"Oi! Wake up! How long do you think I'm going to let you sleep there?!" My eyes suddenly shot wide open from the sound of a familiar voice. I gasp and look up at the sight of familiar long green hair and green eyes sitting on a throne.

"Geez you're finally awake sleepyhead. I thought you were dead for a second there. I would have had to to something else with you then," She said not at all entertained with my presence.

"I umm..."

"Yes? Are you gonna ask why you're here?"

I was speechless. This was legit.

"Are you really Sothis?!"

"Yes, obviously," She states sternly.

"I'm not dreaming am I?! This has to be a dream! Hold on!" I panic and pinch my arm earning a small yelp of pain.

"Holy canoli... You're real!" I shout in surprise pointing at Sothis who sat on her throne still unimpressed.

"Why did I choose to summon an idiot like you?" She mumbles under her breath.

"I heard that!" I pout.

"Since you already know my name... do you know how this world works?"

"Not particularly. I got to meet the main character and the three other people... What were their names again??? Edgelord? Demontree and Cloud?"  I said rubbing my chin trying to remember. Sothis lets out a little snicker.

"Edgelord... pfft! You mean Edelgard?"

"Yeah that chick! and the other two guys!" 

She just laughs more at my failure of a brain to remember their names.

"I take it back haha! I do like you a little a bit," She chuckles.

"Right so uh... why am I here?" I question her to get back on topic.

Sothis with her clear green eyes smiles at me and approaches me. I stood up from the ground and stare into her eyes feeling them search deep inside my (e/c) eyes. As if there was something there.

"I want you to live in this world," She states.

"What?" I look at her deadpan in the face.

"I want you to live in this world."

"Hold on... Wait... one more time?"

"How many times do I need to repeat myself?!" She shouts irritated.

"Well you are the beginning so..." 

"Oh hush! I want you to live in this world! Will you or will you not?! I will send you right back out!"

"Okay okay! I will! Stop shouting at me!" I cried as I hover my arms over my head to protect myself.

"Okay, good," Sothis lets a soft smile spread across her face. I sigh in relief since I didn't die yet by her oh so godly wrath. 

"May I ask why you want me to live in that world? It's not forever right?"

"I will assume that once you have finished the main protagonist through their trials as they face many life changing decisions. Once you have done that I will send you back to your world," Sothis explains in a serious tone.

"Can I go back whenever I want or..."

"No. You can only go back to your world once you have finished helping the protagonist," She states as she extends her hand out to me.

"So... is that a deal?"

"I...I..." I stare down at my hand. I won't see dad or Mikki or my bestie...

I won't be able to see them ever again if I don't do this. I have to live in this world and do whatever it takes to get back.

Who knows... maybe I can do this.

"I'll do it!" I grasp her hand tightly earning a wide smile from Sothis as light resonates from her body which quickly envelopes me.

"Very well. Then I shall give you a small gift which is a blessing from a goddess."

And with that you once again fainted and lost consciousness.
