So now that you've gone through my characters list and disclaimer, before stepping into my actual story, I find it important to clear a few things. Firstly, there are 3 types of people who had decided to bless me by visiting my book. The first is Harry Potter series fans, who eat the series, drink the series, walk the series...well you get the point, they're obsessed with it and know everything about it. The second type is Harry Potter fans who love Harry Potter series and talking about it, but haven't actually read it or seen it. The third type is the ones who doesn't actually know about the series and have simply decided to check out the book they've stumbled upon.

So, coming to the point, in this page, I plan to give a short introduction or summary on the series to the third and second type, and then proceed to give the theme for my own story. This would help my dear readers be familiar with my book before starting. 

Basically, the Harry Potter Series consists of 7 books-

1. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone

2. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

3.  Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban

4. Harry Potter and the Goblets of Fire

5. Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince 

6. Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix 

7. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

The central character in the series is Harry Potter, a boy who lives in the fictional town of , with his aunt, uncle, and cousin – the Dursleys – and discovers at the age of eleven that he is a wizard, though he lives in the ordinary world of non-magical people known as Muggles. The wizarding world exists parallel to the Muggle world, albeit hidden and in secrecy. His magical ability is inborn, and children with such abilities are invited to attend exclusive magic schools that teach the necessary skills to succeed in the wizarding world.

Harry becomes a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardly, a wizarding academy in Scotland, and it is here where most of the events in the series take place. As Harry develops through his adolescence, he learns to overcome the problems that face him: magical, social, and emotional, including ordinary teenage challenges such as friendships, infatuation, romantic relationships, schoolwork and exams, anxiety, depression, stress, and the greater test of preparing himself for the confrontation that lies ahead in wizarding Britain's increasingly-violent second wizarding war.

Each novel chronicles one year in Harry's life during the period from 1991 to 1998. The books also contain many flashbacks, which are frequently experienced by Harry viewing the memories of other characters in a device called a Pensieve.

The environment Rowling created is intimately connected to reality. The British magical community of the Harry Potter books is inspired by 1990s British culture, European folklore, classical mythology and Alchemy, incorporating objects and wildlife such as magic wands, magic plants, potions, spells, flying broomsticks, centaurs and other magical creatures, and the Philosopher's stone, beside others invented by Rowling. While the fantasy land of Narnia is an alternate universe  and the Lord of Rings a mythic past, the wizarding world of Harry Potter exists parallel to the real world and contains magical versions of the ordinary elements of everyday life, with the action mostly set in Scotland (Hogwarts), the West Country, Devon, London, and Surrey in southeast England. The world only accessible to wiza0rds and magical beings comprises a fragmented collection of overlooked hidden streets, ancient pubs, lonely country manors, and secluded castles invisible to the Muggle population.

The series focuses on the life of young Harry's school years as he fight against various obstacles put forth by his old enemy who killed his parents and his followers. His close friends, Ron and Hermione are other main characters. By the end of the series, Harry successfully defeats Voldemort and ends the war, with the help of his friends ofcourse, freeing the wizarding world from Voldemort's reign.

As you can see, it's just a small summary I've given. Potterheads please feel free to correct me and add things. I've provided a link for who need detailed story. It's given with a button called external links. Now I shall list down a few things from my story that I feel you must know.

1. This is a time-dimension travel fanfiction. 

2. I've taken my liberties so the story won't be exactly or mostly same as that of the real Harry Potter series. In short, I've a few twists in store.

3. There are a few changes in events even before my OCs reach the series. They will be mentioned accordingly at the right time. 

4. The story will mostly be from the perspective of the Kaalakaat siblings than Harry Potter himself.
