I wonder what it is.

Can I touch it or feel it?

Is it even for me?

How can I find it?

Do you know of peace?

Tell me,

So that I can learn about it.

Peace,

It starts in the home.

You can try to explain it,

But peace should be shown,

An example set by leaders,

And by all caregivers.

Peace is something we seek,

Almost as much as love.

Peace,

Everyone wants it,

Some for different reasons.

Without it, we'd only destroy each other,

It keeps us from fighting

And helps us treat others right;

Our laws would be hard to keep without it.

Peace, we have to have it.
