He pinned the crime on someone and killed the detective in charge, making sure to make it seem like a suicide. He has been on the run until he arrives at Yokohama with a plan to make the Gifted kill all non-Gifted.

Traps someone's physical and mental states in their trauma, allows him to manipulate their bodies & spirits.

[final form] materialises them as people, they have to be defeated to dispel the shadows.

Ability: The Tale of Two Timely Spaces

He can travel to different times and spaces, can't trigger the butterfly effect otherwise the coordinates to the time and world will change and the world will take longer to refind it. He needs coordinates to go to that specific time.

ADA: He works for them but also spends time with the Port Mafia Executives.

Osamu Dazai: He is used to his antics and spends time with him the most among the ADA members aside from Atsushi.

Background: He was a child around the time that the Nian legend began to spread. He tried to stay away from society, but he couldn't resist and ended up coming around, scaring people. He ended up feeling sad over it and eventually left China, landing in London and meeting Twilight and Sha Rijan, who proceeded to allow him in. He's been working for them ever since.

Ton: He doesn't blatantly follow her, and points out logical flaws in her plans. 

Wayne: He treats Wayne like his younger brother, and they usually spend time together.
