After stumbling along the wrong paths for so long.  

Your enticing thoughts seeped from the inside drawing me in.

You opened yourself up to me letting me know all your deepest secrets and feelings.

Taking me from one journey to the next.

I felt all your sadness, anger, heartache, and despair.

I was there through all the joy, excitement, love, and care.

Now as I let you go live this life with someone else I'll cherish the moments with you.

I'll move on to find another.

Maybe with time, we will find each other again but right now someone else needs you.

They need to shed those tears, scream those screams, laugh those laughs and live that life.

I won't forget you as I place you back on the shelf running my hand down your spine one last time.
