Let's meet
....Aadhya P.O.V. .....
I love rain but currently I despise them,
"Didi aap jao!"(Didi, you should go!) Radha said wringing her neck in pain.
"Radha, please relax okay! Everything is going to be okay, the ambulance is on the way and we are trying to look for lift." I reassured Radha as she was bearing the labor pains.
I was all ready but completely drenched for my father's birthday party, I was on my way to the venue when I received a call from Shivani, a girl from the brothel, informing me about the sudden labour pains Radha endured, I informed my mom much to her dismay but promised her to reach right on time.
The rain water filled my car motor ceasing it to work while the ambulance was taking time because a lot of roads were blocked on this route. We were trying to look for lift, when I saw a car driving our way, having no other option I stepped forward trying to stop the car for help. Luckily they stopped.
"I really need your help!" I begged the driver.
"Do you know who's car is this?" The driver questioned.
"Does it look like I bloody care, I need help, you idiot.!" I screamed
"What is it?" A strong voice roared from the passenger side. I couldn't really see his face because he had a mask on.
I explained the entire situation to him and by god's grace he agreed to help, we piled Radha on the back seat as I begged the driver to drive fast.
As soon as we reached the hospital the driver helped us get Radha on the stretcher while the other girls took her inside.
I turned to thank him , I could see his back facing me but before I could reach him, Shivani pulled me inside.
The doctors were on toes with the case, meanwhile I tried avoiding my mom's calls.
But after her third call, my mind made a choice to live and picked her call.
"Where the fuck are you?" She blazzed.
"Geez woman, language!" I reprimanded.
"Aadhya, the guests are here, the royals are here, Dads waiting for you!"
"I ll be there soon maa!" I promised glancing towards the operation theatre.
"We have a problem with the performing team? I really need your help Ady" She stated bringing me out of my riverie.
"I'll be there but can you please send me a car" I asked unsure how I would manage everything.
I knew this was a big party with all the royal Families of Rajasthan here, my mom would me hysterical if we messed it up.
I contacted a few of my friends who were amazing dancers but they were packed for the day.
I was busy on the call when the doctor walked out of the operation theatre with the beautiful baby.
"It's a boy!" The doctorsaid handing the baby to me. I swear I had tears streaming down my face.
I handed over the baby to another one of the Ngo helpers asking them to take care and call me if they need anything.
The car had already arrived, I walked out of the hospital to find the car that had dropped us there still.
Finding my moment to Thank them I moved towards them.
The driver on seeing me handed the keys of the car. I looked at him in question.
"The Hukum gifted the car to the newborn." The driver informed shocking me.
Confused to the core my mom's frantic calls, made me leave for the party premises and to handle the matter some other time.
..... Rajveer P.O.V. ....
We were already late to Rathore uncle's party, initially I was against going there because I knew my mom and her tactics to arrange a matrimony candidate for me at every occasion possible, but the respect I had for Rathore uncle bet me to it. I decided to attend it for his sake because he had personally called me.
While we were on the way, the streets were extremely crowded and I hate being late, I asked the driver if there was any other route when he informed me that there was a easier and faster route but it landed from Husn e Bazaar, having no other option we took the route.
But it seems luck wasn't in our favour when someone suddenly came in front of our car, it was the same set of the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen, her wet hair cascading to her back dressed in a pristine white anarkali looking ethereal.
I snapped out of the zone and we decided to help them get to the hospital.
As soon as we reached the hospital I asked another driver to get me a car meanwhile asking the present driver to be available for help and to give away the car as a gift to the newborn.
I was late earning a glare from my mom.
We were seated on our designated table when a set of cultural dancers emerged taking the centre platform.
The performers were marvellous, but it had to be Mrs. Rathore was a well known event planner .
Towards the end of the performance, the dancers gathered together and then the entire fire segment was performed by someone else, not the main dancer who covered the dance initially.
Someone who wasn't paying attention would never notice it, but those who did gasped at her beauty.
She was here again but damn her moves. It was an unusual feeling, one I couldn't point out to.
But I was shocked at why would Rathore uncle allow a courtesan to perform at his function, Voicing out my question I asked no one in particular.
"Ab Rathore's ki party mei Tawaif nachengi?" (Would courtesan perform to royal events now?)
I was answered by multiple gasps from my table and around and soon it created a rumor.
..... Aadhya P.O.V. ....
Because one of the dancers were hurt I decided to take her place.
Performing the last segment of the dance I could see how proud my parents were looking at me gracing the stage after years.
Yes I was a learned dancer but I stopped performing years ago.
But there was a certain gaze that was nerving me. I tried shrugging it off. Post performance, I went with the team and decided to change into a pretty lavender dress with mirror work.
It was a gift from my mom.
As I walked back in I heard murmurs surrounding me, shrugging them off I went towards my very angry father.
My mom motioned as if chopping my head.
"Happy Birthday Dad!" I back hugged him but he shrugged my hands off turning around.
"How many times have I warned you not to go there, not to indulge with them." He roared. And left from there.
I looked at my mom who rushed behind him.
I looked at my cousin asking her what happened.
She explained what exactly happened that now half of the crowd misunderstood me as a Tawaif because of a rumor started by someone.
I asked her if she knew who he was and she pointed out to a man back facing me.
With a confident stride I walked over to him tapping on his shoulder but when he turned I was dammed.
He had one heck of a face and a body to die for. The eyes so deep, and the bloody mole above his lips. Damn I would have kissed it well.
Shuddering at the stupid thought I brushed it off he looked at me in question.
"Aap Prime Minister hai?" I asked and he shook his head negatively.
"President?" I asked again and he negated again.
"Chief minister toh definitely honge aap!" I stated folding my hands.
"No." He said firmly, I have heard this voice , I just couldn't point out where.
"Then who the bloody hell are you to judge anyone based on their profession?" I questioned loudly as my cousin ran to my side.
"Ady, no!" She warned.
"Next time, be careful, be very careful!" I warned turning around but I could see the smirk on his face.
"Hi Rathore!" I heard someone calling me.
"Some other time Ranaut!" I replied, to Shourya Ranaut , he had visited dad once during my stay.
Don't take me wrong he was a fun person but I just wasn't in the mood.
.... Rajveer P.O.V. ....
This was the first time someone stood up to me and man that was a turn on.
She kept on blabbering something but my sole concentration was on her lips, damn I'd die to kiss them.
She warned me, me the Hukum and left me amused.
It's then I noticed her talking to Shourya.
I asked him about her and he informed me she was Rathore Uncle's daughter.
Rathore uncle had a daughter? I had no idea about it.
