Sometimes, I feel so stressed, that it seems like all I can do is scream and cry.

It feels like I have too much to do and don't have time for anything else, when in reality, I have tons of free time.

It really is frustrating and almost embarrassing, especially looking back at a moment like that...

Does this ever happen to you?

If it does, I'm sorry.

I'm not the best at giving suggestions, but maybe try this...

Try scheduling out your day.

Instead of looking at all the work you have to do and freaking out about it, create a schedule.

Say you have math, English, and science homework to do all in one night.

Try making a schedule saying what you're going to do first and how long you're going to do it, then schedule 15-30 minutes of break time in between to calm down, clear your mind, and relax, then repeat scheduling the rest of the work with quick breaks in between.

It really is an effective method; I've researched and attempted it for a school project before.

Also, for the breaktime, instead of just sitting there and doing nothing or playing video games the whole time, do something productive, calming, and/or enjoyable.

Like... going for a walk, or taking a nap, or practicing an instrument (if you play one).

Not only will get your mind off of the work and stress, but it will also benefit your mind and health positively.

Just a little idea to take the stress out of your day.~
