She got down from the deck and walked passed him and sat on the footpath, thinking what an absolute shit she was going to do, this isn't her, the girl her father raised was so different from her, she wasn't someone to give up easily.

She remembered about what her father had said to her when she was young.

Life is not a Fairy tale where you could get everything you wish. Life is like the ever-changing vastness we call the sky.

On some days, the bright sunshine has an inexplicable warmth and hope in it, On some days, the clouds project a halo of depressive hues on the land.

We have to embrace the darkness of the stormy days and feel the warmth of the sunny days.

We should remember that the greatest glory in living your life does not lie in having no failures in your pocket, but in rising each time you fail.

She realized how stupid she was to end her life. Suddenly she felt some presence beside her, She turned and saw him looking at her.

' Can't he leave me alone! ' She yelled in frustration inside her mind.

" What do you want? " She broke the silence between them.

" Nothing " he shrugged.

" Then why are you staring me? "

" You disappointed me! " he shook his head dramatically.

" What? " She frowned thinking what he had did.

" Why didn't you jump from the bridge? " He asked, she stared at him dumbfounded, She couldn't believe him.

She stared to recall the past encounter, the way he reacted when she was standing on the bridge's deck.

" Are you insane?, Who in the right mind would ask something like this? "

" Oh, come on, It's not like you see everyday someone who is trying to kill themselves, and moreover it was entertaining " he said, she gasped like a fish.

" You are impossible! "

" Impossible is my middle name " He said with a smirk, she rolled her eyes at him.

" Attitude much! " she muttered under breath.

If anyone have told her that she would be taking with a stranger before, she would probably laugh at their face or walked past them but here she is, talking to someone who has a mentality of five.

She can't believe why she is still sitting and talking with a complete stranger who is stupid enough to ask her why she didn't jump from the bridge, She is suprised at her instinct for not ringing the warning bells inside her head.

" Why did you tried to kill yourself ? " he asked

" Why are you so annoying? " She said more like whined.

" Annoy- "

" Don't tell me annoying is your last name " she interrupted him before he could say anything

" Didn't anyone tell you that Stranger Danger? " she asked very stupid question due to the result of her frustration, he chuckled.

' Like he is small kid and you are teaching him the do's and don'ts, Damn Taara! Why are you so stupid? ' She smacked herself mentally. 

" Oh yes! My grandmother" he said, she stared at him

" What? "

" My grandmother said I shouldn’t talk to strangers, but you don’t look like you’d kidnap me.” He said bumping his shoulder with her like a lost long friends.

" Shut up! " She mumbled like a kid.

" You didn't answer my question yet, why did you try to kill yourself? " he asked like he won't leave her without answer.

" Why do you find pleasure in annoying? " she asked.

" I don't know, I guess I like to annoy dumb people just like you " he said while she gasped.

" Did you just call me dumb? " she pinched his shoulders

" Did I? But I don't remember saying anything like that " he said while rubbing the spot where she pinched him. She closed her eyes calming herself down. She opened her eyes to meet his honey brown eyes filled with curiousity.

" If I tell you the reason will you leave me? " she asked.

" I will " her lips curved upwards but quickly dropped down when he uttered the next words.

" Maybe I will not, we will see that tell me the reason "

" Do you know about the boy who died here ? " She asked and he nodded.

" He was my boyfriend, he loved me more than his life but unfortunately he died leaving me alone, I can't forget him and start a new life, so I tried to kill myself " sarcasm was dripping in her voice.

" Oh, That's so sad! " he said hiding his smile.

" How about a joke ? " out of nowhere he asked.

" A joke ? " she frowned

" I will tell you a joke to cheer you up "

" cheer me up ? " he nodded

" Yes " he said and she smiled

" Knock, Knock! "

" Seriously what are you five? " she asked.

" Come on, don't spoil the fun! Play along with me " he almost whined.

" Who is there? "

" Definitely not your boyfriend " Instead of feeling sad she chuckled not a fake one instead a real one.

" It was a bad joke I ever heard " she said.

" Yet, It made you smile. " She stared at him and said

" I smiled because it was so bad " then the silence surrounding them like before but the difference is they both had a small smile playing on their lips.

" I was kidding back then. " she broke the silence.

" I know, You were kidding " he said.

" I know you knew about it yet I wanted to say "  She turned away and looked down, she took a deep shaky breath.

" I had a perfect life, just like I wished for or I thought so. " he was surprised that she is telling him her personal issue.

" Karthick, someone I thought I could rely on, someone I thought who could love me without any expectations but everything crumbled down when I caught him cheating on me, I feel like I lost everything " her voice filled with sorrow,

It felt good, sometimes telling your sorrows to someone is not a bad idea she realised,

" He doesn't deserve you " he said our of nowhere, she looked up and faced him.

" And he is not the right one for you " he said and faced her.

" Someone who values you wouldn't ever put themselves in a position to lose you, So don't feel sad". He said looking straight into her eyes like he is staring her soul, even though his words were less but his eyes spoke a lot.

" I never knew that a annoying brat could console someone " she teased him while he chuckled.

" Anyway, thanks! " With that she stood up and stared walking.

" Hey! " She turned and looked at him.

" Where are you going? " he asked.

" Somewhere, where you will be not there to annoy me " she said and walked away, he chuckled after hearing what she said, but soon his smile vanished when he realized that he doesn't know her name.

" Hey! at least tell me your name " He yelled as she was far away from him.

" If we meet each other next time, I will tell you " she yelled back without looking back at him.

He smiled and whispered " I wish we could meet again. "
