Today is Adrien's birthday!

I woke up to my alarm as I leap out of my bed, jolting Tiki awake from her little bed.

"AH! Enid what's with the suddenly energy?!"

I laughed as I twirled around. "It's Adrien's birthday!" Tiki raised a brow at me and I blushed.

"Oh come on, can't a girl get excited for a friends birthday?"

"Well yes but you have a crush on him." I froze for a small moment, as my right eye started to twitch.

"I don't not have a crush on him!" I shrieked as I felt heat spread through my cheeks.

Tiki giggled and she flew around me and nuzzled my cheek. "Your emotions don't lie, you like him."

"Yeah..but I also like Chat Noir.." I mumbled as I slumped on my chair, turning on my computer as the background screen showed a whole collage of Chat Noir.

I hummed. "Ugh..he's so perfect.." I stated as I looked at my screen. Tiki flew over next to me. "Yeah but he likes you too." I sighed as I looked away, "Chat likes Ladybug..not me but Adrien...I don't know who I want right now!" I stated as I leaned back, groaning loudly.

"Love sucks!"

Tiki sighed as she kissed my cheek. "Don't worry, you'll figure it out sooner or later." I hummed as I got off my chair and got dressed and grabbed Adrien's gift.

I made him a birthday card and a small friendship pendant that I made myself. I didn't know what else to get, I would've gotten a gift card or a movie ticket but I didn't know if he'd use it..

I also got him a video game..I mean his room has loads of video games but I thought another one wouldn't hurt.

I looked at the pendant. "What do you think Tiki?" She hummed and looked at the silver charm. "It's so pretty Enid!" I giggled as I flashed her the one around my neck.

"I made myself one two, a friendship charm. I think he'll like it. What do you think?"

She nodded. "Oh yes, he will definitely love your gifts."

I smiled as I grabbed my bag and little purse. Tiki flew into my little purse as I ran down the stairs with with the gift in my hands.

"Morning sweetie. Your up early."

I hummed in response. "Well it's Adrien's birthday! So I wanna be sure that he gets it."

She smiled as she ruffled my hair. "Mom.." I whined as I fixed my hair back into its pigtails and placed my beanie back to place on my head.

"I'll see you when I get home mom!" I grabbed an apple, giving my mom a quick kiss on the cheek and down the street I went.

I was super nervous about the whole thing. I was still worrying if he'd wouldn't take it, or he'd wouldn't like it!

Once I get to school I see Adrien and Nino at the front of the school. As I made my way over I started to freak out.

"Enid what's wrong?"

"I-I don't think I can do this.." I hissed as I felt myself go pale. "What? Don't get all scared! You can do it!"

I huffed as I walked over. "Uh, hi Adrien." I squeaked out as he looked over at me.

"Uh hey Enid."

"Uhm, so I uh..I heard it was your b-birthday so I-uh-uh-" before I could even grab the gift from my bag Chloe shoved me out of the way.

"Happy birthday Adrikins!" I groaned as I sat up from the ground. "Ow..."
I looked down to see part of my arm all cut up from when Chloe shoved me.

"Enid are you ok?!"

I forced a smile as I tried hard not to cry. "Y-yeah..I'm..I'm.." I felt the tears weld in my eyes. "I'll just go to the washroom."

"But you have time to-"

"-it's fine Tiki, he won't like it anyways." I brushed past him and Nino and walked to my locker.

I placed my bag away and walked to the washroom to wash my arm. I sighed as the bell rings, I take in a deep breath as I walk down the hall with my head down.

Why couldn't I just give them damn gift!

Aren't I just so stupid..

*small time skip*

Since it was lunch break I decided to head home. Thankfully my mom was off today so I was able to hang out with her.

I slumped at the dinner table picking at my sandwich. "Sweetie something wrong?"

"I'm fine..just tired." My mother smiled "well if you were up all night maybe you wouldn't be." I smiled as I looked over at her.

"Ha, ha very-MOM!" I shrieked as a purple bubble sucked her in, trapping her in the now green bubble.

"MOM!" I screamed as I ran out the window, to the small balcony. "Enid! Enid run and hide!" She cried out as she was floating away.

"Your parents! Hawkmoth must've released another akuma!" Tiki stated as I clenched my jaw.

"Well when I find this akuma I'm gonna make sure he'll pay for it!" I snapped as I stepped back from the balcony.

"Tikki, spots on!"
