Dan's POV:

"Good luck Dan!" Pj said to me before I knocked on Phil's door. "Thanks Peej, now go get Chris" Today I will be asking Phil to prom with me whilst Pj asked Chris. I just stared at the door. I'm so nervous. What do I say? What if Phil isn't home.

I have a black button up shirt on and some black skinny jeans. My hair was all neat and tidy, which isn't normal. I had black shoes on and I had a rose in my hand which I hid behind my back. Finally I worked up the courage to knock on the door

*Knock Knock*

"Hello" Someone said as the opened the door. "Daniel! Hay how are you?" Phil's mum asked. This is what I was scared about. "I'm good thanks. Is um Phil home?" I asked nervously "Uh yeah let me go get him, Do you wanna come in?" She asked. Should I go in? "Yes please" I walked in and sat on the sofa. I was moving the rose in my hand. I heard Phil come rushing down the stairs and I quickly hid the rose again. "Woah Dan you look good" Phil giggled. "Uh thanks, I came to ask you something" I paused and looked down at the ground. Phil sat next to me and put a hand on my leg. "It's okay Dan you can tell me anything"

I looked into his light blue eyes that anyone can get lost in. I started to lose track of what I was doing and before I knew it I was leaning in. "Fuck" I cursed. leaning out and looking guilty. "I'm sorry..." I said "I should just leave" I got up and left but I placed the rose on the table. Luckily I put a note on it saying 'Prom?' I ran out the door and started crying

I'm such a fail. I kept reminding my self. I got to the end of Phil's street and sat against the wall. "I hate myself" I said to no one. I looked up and saw someone running towards me. His hair was jet black. I swear I saw this is shine bright like a diamond. "Dan!" He shouted. Why is he after me. I slowly stood up and was ready for the harsh words. 'Gay, faggot, go to hell, why would I go to prom with y-' My thoughts got interrupted by a kiss. The kiss was amazing. Our lips moved in sync. Phil snaked his arms around my waste whilst I did the same but around his neck.

We held the kiss for a few minutes before Phil pulled away and whispered a small 'Yes' then pulling me back into a kiss. "Of course I will"

Day of Prom:

"Look at my son, So handsome" My mum said sorting out my tie. "Are you okay with me going with Phil" I looked at her. "Dan if your happy I'm happy. Gay or straight your my son and I love you" A tear slipped out my eye and I hugged her. "Thank you so much mum, for everything your truly the best" I said as she wiped away my tear. I kiss my mums cheek and jumped in my car.

I drove to Phil's house. I'm in a mix of emotions. I'm so exited but then I'm nervous too. I arrived at Phil's house and slowly walked to the door. I rang the door bell this time and Phil's mum and dad answered. "Oh Dan you look amazing!" They said and welcomed me in. I walked into the living room and saw Phil messing with his hair. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around him. "You look perfect babe" I whispered in his ear. He jumped in my arms

"Dan you cant scare me like that! " He said whilst turning around and gasping. "Dan you look fine yourself" He placed a kiss on my lips and saw his parents walk in with a camera. "Photo time" They explained. We wrapped our arms around each other and smiled. We did the classic titanic movement and that was the best. Phil was Jack and I was Rose.

After a few more photos I lead Phil out to my car and being the gentleman I am I opened the door for him to get in. I drove to the Prom place. I let Phil out the car and we walked hand in hand inside. Soon enough we saw Pj and Chris who were hanging around the food. "Classic" I took Phil's hand and led him to the dance floor. A slow song started playing. "May I have this dance?" I asked him whilst putting out my hand for him to take. "Of course" I put my hands around his neck and he put his around my waist. "I love you" I whispered. "I love you too"

We were in the middle of dancing when the 'DJ' said to swap partners. So I took PJ whilst Phil took Chris. "How's it going with Phil?" Pj asked. "PHANtastic" I laughed and paused "Chris?" I asked. "He's having so much fun, really haven't seen him smile this much in forever" He smiled. "You make him very happy then" I smiled up at him "Obviously" The DJ told us to swap back and I had Phil back. "Hay babe, I was wondering do you wanna be my boyfriend?" I asked whilst dancing. "Of course" Phil left a few kisses on my cheek and on my mouth.

"How was the dance with Pj?" Phil asked. "Not as good as yours" He blushed, which is absolutely adorable by the way, and kissed me "Chris is so happy, to be with Pj. I feel Pj can save him" Phil smiled looking over at the two dancing. "Me too" The dance slowly ended. Me Phil Pj and Chris all went to Chris' house and played a few games. If you know what I mean.

We played Truth or Dare, Spin the bottle, Which didn't turn out well I guess, we also played twister. When ever Phil was close to me he'd leave a kiss on my body. I would return it with tickles though. Soon enough we all went to sleep. Me and Phil sharing a sofa whilst Pj and Chris shared Chris' bed.
