each other a lot.

I flipped myself on my bed as I grinned cheekily at her, "did I tell you how much I love you? Saranghae!" I gave her a finger heart.

She just rolled her eyes at me. "Why were you squealing? Did Blackpink release a new song?"

My lips tugged down sadly, "you think? If that ever happened I would have shouted in the middle of the street not in my fucking room."

She gave a bored expression, "so? What happened?"

"So... I met this guy—" before I could continue I saw her jumping on my bed, upon me as I fell beneath her.

"You betrayed my baby Moon!" She shouted so loudly that I'm sure that I'm deaf now. "How could you! Do you know how heartbroken my baby would be!"

She continued shouting as I just lie there listening to her. Tani is a peaceful XO, and one of my friends introduced me too X7 and tried to make me an XO. But alas, her wish didn't get fulfilled but she is happy that Moon would be her forever crush.

She is the only one who knows, that I'm in love with an idol. I just couldn't open up with my other friends.

"That guy is Moon itself!" I shouted back when I decided that I had enough of her rambling. She looked at me like I had grown two heads. I scoffed and said, "I'm saying the truth. I saw Jae and Moon in the café we work. I served them both."

"But... why would they be here?" She asked as she got off me and sat on the bed crossing her legs, I followed her position while leaning against my bed's headboard. "I mean, I know that they've gone somewhere for a vacation and no one knows where. But it just doesn't make sense for them to be here, for a fucking vacation."

"It makes perfect sense." I say, "Palo Alto is a beautiful small city, especially the area around Stanford. So they can easily enjoy their vacation without attracting XOs." I shrugged.

"Good point." She nodded, "so what are those two like? Why didn't you get their autograph or click a selfie? And! Why didn't you call me!" She shouted to me.

This time I rolled my eyes at her, "they're on vacation for god's sake. Let them be in peace. And technically, I shouldn't have even told you this but considering you are my bestie..." I trailed off with a grin as I saw smoke coming out of her ears.

"You bitch!" She shouted and lunged at me but I immediately jumped out of bed as she followed me around the house. I kept laughing hard while she threw her very innovative cusses.

I open my small diary with the key which was around tied around my neck with a silver chain. With a sigh, I look at the second reason written. I take out my unicorn pen from the pen stand and scratch it. It was about how we may ever meet.

That's so not true now.

But technically we still didn't officially meet, my thoughts travelled towards the man in black I had met in the market a few days ago. There was something about him which had captured my mind, whenever I think about Moon my thoughts would automatically travel towards the man in black, the mysterious man in black.

But why did he look and sound so familiar? Especially after seeing Kim Dalhyun today for the first time, why did both of them seem so familiar? By chance...?

No shake my head vigorously, that's bull Dawn. That's impossible.

I flip through the pages and write a reason in a fresh one,

The man in black, who I saved isn't Kim Dalhyun. He just can't be.

The fact of the chapter,

When I think of the female character, it took me a lot of time to develop her character sketch. A LOT means around 3 fucking months.
In the end, I decided to make her a lil' like me.
