Writing a letter is one of the ways to show how much you appreciate someone. The thought of making an effort in writing each and every letter, the thought of thinking of the things you wanted to say to that special person.

Today, I received a letter from my dearest friend. The envelope was mint, my favorite color, she drew patrick, my favorite cartoon character, and it even has some cookie stickers which are also my favorite.

But the thing is... she died a week ago.

A smile immediately plastered in my face. Alam ko na kaagad kung kanino ito nanggaling.

Nang makita ko ang nakasulat sa likod, nakumpirme ang hinala ko kung sino ang nagpadala ng sulat.

Pero hindi nagtagal ang sayang naramdaman ko nang may naalala ako. Kusang nawala ang ngiti ko sa labi.
