AU Bio:

In this AU, all the Trainers go to Hogwarts. (Either they still have Pokemon or not). They each specialise in different aspects, and chaos occurs. This also takes place in the modern world, and this branch of Hogwarts is for Japanese-descended wizards who migrated to Britain.

Characters:

1. Satoshi Kimini (3rd year)

He's a half-blood who specialises in Defence against the Dark Arts. When the Hat scanned him, it found loyalty to be his greatest trait and put him in Hufflepuff. He's a boisterous, practical and less focused on studies person, who does what needs to be done. He's also quite chaotic and has a knack for befriending the weirdest of people, from Kasumi to Gou and Koharu. However, he also has a knack for getting into trouble. Good thing his speciality is DADA. He has a pet Puffskein named Pikachu if he doesn't already have Pikachu.

2. Kasumi Kirifukai (4th year)

She's a Gryffindor pureblood whose hometown is in Scotland, living near the sea her entire life. She has a slight accent to match, and she specialises in Defence against the Dark Arts too, which leads her to have competitions with Satoshi often. However, they also work together well, and have worked together on numerous occasions to fight off threats. She has a pet Hippocampus if she doesn't already have Koduck.

3. Takeshi Nibi (7th year)

He's a Ravenclaw and the pureblood is proud of it. He's also an aspiring archeologist who desires to learn more about the past through the ancient stories of the stones he finds, which is why he specialises in Ancient Magic. As a result, he's always found searching for them-- or girls. He's looking for girls to woo over, although Kasumi is always there to ensure that he doesn't act out of line. He has tons of younger siblings, and cares for them during the holidays. If he doesn't have a Haganeil, he has a Horned Serpent with its name.

4. Shigeru Ookido (3rd year)

He's Satoshi's childhood friend whose expertise lies in the Study of Ancient Runes, and he's a half-blood too. He is arrogant and aloof on the outside, but he genuinely cares for his friends and is just expressing it differently, which is why he was put into Hufflepuff. He is also Headmaster Ookido's grandson. He has a pet Grindylow named Kamex if he doesn't have Kamex.

5. Musashi Yumeooku (6th year)

She's a friend of Nurse Joy in the pharmacy and spends time there in her spare time, which is why she is an expert in Healing. She is part of Slytherin despite being a muggle, and has a crush on Kojiro. While seeming overdramatic, she is actually a really caring person and does her best to heal the idiots who get hurt on a daily basis (read: Satoshi). If she doesn't have an Arbok, she has a Runespoor with its name, and a Boggart named Sonansu.

6. Kojiro Shinji (6th year)

Specialising in Defence against the Dark Arts too, Kojiro comes from a rich pureblood family that he refuses to be associated with. Because of this, he tries to help others the best he can, although he overcompensates a lot. He tends to use a lot of money too (from his part-time job during the summer) and is teased about being a fashionista. He has a Puffskein named Growlie if he doesn't have Growlie.

7. Nyarth (teaching assistant)

Nyarth is a Nekomata (if there are no Pokemon in the world) who is an assistant teacher for Care for Magical Creatures. He's close friends with Musashi and Kojiro, having started the year they did, and they spend time together often with Sonansu. He's very knowledgeable but tends to derp a lot with Satoshi, since they share a brain cell. He can also talk to other Pokemon/mythical creatures, getting along especially well with Pikachu, Growlie and Arbok.

8. Sakaki Uchuusen (teacher)

He's the Divination teacher at Hogwarts and the head of the Slytherin house, owning a pet cat named Persian if he doesn't already have his Persian. He is strict and can act antagonistic, however, he has a good heart within, believing in unity. As a result of his mother's teachings, he had been a Death Eater, but he soon learnt he was wrong, and worked to redeem himself. He's quite caring despite everything, and he tends to tease Nyarth for being jealous of Persian.

9. Haruka Izanagi (3rd year)

She's a Hufflepuff and Satoshi's housemate, so she spends a lot of time with him. As a result, she remains a close friend of his as he goes through the school year, and encourages him to open up to his crush about his feelings. She has an affinity to Muggle Studies, and aspires to one day travel around the world to help create a bridge between Muggles and wizards. Although she may think of some things as troublesome, she won't hesitate to do them, and she would do anything for her loved ones. If she doesn't have her Bursyamo, she has an owl with its name.

10. Masato Izanagi (1st year)

He's a Ravenclaw, but despite his age, he already has an affinity to History of Magic. He tends to find himself buried in books, preferring theory over practical application. However, as he spends more time with his friends, he slowly comes to understand that there needs to be a balance between theory and application, and becomes more outgoing. He has a pet Puffskein named Ralts if he doesn't have his Pokemon.

11. Hikari Declan (3rd year)

She's a Hufflepuff; a bit clumsy but still does her best to perform to the best of her ability. As a result of her desire to make others smile, she's become a master at Charms, and has Performance Studies as her elective in 3rd year. While she has a crush on Koharu, she refuses to admit it to anyone but her Pochama, who is an owl if there are no Pokemon.

12. Irisu Ryuusuke (4th year)

A Gryffindor with a big dream, Irisu is close friends with Kasumi, and the two often have fun teasing Satoshi. Irisu is a huge fan of Care for Magical Creatures, bonding specifically well with Dragons, and wanting to be a Dragon Ambassador in the future. As a result of that, she's been learning a lot about dragon language with the help of her Dragon partner, Kibago.

13. Dento Fleur (5th year)

He is a Ravenclaw with an immense knowledge of many things, always wanting to know more and hone his skills better by learning from books or even asking his teachers for advice and guidance. As a result, he was teased for being a bookworm and teacher's pet until he met Irisu and they became friends. He has a slight crush on her for that, although he still remains mature in the face of her childishness. He has a pet Bowtruckle named Yanappu if there are no Pokemon there.

14. Serena Francois (3rd year)

She had met Satoshi briefly, and she had decided that she was going to try to impress him. As a result, she has been trying to get him to notice her, although most of her attempts fall short due to her blushing. Thankfully she does get over her crush on him and she becomes more aware of her actual dream; to reach the top of the Magical Performing scene. She's fashion-conscious and excels in Performance Studies, and she's very kind to everyone she meets, which is why the hat placed her in Hufflepuff. She has a pet cat named Tairenar if Pokemon don't exist in this world.

15. Citron Lumiere (5th year)

He's a Ravenclaw who cares a lot for his friends, and makes inventions to help them out, although most of the time they don't really work. Despite these failures, he doesn't give up and keeps going, the desire to help his friends fresh every day. He excels in Muggle Studies, demonstrating how he thinks technology and magic can be fused theoretically and is always trying to bring them to life. Even though he struggles with social interaction, one can trust Citron to have anyone's back. He has a Rentorar which is a cat if there are no Pokemon.

16. Eureka Lumiere (1st year)

She's Citron's younger sister, but she was put in Hufflepuff due to her loyalty to her friends. Her strength lies solely in her emotional empathy for others, and it's one that comes in handy when there's tension in the group. She tries to help others, although at times her matchmaking attempts for her brother fall short and end up being embarrassing. She has a chubby rat named Dedenne if no Pokemon existed.

17. Mao Mori (2nd year)

An avid cook, Mao loves cooking more than anything in the world. This Hufflepuff doesn't give up on anything, and cares a lot for her friends. While she does tend to be frustrated over her friends' antics, Mao loves them a lot too, and is proud of her father's position as one of the best chefs in the magical world. Due to this, she helps the house-elves cook often and can be found chatting with them about various recipes. She does well in other main subjects though, and she's mighty proud of that. She has a pixie named Amajo if there are no Pokemon in this world.

18. Suiren Mizuryuu (2nd year)

Suiren is a passionate battler like Satoshi, and excels in Combative Charms, although her elemental expertise lies in Water Combat. She's a feisty jokester who will fight to protect her loved ones, no matter how perilous the dangers may be, which is how she's a Hufflepuff. She is a derper too, though, and is part of the Chaos Club with Satoshi and the other chaos creators. She has a siren friend named Ashirene if there are no Pokemon around.

19. Lillie Aether (2nd year)

Lillie is a proud Gryffindor who will stand up for her friends no matter how hard it may be on her. Even though at first she's very apprehensive about interacting with other students and magical creatures, when she is gifted her Rokon/Yuki-onna, Shiron, she slowly gets familiar with them. The trauma she's been struggling with is easier to cope with as time allows her to grow stronger on her own. She doesn't give up easily and will fight hard for her loved ones. She doesn't have a specific specialty, though.

20. Kaki Kazanta (4th year)

He's a Fire Combat Specialist who knows many forms of magic. As a result, he can be hot-headed but very smart when calm. He is training to become a warrior for his family and continue the family business, a Floo delivery service if there are no Pokemon. He has a baby Norwegian dragon named Bakugames if this is a world without Pokemon, and is known to be a great Dragon Tamer. He is in Gryffindor.

21. Mamane Denari (2nd year)

He's a Ravenclaw with a penchant for yellow, and he may be stubby but he is fierce. He loves learning and learning, never giving up, and it's mirrored by his cute Puffskein named Togedemaru. He is good with Lightning magic, although it's more focused on science, and he is close friends with Citron as a result of that.

22. Gladio Aether (4th year)

He is Lillie's older brother, although before the reveal he went by the name of Gladion Johnson in order to keep his sister safe from the Aether family's dark side. Gladio is moody and snappy, yet also loyal to his friends and family. He in particular cares a lot for his sister. His loyalty placed him in Hufflepuff which he finally embraces after saving his parents. His pet, a dog named Blackie if no Pokemon exist, is second only to Null, a mythical hybrid friend of his.

23. Hau Melemele (2nd year)

He is an excitable person and is filled with energy, so he matches the chaotic energy in Hufflepuff. Despite this, he is one of the best duelists in his year, and tends to duel with Kasumi and Satoshi when he's bored. He is also the only one to know of Gladio's true identity until his family comes back, and he is implied to have a crush on him as well. He has an owl named Junaiper if there are no Pokemon.

24. Gou Shinkawa (3rd year)

A Ravenclaw with a sharp tongue, although he is actually kind, Gou grew up lonely, with no one but Koharu to keep him company. As a result, he's grown weary of everyone he meets, snapping at anyone who seems untrustworthy. However, after meeting Satoshi, Gou begins to open up, being closer to him than anyone else, and ends up joining their friend group. He has 3 Pokemon/pets; a rabbit named Aceburn, a lizard named Inteleon, and a pixie named Sarunori.

25. Koharu Sakuragi (3rd year)

She's a jack of all trades Gryffindor who is also childhood friends with Gou. With her kindness and sharp tongue, one could think that she wasn't fit for that house, but it only begins to shine afterwards once she befriends Hikari, growing closer to her, and meeting her Pokemon partner/Puffskein, Eevui. Her curiosity and bravery show powerfully as she fights with Hikari against various threats, causing Hikari to fall in love with her.

26. Souta Sakuragi (1st year)

He is Koharu's younger brother and he loves his sister although he thinks that she's a trouble magnet. He is also put in Gryffindor, but he is the more understandable choice at first until Koharu's bravery shines, and he is proud that his sister's broken her shell. He accepts Hikari too. He doesn't have a Pokemon/pet yet, but he doesn't mind, spending time with his dad's dog/Wanpachi when he has free time.

27. Professor Sakuragi (Teacher of Care for Magical Creatures)

He is Koharu and Souta's father, being interested in all types of mythical creatures, which may or may not include Pokemon depending on the kind of the world it is. Because of their interest, he takes on Satoshi and Gou as TAs, with Koharu eventually joining in with Hikari. He is very curious about the mysteries the world holds, so once in a while, he calls them out to journey to other places. He has 2 TAs aside from the four, Kikuna and Renji, who help him out during various tasks. He has his pet dog/Wanpachi with him. 

28. Headmaster Yukinari Ookido (Headmaster)

He watches over the school with a slightly strict but kind hand. While he does try to be there for his loved ones, sometimes he falls short and it results in bad stuff. However, it is always resolved in the end, and he knows when to apologize for his shortcomings. If Pokemon exist in this world, he usually teaches the kids how to take care of them with Sakuragi in their first year before letting them learn more on their own, believing each kid grows on their own and will figure out their own way of bonding with their Pokemon. He has a pet Puffskein named Betbeton if no Pokemon exist.

29. Professor Sonia (Teacher of Charms)

She is Dande's childhood friend and a master at Charms, knowing how to make them extravagant and cute for the world to see. However, she is also interested in knowing how they function in real life; in other words application. Because of this she can be seen experimenting with different charms often, mainly in spars against her childhood friend due to his own proficiency in fighting. She is hinted to have a crush on him too.

30. Professor Dande (Teacher of Defense against the Dark Arts)

He is one of the best battlers in the school, teaching kids how to combat and how to avoid various situations. With a few titles under his belt, Dande tries to prepare his students for every situation imaginable, since his dad had taught him everything he had to know from his own experiences back in his time, so he wants to carry it on. However, he also has a reputation in Quidditch and his biggest rival is Kibana, who he considers a tough one alongside Satoshi. They tend to talk together and Satoshi looks up to him a lot, considering him a father figure and a rival at the same time. He also has a crush on Sonia but seems oblivious to it.

31. Professor Kibana Knuckle (Teacher of Flying & Quidditch)

Dande's biggest rival, Kibana is a bit arrogant yet very good at Quidditch. His outward appearance makes it so that only those who truly know him can see the kindness he actually has. He is also very valiant and has fought against various threats to the school, such as Faba and Rose. As a result, he has slightly fewer titles than Dande but it's still not a small number.

32. Professor Magnolia (Teacher of Ancient Runes)

She is one of the strictest professors in the school, and she has a reputation to uphold, but she also cares a lot for her students, being strict in order to teach them how to be great wizards. She is also very skilled in combat, although age has not helped her at all. Mentioning it will get one detention, so the cheeky ones know to hold their tongues because her detentions are BRUTAL.

33. Professor Lusamine Aether (Teacher of Ancient Magic)

She was one of the people who threatened the school when losing her husband led her to desperate lengths to bring him back. However, after being stopped Lusamine has slowly grown to be a better parent, although it's small and seemingly insignificant. She's easily excited and will do her best to teach her students what she can. She also tends to smother her children a lot, but it is slowly left behind after Mohn comes back, allowing her children more freedom.

34. Professor Mohn Aether (Teacher of Combative Charms)

He's Lusamine's husband who is either researching Ultra Beasts or obscure cryptids in the wizarding world. Mohn ends up getting sucked into a portal early on but is brought back with the help of all the students. Thanks to that, he is reunited with his family, and he helps Lusamine through rehab, allowing her to be a better person to her loved ones.

35. Professor Kukui (Teacher of Muggle Studies)

He is interested in many things, most notably the interactions between Muggles and wizards and Pokemon. He is also crushing on Burnet, and manages to realise it thanks to his students. He marries her and they have a baby boy named Lei later on. He is also a proficient battler, and can hold his own in a fight against Dande or Kibana for a good while. He has a cat named Gaogaen if there are no Pokemon. 

36. Professor Burnet (Teacher of Potions)

She was Lusamine's TA when she was a student alongside Wicke but soon became a teacher for Potions. She had met Kukui that way, and she's never looked back ever since he proposed to her. She is pretty excitable and very popular as a great teacher consequently due to the way she teaches that can make even the dumbest of people understand. In fact, she's taught other subjects as a tutor. She is quite dedicated to her research too, but she also admires Kukui's battling style and aspires to be like him. She has a Bowtruckle named Munchlax if Pokemon don't exist.

 37. Kikuna (TA)

She's one of Professor Sakuragi's TAs, and she loves Koduck/sirens, showing her fangirl side when they show up. Despite this, she is serious and dedicated to her work. She really cares for her friends too. She has a pet Grindylow named Koduck if Pokemon don't exist. 

38. Renji (TA)

He's also a TA for Professor Sakuragi and he is a diligent student. He has a pet Chizpurfle named Françoise if there are no Pokemon. He's very upbeat, lazy, and very smart. 

39. Kenji (TA)

He's a TA and secretary to Professor Ookido. He loves drawing, and has been known to be found all around the campus drawing various things out as requested by Professor Ookido. He has a pet rat named Marill, A Bowtruckle named Kongpang, and a Vampyr Mosp named Strike to help in his work if there are no Pokemon. 

40. Professor Wicke (Teacher of Dream Studies)

She's a TA to Professor Lusamine Aether but also teaches Dream Studies. She wishes for all her students to understand the underlying meaning of dreams and use that knowledge to bring more self-development to them. She has a shapeshifting kitsune friend named Metamon if Pokemon don't exist.
