AU Bio: An tLMtCE AU where Kunimi, Kindaichi & Kageyama had a huge fight after the match against Yukigaoka while shouting out their frustrations, but this helps them get over their animosity and they grow to become close friends, leading them to go to Karasuno together. 

Pairings: 

Kunimi Akira x Kageyama Tobio, Yamaguchi Tadashi x Yachi Hitoka, Sawamura Daichi x Sugawara Koushi

Characters: 

1. Kageyama Tobio

-> The main setter for Kitagawa Daichi, and later on Karasuno. Originally he has a problem with socialising with others, and it leads to misunderstandings with the rest of the Kitagawa Daichi team. However, after the fight with his friends, he, Yutaro, and Akira get over their differences and they nearly beat Shiratorizawa Middle. He is socially awkward, and while he's fluent in volleyball, he actually has no proficiency with kanji. 

2. Kindaichi Yutaro

-> Reserve middle blocker for Karasuno after playing as the main one in Kitagawa Daichi. He's optimistic and a bit dim in terms of romance and others, but when it comes to volleyball, he's focused and keeps his eyes on the goal. He has been "adopted" by Koushi, and he enjoys spending time with the team even though he shies away from it on most days. He's actually the smartest of the trio (surprising, really), but he loses focus really easily. 

3. Kunimi Akira

-> Reserve wing spiker for Karasuno after playing as the main one in Kitagawa Daichi. After fighting with Tobio and Yutaro, he slowly starts to realise that there are things worth spending time on. Because of this, he puts in effort in volleyball, although sometimes his energy-saving mode happens during quizzes which causes him to fail. When it comes to exams,  though, he can pass with flying colors. 

4. Hinata Shouyou

-> Main middle blocker for Karasuno after being the captain for Yukigaoka. His basics are horrible at first, but with help from Tobio and Yutaro, he gets better at it and even learnt how to read block ahead of time from Yutaro. He has a thirst for victory and volleyball; something he and Tobio share, and with that, they become fast frenemies. They actually work well as a duo, which makes Akira jealous at first before he realises Shouyou doesn't see him that way; they're platonic soulmates. He is also an excitable kid who absorbs everything he can to nurture his skills. Sadly, he and Tobio are bad with studies. 

5. Tsukishima Kei

-> Main middle blocker for Karasuno and the backbone of their defense. After being lied to by his brother about his position in Karasuno when he was a student, his love for volleyball shrunk significantly, and he refused to put in the effort needed. But gradually, with the help of his fellow first-years and Tadashi's outburst at him, he rediscovers his love for it and puts in more effort. He and Akira get along like a house on fire due to their salty and laidback nature, and it is something that Tobio envies until he realizes that they're just two peas in a pod (it took Tobio a while to know what that meant) and they see each other as a family of sorts. 

6. Yamaguchi Tadashi

-> Reserve pinch server for Karasuno and Kei's childhood friend. He was bullied until Kei came to rescue him, and they became friends from there. He was there when Kei found out about his brother's lies, and grew concerned when Kei began to change for the worse. Still, he stuck by him and became a bit salty due to it, but he still cares immensely for his childhood friend. Like Shouyou and Tobio, they're platonic soulmates and always have each other's back. He gradually becomes more independent and his kinder and softer side shows itself, which starts falling for Hitoka. 

7. Sawamura Daichi

->  The captain and opposite hitter of the regular Karasuno roster, he is the dad of the group and takes care of everyone. While he seems scary and a bit bossy at first, he genuinely has everyone's best interests at heart and strives to make it to Nationals. When he's not scolding the team's idiots (read: Shouyou, Tobio, Ryunosuke, Yuu, Yutaro [not for studying though]), he's a good-natured guy who can get a bit too intense, least of all when faced with Kuroo Tetsurou. 

8. Sugawara Koushi

-> The vice-captain and backup setter for Karasuno, he is the mom of the group and likes caring for his little family. He is particularly kind to Yutaro, and tends to spoil him after a good game. Despite all that, he has self-esteem issues due to his position as a backup setter. However, he still cheers on his teammates from the sidelines, and supports Tobio the best that he can. He's also in love with the dad of the team.

9. Azumane Asahi

-> The ace of Karasuno, who's a soft-spoken male with the lack of a spine despite his tough appearance. He quit the team after a match against Date Tech, which led him to lose his confidence. After reuniting with Yuu, he slowly grows more confident, and Yutaro is there to support him too. He's the kind yet easily scared uncle of the family.

10. Tanaka Ryunosuke

-> One of the main wing spikers for Karasuno, he's very brash and outspoken. However, he does care for his kouhai and looks out for fellow teammates. He's very good friends with Yuu and Taketora from Nekoma, with the unofficial nickname for their group the "Simp Trio" since they all love Kiyoko and want to "protect" her from "predators". 

11. Nishinoya Yuu

-> The libero for Karasuno, Yuu speaks his mind and is very excitable. While he had been suspended near the end of his first year, he came back to Karasuno ready to join the team again. He actually has a crush on Asahi, but covers it up with his so-called love for Kiyoko. Ryunosuke and Tora are aware of this, and are supportive when it comes down to it. 

12. Ennoshita Chikara

-> A backup player for Karasuno, he's a levelheaded person who acts like a dad when Daichi's not around. He's the future captain of the team, even though he had once abandoned volleyball due to how harsh the training was. However, he soon came back. He has self-esteem issues but works to resolve them with Yutaro's help, who wants to be there for his sempais. He also has crushes on Hisashi and Kazuhito.

13. Kinoshita Hisashi

-> A backup player for Karasuno, he's the emotional backbone of the team and gives support by being there for his fellow second-years. While seeming bland at first, he shows his personality when Tobio is confused about his feelings for Akira, Kei when he's conflicted about his feelings for his brother, and Tadashi when he's unsure whether Hitoka likes him back. He's also there to help Yuu as he struggles with his feelings for Asahi. He's a really nice guy who won't turn his back on his teammates, and despite his insecurities, he'll do his best in everything for his loved ones.

14. Narita Kazuhito

-> A backup player for Karasuno, he's the coolheaded one who keeps Chikara from losing his cool while providing a foundation for Hisashi. He's quite good-natured and is usually seen cracking jokes with Yutaro and his crushes. He does his best in volleyball not just for the team, but for Hisashi and Chikara because he cares for them immensely. 

15. Shimizu Kiyoko

-> She's a manager in her final year of high school, and she tries to support the team the best she can. Her beauty is what attracts Ryunosuke and Taketora plus many others, but she always refuses their advances, because she's not interested. She used to be a track star who injured her leg before being offered the job of the volleyball club manager, which she took on and has been doing it ever since. She enjoys her job, but won't hesitate to shut down anyone. She also forms a motherly bond with Akira.

16. Yachi Hitoka

-> She joins the team after their loss to Seijou in InterHigh and supports them despite her own insecurities. While seeming to be a total wreck at first, Hitoka slowly grows to become a reliable manager who won't crack under pressure thanks to Tadashi's help at Akira's suggestion. It's from there that their crush on each other grows, and they eventually start dating.
