(Chapter starts with the camera showing Samantha standing in her neighborhood, evidently on her way to school, although she isn't walking)
Samantha: Ugh, darn! I was hoping to catch Laurence on his way to school! I wanted to get to know him more even though he asked me to be his girlfriend even though I am involved with Aaron aka FC (Gets a text) Huh, huh! It's FC/Aaron!
FC:"Morning' GalaxyHopeKitty!"
GalaxyHopeKitty: "Hey FC!"
Samantha: Hey, what is he doing texting me this morning, so early? Well, I guess it's not uncommon— uh, huh?
FC: "I had fun this weekend"
Samantha: Huh, doing the dungeon?
GalaxyHopeKitty: "Doing the dungeon?" Samantha: Of course you did! I had to heal you through the entire thing Aaron!
GalaxyHopeKitty:" OF COURSE YOU DID!" "I had to heal you through it Aaron!"
Samantha: Ugh. It was fun, though.
FC: "LOL! Right:)" "But I did tank the whole thing"
GalaxyHopeKitty:"Pfft fine!" "We're even then."
Samantha: Still...Maybe we should do it again sometime! That would be great!
FC: "Hey umm, Sam I wanted to ask you a question"
GalaxyHopeKitty:" Yes?"
Samantha: What does-?
FC: "Are you okay being my friend Sam?"
Samantha: Ah, what?
GalaxyHopeKitty:"Wat?" "Why?"
Samantha: Is everything okay with him?
FC:"I just want to know, kinda meh right now"
GalaxyHopeKitty: "Oh Shush you. We've been friends since childhood." "And in all honesty I wouldn't know what I would do if you weren't here with me Aaron you make me feel like I'm living my best life with you and you mean everything to me I don't give a fuck what the other kids think of us while we are at school you make everything better with you around Aaron you make me feel alive.
Samantha: Hopefully this makes him feel better.
FC:"..." "Thanks Kitty you are my everything as well."
Samantha:(blushes and smiles softly) Heh, he always manages to make me feel like I'm his everything and I love that about him.
GalaxyHopeKitty: "I like it when you're weird but (Seriously) "I will always be there for you Aaron like how you always been there when I needed you"
Samantha: There we go. Heh. (Sighs) Sometimes, I swear. Still but I love him with all my heart and that will never change.
FC:":)"
Samantha: Oh, hehe.
FC:"Have a great day, Kitty"
GalaxyHopeKitty: "U 2, FC :)"
Samantha: Heh, I swear, FC can be so weird sometimes but I love him tho.
Laurence: Hey Beautiful.
Samantha: Laurence?! "Beautiful"?!
Laurence: Why, Thank you.
Samantha: "No no no! I didn't mean that!"
Laurence: Oh?
Samantha: No, no, no! Not that! I mean I think your attractive but I am not in love with you. Hehehe.
Laurence: Do you?
Samantha: No?! But I do dream about me and Aaron's childhood.
Laurence: That's cute, but I dream of you.
(Samantha Faints on the floor because she said she dreams of being with Aaron)
Laurence: Fainted again. Should I wake you up with a kiss?
Samantha: What?! Laurence I told you that I was in love with someone else. And why are you doing this?!
Laurence: Doing what?
Samantha: Making me blush out of shyness.
Laurence: Because it's cute. Plus, you overreact, it's kind of funny.
Samantha: Are my emotions funny to you?!
Laurence: Just a little. Heheh.
Samantha: I see. So, you really are a tease.
Laurence: Usually. But with you, I don't know, it's kind of different.
Samantha:Uh.
Laurence: I'm glad I ran into you. What do you... Want to walk to school together?
Samantha: Yeah sure let's go before we are late (voice crack) Laurence.
Laurence:Hm, that voice crack is cute, to. Come on, let's go.
(Camera fades as they walk down the sidewalk. It comes up on them arriving at the school)
Laurence: So, what class do you have first?
Samantha: Uh— Oh, my first class? Oh, well, let me see. (Looks at schedule) Oh wow, it looks like I have—
Garroth: Ah, good morning, you two.
Laurence: Morning, Garroth
Samantha: Morning.
Garroth: Hey Samantha, H-How was your weekend?
Samantha: Oh, uh, it was good. I got to go to the park with these two cool guys that happened to be my friends. Hehe!
Garroth: Heh, that's sweet.
Samantha: Haha! How about yours Garroth?
Garroth: I went to the park too with this beautiful girl so, it went pretty fantastic.
Samantha:(Nervous Happy noise)
Laurence: Too bad you missed walking with her this morning.
Garroth: What?
Laurence: I just walked with that beautiful girl this morning to school.
Garroth: Oh you did? Well, maybe I'll have to walk her to school next time.
Samantha: Heh, or maybe she can just walk herself.
Garroth: I'm sure she can. It's just, maybe I'd like to get to know her more.
Samantha: Eeee! So classes! I really should get to mine! Heh!
Laurence: Right, so what class do you have again?
Samantha: I uh, have Art 101.
Garroth and Laurence: Really? Oh, me too!
Samantha: So we all have class together that's awesome Laurence and Garroth?!
Laurence: THAT'S AWESOME!
Garroth: YEAH!
Samantha: Heh, we should take a picture together!
Laurence and Garroth: Picture?
Samantha: Mm hm. To celebrate us as art buddies.
Garroth: S-Sure.
Laurence: I'm down.
Samantha: Hehe, alright, com here. Uh... heh. (Takes the selfie) Haha! Perfect! Thank you guys so much! Hehe! (The bell rings) Uh,
Garroth: Ah, we should get to class.
Samantha: Hehe! I'm so excited! I love art!
Laurence: Really? So you... art a lot!
Samantha: Yeah I do but I mostly draw and paint and make sketches for my drawings.
Laurence: Bet you're pretty good at it.
Samantha: Mmm, yeah I guess you could say that. But I did draw a lot when I was being homeschooled, heheh.
Garroth: Still, that's more than I can do. I'm absolute rubbish at art. I still remember when I tried to sculpture for the first time.
Laurence: Oh yeah, you made a really good ashtray. I was impressed.
Samantha: Hm.
Garroth: ...It was supposed to be a vase...
Samantha: Hehehe!
Garroth: (Sighs) I can't believe you talked me into this, Laurence...
Laurence: You didn't have to take art with me, it's your fault for being such a good friend.
Garroth: ...Thanks?
Samantha: So, why are you taking Art, Laurence?
Laurence: Because of my sister. She's kind of really artsy and said I had to take some type of art class if I was going to be her brother. (Sighs) Cadenza can be a little dramatic.
Garroth: True, but lots of our classmates find her cute.
Laurence: HEY! SHE'S MY SISTER!
Samantha: Hehe! Well, I think that's nice, Laurence. I'm sure she appreciates it.
Laurence: Well, come on. We should get going. Y-you should stay close to me.
Samantha: Huh? What?
Laurence: Don't want you getting lost on your way to class again, do we? You still don't know your way around here yet, do you?
Samantha: Eh, well no, but I-I'm getting better. I can get to lunch just fine, hehe! Hehe.
Garroth: So you're saying that you can find the largest room in the center of the school?
Samantha: I actually really like lunch.
Laurence: Heh, you know, I used to get lost all the time in these halls.
Samantha: Wait uh, Really?!
Laurence: Oh yeah! In my first year, I went to the wrong homeroom for an entire week.
Samantha: W-What?! You stayed in the wrong homeroom for a week straight? What the?
Laurence: Yeah, I was really embarrassed. I didn't want to bring any attention to myself, so I would just keep my head down and wait for the first bell.
Samantha: Wait?! Really did you get into trouble?
Laurence: Mr. Caster? Haha, nah, he didn't even seem to mind at all. Actually, I'm not sure if he even noticed me.
Samantha: Mmm.
Garroth: Hmm... maybe we'll both walk you there.
Laurence: Hey! I haven't gotten lost once since then!
Garroth: Right, right, of course you haven't. So, how's the soccer team look this year, Laurence?
Samantha: Wait you play soccer, Laurence?
Laurence: Ugh, they're a mess. We'll be lucky if we can make it through the season in one piece.
Garroth: Sounds like it might be the captain's fault there.
Laurence: Oh, haha, sure, let's blame it on the new captain. But we lost all our best players. Honestly, I'll be happy if we can just beat O'Khasis Prep this year.
Garroth: Maybe try to be more realistic. We've lost to them six years running. Maybe I should have went there instead.
Samantha: Hm, wait, what? Laurence, plays soccer?
Laurence: Sure do. In fact, you're looking at the captain of the team.
Samantha: Wow! You're a Captain Laurence?!
Laurence: (Laurence, Garroth, and Samantha start walking to class) You should come to a game sometime.
Garroth: Looking to add another fan girl to your cheering section, Laurence?
Laurence: N-No! It's not like that. I mean it... it wouldn't- It would be nice knowing Samantha is in the stands, cheering me on.
Samantha: Yeah, um, that sounds like it could be fun. Heh, heheh.
Laurence: Really? Great! I'll get you a schedule.
Garroth: (going ahead of everyone) Oh look, here we are, at least.
(Samantha and Laurence walk to catch up with him. Then the camera changes to show the inside of the Art room, where Garroth and Laurence are sitting with Samantha sitting between them)
Teacher: Good Morning Students and welcome to Art 101. I'll be your Art Teacher. Now today, we're going to learn all about—
Garroth: (To Samantha) You should teach me how to draw sometime.
Samantha: What? But we're in Art class right now Garroth!
Garroth: I know, but I mean, I'm not good at drawing at all, really. So some private lessons from you would be awesome.
Samantha: But I'm not an expert artist Garroth!
Garroth: I know, but maybe we can learn together.
Samantha: Hehehehehe! How about we see where this class goes first, okay Garroth?
Garroth: Fair enough.
Laurence: Grr...
Teacher: So, do we have any volunteers to be our first drawing subject of the year?
Samantha: Oh, me pick me!
Garroth and Laurence: You?!
Teacher: Well, and here I thought everyone here would be too shy, but you seem rather outgoing. Are you sure you want everyone to draw you? Some people aren't too pleased with others' perspectives of them.
Samantha:(Laughs) I don't mind. Everyone has different views, and I'd like to embrace them all.
Teacher: Very well. Come on up and pose. Now students, you have one hour to draw this beautiful young lady. This will be a test to see where your skills are. Ready? Go!
(Pencil writing noses start. The screen fades, then comes up on the classroom again. The teacher walks out to the class)
Teacher: Alright, students. Pencils down. Leave your drawings at my desk before you go, and we'll go over them next class. Thank you young lady for being so courageous.
Samantha: No problem!
Teacher: Oh, as for your submission for the work, if you could just submit a drawing next class so I can see where you are, you can pick anything to draw.
Samantha: Awesome! See you later! (She walks over to Garroth and Laurence) Hey, can I please see your drawings?
Laurence: Oh, um, sure. Ok. (He shows her his drawing)
Samantha: Wow! You are really talented Laurence.
Laurence: Yeah, it's nothing crazy but, I tried.
Samantha: It looks beautiful. Garroth, can I see yours?
Garroth: (Looks down) Ugh, no.
Samantha: Oh, come on Garroth plz show me your drawing!
Garroth: It's really bad.
Samantha: Please?
Garroth: (sighs and shows her his drawing. It looks kind of like a gingerbread stick figure girl)
Laurence: Hahahaha!
Samantha: Heheheh, this is... Heheheh, Garroth, it's beautiful.
Garroth:(looks up) Really?
Samantha: Yes it is. I do think you need some work, but I love it Garroth.
Garroth: Th-Thank you.
Samantha: Heheheh. Hey, maybe you and I should practice some time. I actually do think I have a few pointers for you.
Garroth: He, heheheh, that sounds great.
(They leave, and the intro plays)
