Percy's P.O.V

Annabeth and I were sparring at the arena when Chiron called us . He seemed nervous and that obviously can't be a good sign , when he is like this it's either he is going to give you the 'Talk' or worse.

"Percy and Annabeth we need to talk ." ,He said trying to keep a straight voice.

"Sure, what is it ? And if this is about giving Annabeth and I the 'Talk' , then mom already made Paul tell us about it!" I added .

And for that I got a hit in the head from Annabeth .

"It's better if we talk in private"

A few minutes later we were sitting in front of Chiron and Mr. D . What on Olympus could be so important ? I looked over the window and saw two campers no older than 13 . It still scares me that one day there will be another prophecy about a war and they could get hurt . You could say that I'm protective of the younger campers but it's only that I fear that they will die and there was nothing we all could do about it . Of course since Gods can't visit us , Annabeth and I were the ones who had to be the parental image . It's not that we are trying to replace them , it's just that they need someone to guide them , what if they had kids while they were still children themselves ?

"Now , I bet you're wondering why you both are here " Chiron said snapping me out of my thoughts .

"Well , we received a new camper today , unfortunately the father died and the other family won't take him back so he'll be staying here for good ."

"And you called us here to show him around camp " it wasn't a question it was a statement .

"Not exactly" at this Mr. D looked at us straight at the eyes which still is really creepy , there seems to be something hiding in there it was like a hint of glee , this is so not good .

"Congratulations Peter and Annabel , you both are parents !"

Silence

"What ? " both me and Annabeth are flabbergasted (she'd be proud that the tutorial she gave me worked out ) how are we parents we're only 19 for Zeus's sake !

"Now let me explain "

We both looked at Chiron with arms crossed

"The child is only a few months old and he is apparently the son of Aphrodite , now I can't let her children take him ,no offense to them , hut I just felt as if you both would do a better job at this , being the parental figure and all ."

I was still trying to reel in the fact that I was going to be a dad at the age of 19 , sure I treat the younger campers as if they were my own , but I didn't raise them since they were still babies , they were much tamer and understanding (except the Ares cabin). But I was worried more for Annabeth , what would she think of this ? We weren't even a couple and we were chosen to raise an infant.

"I'll do it " she said with determination . That's my Wise girl . Wait , my Wise girl ? I shook of the thought , I don't think Annabeth more than a friend right , right ?

I was brought back to reality when I felt them looking at me , waiting for my opinion . I raised an eyebrow ,"do you guys really think I won't help ? "

"Okay it's then , I'll go get him from the Aphrodite cabin " with that he galloped away only to return 5 minutes later. He handed me the baby and I can see that he is most certainly the child of Aphrodite. His hair is blond that almost looks golden , his eyes changes colours but sparkle each time , his skin is smooth as silk and flawless .(A.N. I don't know much about the eyes of Aphrodite kids so don't blame me )

"He is going to be a heartbreaker like his siblings " I said . Beside me Annabeth rolled her eyes , "thanks for stating the obvious Seaweed Brain", I decided not to say anything to test her . We both got all his things from Chiron and we were about to go when Annabeth stopped and grabbed my arm , turning to Chiron she asked something I hadn't thought of , no surprise there.

"Chiron where is he going to sleep "

"I was afraid you'd ask that , Annabeth , you , Percy and the child are going to have to move to Cabin 3 and before you ask , Poseidon already allowed you to stay there since both of you will be watching /raising him . Oh , and before I forget I already asked the Aphrodite kids to redesign the cabin to fit in with the child ." This can't be good , but I noticed that Chiron didn't call the child by his specific name. "First ,why did you do that and second ,what the baby's name ?"

"The whole cabin begged me me to do it saying that they just want to make sure that their brother would live in a clean cabin " , he said with emphasis clean. Can anyone blame me , Tyson wasn't here to help me .But other than that I really need to know his name , like he was reading my thought , Chilton finally answered , "he has no name."

Annabeth and I looked at each other "what about Aphrodite , she must have given him a name " said my Wise girl ."actually , she told me that you both would name him , she even asked if it was okay that his last name would be Chase-Jackson ."

Are we raising a child of Aphrodite or our own . I don't even know what to feel right now , but the child does need a name . "Luke" I said at the same time Annabeth said "Anthony" .

"You're really okay with calling him Luke, Seaweed Brain ?"

"'Course Wise girl , I know how much he means to you "

"You are the best Seaweed Brain"

"I know"

"He's name is Luke Anthony Jackson" I said as I faced Chiron . Somehow I knew my life was going to change all because of him.
