My fingers hesitated to press the enter button as I grabbed a pillow and screamed into it. I didn't want to be loud otherwise everyone else would wake up.

It was past midnight and I wasn't able to sleep thinking over and over again about Dawn, or should I say Shiya.

All the information about her then admitting to myself that I like her, is just too much for me. It seems like everything in the world just happened in a matter of a few hours. I got her call, I went to save her, I invited her over for the night, she met my hyungs, and she expertly charmed all of them.

I loved that part of the night.

Then feeling sad because she was sad, then cleaned my wounds which had me so, physically close to her. Then my sudden outburst about who she is, then her telling me the truth. Though she was cold, it felt great to know that she considers me someone with whom she can share this huge secret.

I admitted that I like her, I like a girl who is like the ideal type list, maybe the only difference is that she has short, curly hair and is like 10 years younger than me.

Holy shit, I like a girl who is 10 years younger than me.

But does she even like me?

If she had been an XO then, frankly, it would've been easy to understand if she likes me. 'Cause let's face it, every XO loves X7, you know not to like... literal love. But overall I'm sure they like us.

Not wanting to think if Shiya likes me, I unlocked my phone and searched her name by Smiling Dawn. And immediately there google verified information about her, with some pictures. She was identified as the Nation's given name. I clicked on images as I saw multiple pictures of her, and in most of them, she was smiling like an angel.

I clicked on one where she was smiling at the camera while hugging some guy, and the guy was smiling down at her. She looked years younger with hair to her chest, and as usual, she didn't have any makeup on. I scrolled down as I saw the small description reading, 'Shiya Saathvik featuring on Business world with her...'

Is it some boyfriend or worse... fiancé?

Wanting to check what was after her, I clicked on the link and read the description with a sigh of relief. 'Shiya Saathvik, popularly known as Smiling Dawn featured on Business World with her brother Siddharth.'

I read a few more lines talking about Dawn and she recently graduated from— some Indian institute—brother. I check the year of publishing and it showed 2021, so Dawn was around 16 here.

I exited the website as I scrolled through a few pictures saving the ones I clicked. There were even a few with her family and a few with some friends. I clicked on Tani as it showed me an Instagram link, getting surprised and curious I clicked on the link as her profile popped up.

Her latest update dated 2024, where there was this video of her and Tani boarding a private plane, they both were blabbering something beyond my understandable skills. Then Dawn waved at the camera with a smile saying, "I'm finally taking my soulmate with me. So excited to live with this beach." She squealed softly, "I hope you guys won't miss me, because I won't. Bye! Saranghae!" She made a finger heart then the video ended.

I smiled at her as I continued scrolling through her profile, she posted many pictures of herself, some were hot according to me though she wasn't wearing anything revealing. She had even posted photos of landscapes, especially of the setting sun or horizon over a beach.

Her aesthetic pictures were catchy, and I could admit that she is good at photography. She had even posted a few sketches and paintings of hers, which were mind-blowing. Then my eyes widened as I saw a video with my face on it. Immediately clicking on it I watched as a younger version of Shiya came in front of the camera.

Her face was full of charcoal marks as she smiled and waved at the camera, "hey guys, so Tani's birthday is coming up and I decided to gift her something. I hope Tani doesn't watch this before her birthday. Anyways, comment if you like it," she switched the camera as I saw two charcoal paintings of myself and BaekHyun Hyung. "How's it?"

Mind-blowing. I'm speechless Shiya.

"It's been a long since I sketched something on the canvas and thought this would be the perfect break. And here I am completing two sketches, respectively of Moon and Treasure from X7, Do you guys know them? I think everyone knows them. So yeah, I personally like Moon's more, which one do you like more?"

She likes mine more, I chuckled to myself. As the video ended I scrolled down more to find many paintings and sketches of singers like The Weekend, Blackpink members, Halsey, Troye Sivan, Ava Max, Shawn Mendez, and many more.

It seemed like she liked painting and sketching Artists or anything related to music as I found some more aesthetic works related to music.

I exited her account after mesmerising her Id as I clicked on the Videos section in Google. Reading some descriptions I clicked on the one saying, 'Shiya Saathvik changing people's minds upon K-pop, especially X7.'

I saw some female pop on the screen as she immediately started speaking but in Hindi—which I'm guessing—so I turned on the subtitles and read what she was talking about, 'in a recent interview with a famous influencer, Shiya Saathvik, popularly known as Smiling Dawn spoke, what she thinks about the latest K-pop sensations, which has taken over almost the whole world.'

'After telling us what she thinks about k-pop, she also mentioned that our Indian males or parents are not exactly fond of k-pop, especially the male idols. She thinks that are various reasons behind this, stating each one of them, carefully. Soon she laid down important and impressive points about why parents and the male population shouldn't worry and let themselves go with the flow.'

'She also stated that her brother likes K-pop and stans various groups like X7, BLACKPINK, ENHYPEN, TXT, ITZY, etc. Also, their parents have no problem with their children listening to it, they listen to k-pop along with them.'

'We collected reports and reviews from the public, about what they think of Shiya's views. If she is right or wrong. And according to them, many people are changing their minds as they start going with the flow. Some people do not agree with her, but more than half of the country agrees and intends to give k-pop sensations a try.'

'This may be a small revolutionary move by Shiya as she once again proves her skills as an influencer.' The video ends as I grinned, I can't believe Shiya was the one who was behind this move.

One or two years back, we witnessed a sudden increase in our number of fans, the sales of our album, etc from India. We were ecstatic. We had been told that because of some big influencers, Indians were getting into k-pop which lead to the sudden increase.
