Day 8,  Chat stops by no surprise there.

     "Hi."

    "Hi, Chat!"

      "Awe, Chat is here! I knew you two were together!"

     Alya takes a photo.  She is big-time fangirling right now. She ships Adrienette, but Marichat even more.

    "Alya, we are only friends!'' Marinette yells.

     "Yes, Alya princess and I are just friends."

       "Ugh, you know what, forget I said anything. I might as well go because you two are as bad as Adrien."

            Marichat waves bye to her.

            Marinette and Chat watch a movie as they enjoy some popcorn.

             Afterward, Chat hears his ring beep.  "Ugh, again, already?"

             "I  suppose, since my time is up, I will go!  See you same time, same place, tomorrow purrincess?"

           "Sure, thing, Chat!  You can count on it."

        "Great see you then!"

          Before he goes, he kisses her cheek, then leaves.

            
        Marinette puts his wrapped homemade gift under her Christmas tree.  She smiles glad she and Chat got to spend some time together without Alya fangirling over them the entire time.

       "What was up with her?  I mean is not it obvious Chat and I are not together?"

    Chat arrives back at his place. He detransforms to see Plagg laughing at him.

     "What is so funny, Plagg?"

     "Oh, it is just funny thinking about quick your princess was to tell Alya you are only friends. What is with that boy?  I mean it is pretty obvious that you are way more than friends to me."

     "Plagg, cool it, will ya? We are just friends, and that is all."

     "Sure, you are, and I am Frosty the Snowman's uncle!" Plagg remarks.
