"Good morning everyone," McGonagall greeted the school as the Great Hall fell silent. "Although we are getting close to the House Unity performance date, and I'm sure you all have songs to be practicing, there is one more I'd like you to learn." She waved her hand and sheet music appeared at everyone's plate. "Relationships beyond Hogwarts have also been strained by the war, and I believe that they should note how well we have come together here. This weekend, the entire school will to the Ministry of Magic to perform this song. I ask that you do not tell anyone about this," she paused, her eyes twinkling mischievously. "As they are unaware we are coming."

Saturday morning.

People streamed into the Ministry of Magic, not noticing the school age teenagers that mixed in with the crowd. After a while, the crowds stopped and everyone was on their way to work. The students of Hogwarts surrounded the fountain in the center of the room, the crowds of witches and wizards oblivious to them until, however, they started to sing. 

"Woah," The noise echoed through the air as they stamped their feet. 
"Woah." The two stomps of their feet followed every time. 
"Woah
Woah
Woah" They had people's attention now. The crowds were slowing down as they started to take in the scene.
"Woah
Woah
Woah
Woah" Blaise Zabini stepped up to the top of the fountain, a smug look on his face as he sang alone. "Ladies and gents, this is the moment you've waited for."  

"Woah" The school echoed him.

"Been searching in the dark, your sweat soaking through the floor "

"It's a preacher in the pulpit and you'll find devotion

"We light it up, we won't come down!" Blasie called as they started to dance.

 "It's taking over you, Oh, this is the greatest show!"  Blaise jumped down and blended into the crowd as they spun around, pairing off as the song continued. Harry spun Ginny around as he began a solo of his own.

This is where you wanna be..." Suddenly, Padma Patil jumped up on the fountain and yelled out. 

"THIS IS WHERE YOU WANNA BE!" 

"When it's covered in all the colored lights," The school sang, dancing around as the Ministry watched on in awe. 
"Where the runaways are running the night
Impossible comes true, it's taking over you

Watching it come true, it's taking over you...." There was a pause and, in the crowd, Draco lifted Hermione off her feet and spun her around as he called out. 

"This is the greatest show!" 

"When it's covered in all the colored lights
Where the runaways are running the night," Hermione and Draco's voices seemed to grow louder in the crowd  as they danced together. 
"Impossible comes true, it's taking over you
Oh, this is the greatest show

We light it up, we won't come down

And the walls can't stop us now

"Cause everything you want is right in front of you," Draco and Hermione soloed.

"Now," Hermione called.

"Now," Draco repeated as the entire school sang as one.

This is the greatest shoooooooooooooow!" As they held out the last note, a banner dropped from the wall, revealing a poster that announced the House Unity Competition. 

The song rang out through the Ministry, and then everything was silent as the students of Hogwarts panted slightly. Then, a lone clap started and everyone turned to see Kingsley Shaklebolt, the minister himself, applauding them. The rest of the Ministry soon followed, the cheers growing louder.

Draco grinned and wrapped an arm around Hermione, who was smiling. 

"Not a bad solo, Zabini." Draco commented. Blaise looked at him, a proud expression on his face. 

"Not too shabby yourself, Malfoy." he offered, nodding at Hermione. 

"I think we've definitely done out job here." She proclaimed, staring out at the cheering members of the ministry.

"Ten galleons says we make the front page." Draco bet.

"You're on, mate," Blaise agreed.
