Character Relationship:
During Undertale, we find out Undyne met Alphys when she was at the edge of a waterfall, heavily implying that Alphys was thinking about killing herself. After meeting, sometime after Alphys develops feelings for Undyne, but is scared to tell her because she is afraid that if Undyne finds out how Alphys really is, she wouldn't like her anymore. However, during the events of Undertale Alphys confesses her feelings to Undyne and Undyne reciprocates. During the ending of Undertale, Undyne is shown to have kissed Alphys, which heavily implies that they are dating.

Alphys is canonically with Undyne, and heavily implied to be dating.

Pros:
-Alphys is known to be shy, while Undyne is known to be outgoing
-They complete each other and help their weak points
-Undyne was the first to accept Alphys for who she is

-Undyne isn't able to be with Alphys most of the time due to her responsabilities



Personal Opinion:
Although canonically they are together, this ship isn't as perfect as it might seem at first. There are some things that might intervene between their relationship. However, they are most likely not going to break up, because they compliment each other so well.
