I was walking to the library when I felt arms grab a hold of me.

"Hey!" I screamed as I was thrown to the ground.

I looked up and saw a group of Slytherin's glaring down at me. I tried to stand up but they simple pushed me back down. One of the boys I knew was a Prefect whose last name was Malfoy.

"Look it's Potter's bratty sister!" A slytherin boy said with a laugh.

"How can someone as weak as you be a Gryffindor?" Malfoy asked angrily.

"How can someone as ugly as you be a Malfoy?" I asked with a smirk.

"Why you little-"

"Malfoy! Leave her alone!" Someone yelled.

I looked behind them and saw Alice behind them. She had her wand out and was glaring daggers at them.

"Bugger off, we don't want you, we just-"

"Stupefy!" She yelled freezing Lucius in place.

The Slytherin's looked at Lucius in shock and then turned to glare at Alice. They raised their wands and my eyes went wide.

"You little-"

"Aquamenti!" I yelled pulling out my wand.

Instantly they became soaked and i kicked their legs and they all fell one by one, having grabbed into each other. I stood up and ran away with Alice, who was laughing hysterically. We made it to our dormitory and covered our mouths.

"Thanks for the save back there." I said as I smiled at her.

"I'd expect the same from you, Cass." She said as she slung an arm around my shoulder.

"Of course, I'd do the same for you. Let's go tell Lily!"

We laughed as we retold the story to Lily, who also found it funny.

"They got what they deserved, they shouldn't pick on witches they can't handle." Lily said shrugging her shoulders.

"And no one can handle us." Alice said placing her hands on her hips.

"Or me, I'm a Potter after all and we are untamable. Like a dragon." I said with a wink.

"Frank Longbottom can handle me anytime." Alice said plopping down on my bed beside me.

"You do realize we are to young to date." I said laughing as she rolled her eyes.

Lily walked over to us and plopped down o n the other side of me.

"And? Doesn't mean we can't dream. You know you and Remus would make a cute couple."

I let out a laugh and covered my mouth, shocked she would even think a thing like that.

"Please, I'd never date him. He's just a friend." I said shaking my head.

"What about Black?"

"He is my brother's best friend and a bit of an idiot Oi Lily, what about you? Bet my brother would date you."

"I'd rather kiss a toad." Lily said with a laugh.

"I can get one for you, know a special guy. Sells them on the black market." I said playfully.

"What about that Snape fellow?" Alice asked with a smirk.

"Oi no I claim him. He's hot." I said as Lily burst out laughing.

"Take him, he's just my friend." Lily said as she laid back on the bed.

We all laughed and I shook my head, picking up a book and opening it up to read quietly to myself. The girls stayed on my bed and we talked until we all fell asleep, in a dog pile.

Morning came and my brother took finding out that I had been attacked well.

"I WILL END YOU MALFOY!" James yelled as Remus, Peter, and Alice held him back.

"NOT IF I GET TO HIM FIRST!" Sirius yelled as I wrapped my arms around his legs holding him in place.

"DAMN IT! WE GOT THEM BACK ALREADY!" Alice exclaimed as I tried to slow down Black.

"Potter! Black! Detention!" McGonagall said stepping in front of us.

"But-"

"And detention to you four." She said looking at Malfoy.

"But-"

"You attacked a student! There is no buts." McGonagall said cutting Lucius off.

"What about them?" A Slytherin asked angrily.

"They were defending themselves. Detention with Filch." She said shooting them a look.

Finally the boys calmed down and they set down.

"We are totally pranking them later." James mumbled under his breath.

"Definitely." Remus said calmly.

I rolled my eyes and then laughed as I saw Alice staring at Frank.

"Oi Alice! Get your mind out of the gutter."

"Bugger off." She grumbled as I nudged her shoulder.

Lily let out a laugh and shook her head, smiling as we started to joke about her liking a Hufflepuff.
