just as the clock strikes 12, the only person who's awake in the dorm squeals.
(a/n : let's pretend that it's just 12 am ;)

tae runs to jimin's room and jumps onto him.
jimin sits up and looks at tae in shock.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY HYUNG !" tae shouts and hugs jimin tightly.

jimin smiles and hugs tae back.

"thank you so much tae. but you really need to go to sleep." jimin says and pulls away from tae.

tae pouts. "fine."

tae walks out of jimin's room with a smile.
he accomplished wishing his best friend right in time.
with a happy heart, tae goes back too sleep.

the morning came by in a flash.
i mean it was already morning when tae woke up but...oh you get it. :)

this time tae woke up a little and he was extremely excited for his hyung's birthday.
he quickly got out of bed and ran to the shower.
and he wore his totoro onesie that jimin gave to him for his birthday the year before.

he slips it on, grabs his card that he made for jimin and ran out his room.

while running, tae didn't notice that someone was standing in front of him, therefore, he bumped into the person.

he falls down on his butt and giggles.

"tae? are you okay love?" jimin asks and crouches down to tae's level.

tae giggles and nods.

"happy birthday hyung! i love you so much!" tae hugs jimin and kisses his cheek.

jimin smiles.
tae hands him a card.

"i made this for you." Tae's shyly says.
jimin takes the card and smiles.
"thank you my little prince. oh and, you wore the onesie!" jimin says.

tae nods and smiles.

"i sure did!"

"come on love, let's have breakfast."

"okay hyung!"

jimin chuckles at his behaviour.
he picks tae up easily and walks to the table.
everyone at the table greets jimin and happy birthday and coos at tae.

"jin hyung! you make pancakes!" tae squeals and hugs jimin.

"i did sweetheart. i did. because jimin asked for it. he wanted to make you happy." jin smiles warmly.

tae pouts. "b-but, today jimin hyung's bufday no taetae's. jimin hyung be happy no me." tae whines.

jimin chuckles internally.

"love, when you're happy i'm happy." jimin assures tae.

"pwomise?"

"i promise my little prince."

"pinky pwomise." tae sticks out his pinky at jimin.

jimin smiles and links his pinky.

"promise."

tae smiles. "then eat!"

the rest of the day was spent with tae pretty much hogging jimin to himself.
he was in little space the whole day.
everyone loved it.

by dinner, he was asleep on jimin's lap.
cured up in a ball while sucking his thumb.
jimin was softly rubbing tae's back.
his hands securing wrapped around tae's waist.
soon, jimin falls asleep.

and that's when the rest started their plan.

jin had made a chocolate cake, jimin's favourite.
namjoon and hoseok had decorated the backyard for a dinner party.
yoongi, well, i really don't know what he had been doing.

either way, they were ready and decided to wake tae up.

jin slowly shakes tae.

"sweetie, wake up, we have to get ready for jimin's party."

"i'm up hyung. you know i'm not in little space anymore right?" tae says and rubs his eyes.

jin blushes and clears his throat.
tae giggles.

"you guys go to the yard, i'll wake minnie up." tae smiles.

once everyone went to the yard, he shakes jimin.

"minnie! wake up." tae says, quite loudly.

jimin stirs in his sleep and smiles when he sees tae in front of him.

tae grabs ahold of jimin's hand and lifts him up and starts to drag him outside the house.

"where are we going tae?" jimin asks curiously.

"you'll see." tae smiles cheekily.

jimin looks at tae's cheeky expression when suddenly all around him was darkness.

"tae?" jimin calls.

"i'm right here hyung, i just blindfolded you. i'm going to lead you, just follow me hyung." the younger ensures jimin by holding his hand.

"okay."

tae slowly leads jimin to the backyard.

"grass? are we in the backyard tae?" jimin asks.

"great guess hyung!" tae giggles.

tae carefully removes the blindfold.
jimin takes a few seconds to adjust to his surrounding when suddenly...

"SURPRISE!" the boys shout.

jimin was startled at first but soon relaxes and smiles.

"you guys did all this for me? thank you so much!" jimin says as tears start to build up in his eyes.

tae pouts and slips into little space seeing his hyung cry.
tae runs to his hyung and wipes his tears.

"no cwy hyung." tae says and hugs jimin.

jimin hugs back and smiles.

"i won't."

"okay guys! let's cut the cake!" jin says and drags jimin to the cake.

"cake!" tae cheers.

as soon as the cake sitting was over, they had a great dinner and the cake jin had baked was amazing.

"thank you so much for this guys! it means a lot!" jimin says and smiles.

everyone smiles at jimin and begins to settle down to sleep.

they were going to sleep under the stars.
tae snuggles into jimin as the older wraps his arm around tae.

"night night hyungie. happy birthday. i wove you so much!" tae smiles.

"good night love. thank you and love you too." jimin replies and kisses his forehead.

both drift off to sleep happily.
