Adrika's POV

They left both of us standing there. No one could imagine how awkward it was for me to face her after she knew about me and Nakul. She wasn't hostile like she was at our first meeting. Honestly everything was going so fast that I have forgotten what normal behavior was. She was leaning on me. Head resting on my shoulders, hands circled around my left arm. I could hear her faint sobs.

"Let's go Droupadi! We need to take you and Maa to my chambers before I can go and put some senses into some people here." I said. She looked up at me. Eyes filled with tears.

"What you going to do? Can you save them?" She asked.

"I don't know now. But I'll do anything I need for this." I replied.

She nodded and we started going back to their room, where I left mata Kunti. While crossing her room I saw someone. It was Vrushali. Karn's would be wife. She was very beautiful. I called her.

"Pranam Queen!"

"Pranam Lady Vrushali..." I said.

"I'm not a Lady, my queen. I am just a servant girl." She said. Such politeness. Just like Helisha.

"I want your help in a matter." I said.

"Order your highness." She said.

I gave her some instructions before coming back to Droupadi. We both reached Mata Kunti and she was crying as expected. Both of them were crying uncontrollably while trying to console each other. I felt emotional but there was so much more for me to do that I could not afford being weak. I needed to make sure these ladies are safe here while I try to turn things around. I was in my thoughts.

"Adrika! Putri! How all this happened with you here?" A frantic mata kunti asked me.

"Maa, you are the one who made my grip weak on situation. But believe me I'll bring them back, I don't care if I have to turn this whole kingdom upside down." I said. She hugged me crying. Droupadi was crying as well, she ran to me. I hold both of them in my arms.

"Right now your safety is my priority. Come. We don't have much while to spare." I said.

We reached my chambers. There wasn't anyone there as per my instructions. I couldn't stand maids all around me while I'm doing anything. I could not ignore them like others could. I felt like they are watching me doing anything. Helisha sent some of my stuffs with the help of Subhadra. So those were there in boxes. I hadn't even opened them. Just took out the first outfit I saw to wear today. We sat down.

"I will be safe here. But Droupadi. No Adrika. Send her to Kampilya today itself. Or just take her to island with you. She cannot live here." Mata kunti said.

"Mata I will not leave without you or your sons. And Adrika promised your sons that I'll stay here." Droupadi said.

"Yes Maa, she is right. If she leaves now, that will indirectly support the accusations that are made on her. And I said you two will be safe. Don't you trust me?" I said. She held my face with two hands.

"I would not be thinking straight if you were not here Putri. You are my courage." She said.

"But I need to go. So he will here for your protection." I said.

"Who?" Droupadi asked.

And at the correct movement Vrushali and Karn entered with Karn's father. I knew he was the one who informed Mahamhim vishm. Both the ladies were shocked. Looking at Droupadi I knew she wanted to say something but i was glad she choose not to. I knew what she was thinking. To be honest she could not be blemed.

"I know Droupadi what you are thinking. But what you do not know that Angraj Karn is a dear friend. I can trust him with my life." I said.

"But what happened in Rajsabha.." she stated but cut by Karn.

"What happened in Rajsabha is what I needed to do for a friend. And here as well I will do what I needed to do for a friend." he said. I thought good everyone were on board.

"Vrushali! I want you to stay here as well." i said and she nodded.

"You saw this coming. Didn't you?" Karn said.

"Without pretence! Foresee Maharaj Dhritarashtra is very unexacting. That man is humorously predictable. And so is your friend. So it was very undemanding for me." I said and he just chuckled, shaking his head.

I looked at Karn's father. I never met him before.

"Pranam! We never met before, I am Adrika Idivita. Yadav srysth krishna basudev's sisiter." I said to him. He returned the gesture by saying

"Who does not know you? I always wanted to meet you, after listening all about you from Karn." he said.

"Blame him. I have asked him so many times to take me home. He never did." I said. We all laughed at this. "Can I request you to stay here with them? I cannot trust anyone rightnow."

"Of course your Highness!" He said. That did not sit well with me.

"About that highness part. This room is equal for all. Your presence here is the result of my trust and love. And I'm anything but partial." I said. Then I looked at Mata kunti. She was a royal lady. I didn't expect her to share my ideology. "Maa"

"Where you stayed, where you wish to come back, will be as pure as you expected putri." She said. I turned to Droupadi for the same.

"I am new to everything Adrika. You. This life. Rules. But one thing I learned that I can follow your primacy. I will just do that for now." That was unexpected. Everything was settled. So I turned to Karn.

"And you here dear Sir! Look after my girls when I'm gone. Remember I'm leaving you with 3 girls, upon return I expect to see 3 girls. And they better be the same 3 girls. Ascertained?" They all laughed loudly at that.

"Certainly!" He said.

I also laughed and leave the room. There was so much for me to do. Adirathji (karn's father) had already informed mahamahim vishm. Time to put some ghee to the fire. If I push him hard enough I knew I could make this Maharaj Dhritarashtra's biggest mistake ever. I tried to connect to Bhrta krishn in my subconscious. He responded immediately.

"How's everything going Behna?" He asked.

"Pandavs are in prison. Duryodhan disrespect me in front of the court." I said.

"I know what you are thinking. But do not do it." He said. I stopped dead in my tracks.

"But why? I can make them king today." I said.

"I know you can. I know I can. But we should not. Pandavs need to win by their ability. Not by our power or trickery." He said. I laughed.

"Bhrata Krishn, do you feel you are the right person talking about trickery?" I teased.

"Adrike! Aarop laga rahi ho mujhpe?Mahabharat need to happen meri pyari behen. You know why better than me. But I am not saying you can't take advantage of this situation. It will be really unfair if we loose such a golden opportunity." He said.

That's my brother.
"I see you." I said.
"That's my sister."

         Now I knew how and what to do. I went to mahamahim vishm. He was arguing with mahamantri vidur.

"Don't worry mahamahim! Pandavs know I am there only adherent here. They don't expect anything from you. You can serve that underserved King as pleasantly as you can. But I'll stand against him. And I will make sure that Rajkumaar Duryodhan get banished from each and every kingdom of Aryaavart and Dakshinavart during his exile. I will make sure his sins break your king into pieces. You will have to watch that in front of your eyes. My humble apologies for that. I respect you to a level that I wanted to give you a glimpse of future so you can prepared yourself to see this. Only see, because mark my words mahamahim vishm, Adrika idivita will not spare anyone a little venture for doing anything." I said.

Although I knew about these, still I was beyond angry. I saw the fire started buring furiously. I felt that my fire element was taken control. He was shocked. I turned to leave.

"Putri!" His voice stopped me. I turned sharply and curtains of the room caught fire.

"Please calm down Adrika! Dhritarashtra made a sin. And I will not forgive him. He have to make it right. I'm begging you meri putri, don't loose hope for me. I'll give pandavs their right. But you. I don't want to loose you. You are the only pleasure I so greatfully received. A person with whom I feel open and relax. Don't rob this Oldman his only pleasure in life." He said. His words somewhat calms me down. It was surprising for me that I meant so much to him. When did that happen exactly?

"You will not forgive the king for this. Can you do this for me?" I asked. He nodded. I nodded. He touched my head affectionately and left the room angrily. I looked at Mahamantri vidur.

"Good enough?" I asked.

"I hope so." He replied. "You should go with him as well..."

"Mahamahim is going to the king. I can't go there unrequested." I said.

"You can say mahamahim gave you permission. He can't deny you his life if you ask for it."

Danm this man was cunning. I smirked at his brains and ran as fast as I could towards the king's place. I reached at the same time when Duryodhan was ranting about what a king should do and what not. Seriously that man was really getting on my nerves.

"For someone who is never going to be a king, you did spend a lot of time reading about what a king should do or not. Tell me a thing, did you skipped over the part that a king should always be fair to all?" I said entering.

"Yadav kumari! This is King's chamber. How dare you enter without permission? Guards arrest this woman." He said. There you go. This man was digging his grave as fast as an armadillo.

"If you spend a day reading about courteous behavior you would know that when a person is accompanying someone they don't need permission if the person they are accompanying is already there in the room. I'm here with Mahamahim vishm. And if you are forgetting, I'm still a royal guest. You disrespected me twice today." I said. Maharani Gandhari looked panicked.

"Adrika, forgive Duryodhan please. I begging for forgiveness behalf of him." She said.

"Don't Maharani. I respect you. Do not want you to be the victim of my wrath. Why would I forgive him? Did King forgave Pandavs? They are in prison. They are being treated like criminals. Then you son will also face the same fate. I'm here to request a meeting to decide his punishment. If not then it will be clear that your kingdom is challenging my authority as a queen of a kingdom. And I don't need to remind what comes after. A open war situation." I said.

"Kal hone ko hai mahabharat aj ho jaye" was all I could think about.
(The mahabharat was meant to happen tomorrow, it can happen now)

"We don't challenge your authority Queen Adrika. You can have a court for this." The king said.

Until then I was so full of fire that I needed to cool it off. I thanked him and left. All that concerns were now mahamahim vishm's. He could do the remaining part now. I was blank for some movement now. Karn was there with Droupadi and Mata kunti. So I was relief from there. I went to the pond inside the jungle.

Nakul's POV
We witnessed pitamah vishm's power in front of our eyes. The was the master of the army and the army was devoted to him. But the real news for us was what didn't happened in front of our eyes. About what Adrika did. We reached her chambers to find Angraj Karn, mata, Droupadi, some woman and Angraj's father all sitting there. My heart sank. Where was my Adrika. Did she left? Mata came running to us. She hugged jyesth bhrata and bhrata Arjun.

"She said she will bring you back. But still I'm a mother. How can I be relieve?" She said.

"Where is Adrika? Why is Angraj karn here?" Bhrata Arjun asked.

"She left me to safeguard of everyone, while she do her work in order to free you. Now that you are here i can rest that responsibility." He said.

"We thank you Angraj karn for your deeds towards our mother and Panchali." Jyesth bhrata said.

"I did it for Adrika. Nakul tell her I have two of her books when she returns." He said to me. And I nodded.  He left with his father and that woman. And everyone were looking at me.

"Adrika made us in talking terms. Even bhrata Arjun respect him." I said.

"He indeed is a man of respect. He never let anyone entered the room from the moment Adrika left." Droupadi said.

"But where is she?" I asked not knowing who.

"May be somewhere to be calm down. She was absolutely fire. I felt like she will destroy the whole kingdom into ashes in order to save you." Kakashree vidur said. We all welcomed him and he sat with us.

"Adrika did what?" Bhrata bhim asked amused.

"Yes. She was burning. She said she will break the king to make him realised he did the worst mistake of his life. Tatshree said she had been granted a court to decide on Duryodhan's punishment for being disrespectful to her. She threatened war to him." He said. I was proud of her.

"That's sounds like our Adrika. Getting what she desire." Sahadev said.

"I'm unable to understand her. She was being humorous here. Play threatening Angraj karn that she is leaving him with three girls and we better be the same when she return. And then this." Droupadi said. We all chuckled.

"That's the beauty of her panchali she range from fire to ice in seconds. Not because emotions aren't important for her, but she has so much control over it. Her every step, every word is well calculated. She earns respect with her wit, knowledge and compassion." Bhrata Arjun said. It felt great to know all my family looks up to her with such respect. A woman who was mine.

"We need to discuss our next course of action." Jyesth bhrata said.

"But not without her." Droupadi said. We all looked at her.

"Yes. She claims her possession yet with such love and compassion that you can't deny. I tried to be mad at her but how can you be mad at such courage, such knowledge, such selflessness. It force you to bow down to her. If today I act selfishly, the loss will be greater than anything." She said. We all were delighted. But me, i could not explain how I felt. I felt like the moon was in my hand reach. I could just extend my hand and touch it. Droupadi came to me and said

"Find her Kumar. Bring her here. To her place. To her family. With all of us. But most importantly with you."

       I gave her a ear to ear smile before running off. I needed to find my love. I needed to find my Adrika. Where she could be? If she was calming herself down then she must be around water. The pond. I ran. When I reached there. She was sitting there. Looked like just came out of water. Slivery blue water was running her almost bare body as she didn't wearing a lot of clothing. Maybe didn't wanted to make them wet. Her wet long hair was touching the water. The pond was illuminating. She didn't heard me coming. When I said

"Adrika!"

     It was barely a wishper. But she turned and got up. When she saw it was me. She ran towards me to engulfed me in a hug. That was the most beautiful feeling ever. She was whispering things. But her words were least of my concern right now. Because the next movement I did the most unexpected. I kissed her. Yes. I kissed her beautiful lips that I have dreamed of in my several weak movements, painted in several portraits of her. But there wasn't any regret. It was pure. Devine. Like our love. When we parted. She was scarlet. I held her face inches away from mine.

"All restrictions are over my love. We can be together. Forever. We fought our battles for our love. For today. You still love me Adrika?" I asked.

"More than anything in the world. I can't imagine a life beyond you. I am yours. For ever." She said before kissing me again.

      This was the night I would treasure till death. What ever will happen could wait untill I live seveal lives in those movements. I had my love in my arms, in such intimacy within our relationship that no one can part us now. I was living in present. And hopping this could last for ever.
