It was now Elimination Chamber, and as Gionna and Josh had gotten closer throughout the week, so had their feelings for each other. Throughout the week, Gionna was continuously flirting with him and even though he tried to play it off as a joke, deep down, there was a part of him that wasn't. The two got to their locker room and found out that the Women's Elimination Chamber match was kicking off the show, with the Men's last. 

Gionna: This week has been amazing, spending it with you.

Josh: Yep, no better feeling than having a best friend help psych you up for tonight!

Gionna: Still can't believe I'm winning tonight - it's just insane!

Josh: Everyone's gonna finally see the real Liv Morgan both tonight and at Wrestlemania!

She quickly got dressed into her gear for the night, and Josh was speechless at the sight that was before him.

Josh: Wow...

Gionna: What? It's the same gear I used for our mixed tag...

Josh: I know. It's just... you look somehow more stunning than ever. 

Gionna blushed a deep crimson red, as she smiled and hugged Josh before going out to her match. She took her place in her pod and awaited the rest of the competitors. As they made their entrances, she saw it was Ruby and Asuka starting things off, and after Sarah and Ashley entered the match, Gionna entered and shook things up. She went straight for Ruby and Sarah, their first confrontation between the trio since The Riott Squad got split up. As Gionna got taken out by Ruby, Sarah then got her chance and rolled up Ruby to get the first elimination, to the sheer shock of Ruby.

Gionna: Buh-bye!

Ruby had a face like thunder as she left the chamber, while Natalya was the last to enter, and quickly eliminated Sarah with the Sharpshooter, before Gio had to focus on Asuka, and after a small head to head with the Empress, Gionna then hit her Flatliner on her, covering her to get her second elimination. It was now down to Ashley, Natalya and Gionna. As The Queen went straight for Gio, Natalya stopped her and both she and Gio unloaded on Ashley, pulling off a Hart Attack on her, before she kicked out at a pin attempt. 

Natalya: Oh come on...

Knowing Ash wouldn't give up easily, Nattie tried to go for another Sharpshooter, but Ashley was able to counter and muster enough energy to spear Natalya through the chamber pod and eliminate her, leaving just her and Gionna. When they both went face to face, they also both looked at the Wrestlemania sign, pointing at it and staking their claim for a title match.

Ashley: Bow down to your future queen...

Gionna: No way, it is my time! 

After another back and forth confrontation, Ashley went for a moonsault off the top rope, but not only was Gionna able to move out of the way, but she also then hit her Jersey Codebreaker and then her Flatliner, to move her into position for what she was about to do. She climbed to the stop of the chamber pod and looked at the camera.

Gionna: This is for you, baby!

She jumped and hit a perfect moonsault that was on the button, so much that Ashley had the wind knocked out of her and also got Gionna a one-way ticket to Wrestlemania.

Mike: Here is your winner, Liv Morgan!

In her second Elimination Chamber match, she had done the impossible, while pinning Ashley yet again. Now she could be laser focused on her Wrestlemania match against The Man, Becky Lynch. The Man then came out and entered the chamber, and shook Gionna's hand, while also raising the belt above her head. 

Gionna: I'm coming for you, Becky. 

As the segment was over, she went backstage where Josh was waiting for her with a big smile on his face. She immediately hugged him tightly and didn't let go for a long time.

Josh: That was the most incredible thing I've ever seen you do.

Gionna: The moonsault or the face off with Becky?

Josh: How about both?

Gionna: If you say so, I'm gonna go have a shower and watch what's still to come...

Josh: I've got a bit of time to kill, my match is second to last, so I might as well join you.

They both headed back to the locker room, where as Gio took a shower, Josh watched as The Usos beat Heavy Machinery and Lucha House Party for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship, Sasha Banks was able to put one over on Bayley in another classic between the two to become the new Smackdown Women's Champion, and in the blink of an eye, Apollo Crews was able to secure his first belt in WWE, pinning Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental Championship. Now it was Josh's turn in the chamber. He would be in there with some tough competition, as well as his future opponent for the United States Championship, Andrade.

Gionna: Just promise me one thing. Don't get too badly hurt out there. I don't wanna have to go to the road to Wrestlemania on my own.

Josh: Relax, boo, I've got plans for tonight, all of which involve that pathetic person who holds that US title belt.

Gionna: I'll be watching, and waiting for when you get back here.

In the heat of the moment, Gio gave him a kiss, and all of a sudden, Josh had the inspiration and determination to go and do her proud. When he got to the chamber itself, he was a little intimidated at first, especially at the sheer size of it, and when he got into his pod, he was flabbergasted.

Josh: Holy...

While Gio was watching backstage, she noticed that Josh was in the same pod she was earlier.

Gionna: That's the lucky pod I guess, now come on babe, show them what you can do!

Sarah and Nattie were with her, watching on, and both looked a little surprised as to what Gio had just said.

Sarah: Did you just call him...

Natalya: Babe?

Gio went a deep crimson and blushed a little, before putting on her puppy smile.

Gionna: Maaaybe...

Natalya: I knew it! So why don't you just ask him out?

Sarah: Maybe cos she doesn't wanna rush anything. After all, he did just end things with Ashley.

Natalya: Oh, yeah. Heard it was kinda messy, with him choosing his best friend over his partner for 2 years.

Gionna didn't reply, as she was just mesmerised by Josh's physique.

Gionna: He's taken such good care of himself, I can't wait to be his. The things I would do to him...

Natalya: Whoa, too much information, girl! Let's just watch the match.

As Seth and Joe were starting things off since their qualifying match led them both here, Josh seemed laser focused on Andrade, but had to put it to one side as he was next in. He went straight after Seth, as Josh and Joe were good friends outside of the ring. They laid him out and continued to work as a team until Joe tried a roll up on him, to no avail. Aleister and Andrade were next to enter, with AJ coming in last. After Joe had sent Rollins to sleep and elimination, with the Coquina Clutch, Josh would get the next big spot. With everyone else laid out, he climbed to the top of the pod, and took a deep breath before jumping and hitting what he called The Butterfly Effect, which turned out to be a double rotation moonsault onto Andrade, pinning and eliminating the US champion and starting their rivalry. The crowd was in awe of the debut of the move, but Josh knew he couldn't rest up.

Josh: Bring it, who's next?

AJ went straight for Josh, looking for a Phenomenal Forearm, which connected. But AJ didn't stop there, he went for another one on a dazed Josh, and connected again, causing Josh's forehead to be busted open from the contact. But when he gloated and basked in the boos of the crowd, Josh saw an opening and rolled AJ up schoolboy style to get the pin. The crowd were on their feet, while AJ was furious, and tried to attack Josh by going for a Styles Clash from the top rope, but Josh somehow mustered up the strength to counter it into a reverse Frankensteiner, sending The Phenomenal One face first onto the canvas and out for the count. But by the time Josh had regained his bearings, Aleister caught him with Black Mass and pinned him. And straight away, Joe locked in the Coquina Clutch on Black, and after a good 30 seconds, Aleister was out cold. As Josh watched on when he got to the back, he was met by Gio, who hugged him tightly yet again.

Gionna: You may not have won, but that move on Andrade is what people will remember. And that reverse Frankensteiner, reminded me of Sasha vs Bayley all those years ago, back at Takeover!

Josh: Been wanting to try them for ages, didn't expect both of them to work out that perfectly.

Gionna: So, what are your plans for the rest of the night, now that our work here for tonight is done?

Josh: Well, not much to be honest. Was just gonna head back to the hotel and chill before Raw tomorrow night. You're invited, if you wanna join.

Gionna: Like you even have to ask!

As she accompanied him back to the locker room so he could have a shower, she flicked through her social media and something caught her eye in regards to tomorrow night on Raw.

wwe: Per Triple H, there will be a No.1 Contender's match for the US title tomorrow night on Raw between Aleister Black, AJ Styles and Josh Stevens! The winner will face the current champion, Andrade for the title at Wrestlemania!

As Josh got back from his shower and got dressed, Gionna showed him the news.

Josh: Looks like what I did tonight struck a nerve with both the guys I eliminated.

Gionna: Doesn't surprise me, and besides, you should be winning this, otherwise why did Hunter say you're going for that belt at Wrestlemania?

Just then, Josh's phone rang, and it was Hunter.

Josh: Hey, Hunter.

Hunter: Hey Josh, listen, you've probably seen the news regarding tomorrow night, right?

Josh: Yep, should I be worried?

Hunter: Not in the slightest. We plan on not only having you win by pinning Styles tomorrow night, but also attacking Andrade when he comes out for a post-match ambush. We want you to go all out on him, and torture Zelina by attacking him, Garza and Theory in front of her. To help, you'll have Aleister by your side doing the same thing.

Josh: Sounds good to me!

Hunter: And when you see Gionna, tell her that we have her on commentary for Becky's match against Asuka tomorrow night, and that's it.

Josh: I'll pass it on. Thanks again, Hunter!

Hunter: No worries, enjoy tonight!

As the call ended, Josh looked back at Gio and went through the plans that were involved for tomorrow night.

Josh: Tomorrow night will definitely be interesting, to say the least.

Gionna: Tomorrow is tomorrow, but right now, I'm getting kinda hungry.

Josh: Looks like some of my famous fajitas are in order!

Gionna licked at her lips, not just at the thought of the food, but also of Josh still not wearing a shirt. She couldn't take her eyes off his sculpted body.

Josh: Are you gonna stand there all night?

Gionna: Sorry, it's just your abs are quite distracting to me...

Josh: They always have been, haven't they? Especially back when we were dating before.

Gionna: I'll say...

Josh then got a shirt on and the two hightailed it to the car, stopping off at a 24-hour supermarket on the way, to pick up some ingredients for the fajitas. After that, it was a quick blast to the hotel room, and 25 minutes after they got back, the food was ready, and Netflix on Josh's laptop was set.

Gionna: So, what do you fancy?

Josh: Surprise me...

She stuck on Friends, much to the surprise of Josh.

Josh: Okay, that I didn't expect. 

Gionna: Why's that?

Josh: You're only gonna make fun of me when I say it...

Gionna: I promise I won't...

Josh: Okayyy... but I have actually never seen a single episode of this show. 

(A/N: That is actually true - in real life, I've never watched it!)

Gionna's jaw dropped at the words.

Gionna: Well, that's changing tonight...

She pulled him onto the bed and together, and while munching on fajitas and drinking 3 cans of Diet Coke each, they managed to binge watch the first 2 series, before Gionna had her head leant against Josh's shoulder.

Josh: Look at you... my sleeping beauty...

He discreetly turned off the laptop, and tucked Gionna in, before getting into bed next to her. As he watched her drift off to dreamworld with a smile on her face, Josh couldn't help but think about what life would be like with Gio has his girlfriend again.

Josh: All those good times we had... and now we're both single... maybe this is the chance for us to make things work out. Who needs Ashley? As far as I'm concerned, I have you now... now and forever. Maybe just as a friend... but I feel like that with every passing day, my feelings for you grow more and more... so maybe MORE than a friend...

He listened to Chasing Cars a couple of times while thinking about it, as that song pretty much summed up his feelings for Gionna.

Josh: One day, Gionna, we'll be together again.

He kissed her forehead before drifting off to dreamworld himself.
