"Marinette?" Sabine Asked, knocking on her trapdoor. Marinette yawned and sat up in her bed. "It's open" She replied, and her mom came through.

"Darling, it's for you" Sabine Said, leaving it on her locker and going back downstairs. Marinette willed herself to get out of bed. She needed to know what it was. Nobody sent her letters. It was usually Emails or texts or the odd phone call. But never letters.

Her swollen ankles pained her. Each step she took in her pumps felt like walking on glass. She opened the white envelope, her eyes scanning over the letter.

"What is it Marinette?" Tikki Asked, sitting on her shoulder. Her face dropped. It came From Gabriel Agreste's office. Her hands were shaking, she could barely read the text.

"Oh my God.. what do you think he will say?" Tikki Asked, worryingly. Marinette shook her head. "I have no clue Tikki. He might mention the baby? And the extra baby he doesn't know about!" Marinette said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. Tikki gave a slight giggle. "I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking" She sighed.

The 26th of September was finally here. Marinette's heart pounded in her chest as the silent driver pulled up into the driveway. The large iron gates unlocked, and he drove in.

Marinette stepped out of the car, her palms sweaty. She didn't sleep at all, but covered up traces of that with makeup. Her beige sweater showed quite a large bump. Natalie answered the door, directing Marinette into Gabriel's Office. He glared at her sharply as she sat across from him.

Her eyes filled with fear and a sense of Danger, begging her to run. But she couldn't. He looked disgusted at her stomach, tutting and rolling her eyes. "Why did you ask me here today?" Marinette Asked, cracking her fingers.

Gabriel took a deep breath and relaxed for a minuet. "I have an offer. We pay you a very large 6 figure sum of money, and you get rid of that some way or another" He said. Marinette gasped. Her hands balled into fists. She tried to control herself.

"Excuse me?" She asked. He repeated himself. She stood up. "I would never give up innocent Children's lives for money. I cannot believe you just asked that. I'm having Twins. In about 3 or four months from now. You don't understand. You were so distant with Adrien, it's a miracle he pulled through. Can't you see that Adrien's happy? He's happy that I'm having his babys! So I decline your Little offer Mr Agreste" Marinette said, making her way to the door.

Gabriel grunted. She turned around before she left. "Shove your 6 figure sum up you ass or buy some wallpaper for this place! It'll bring it some life to this house, you dull bastard!" Marinette yelled, slamming the office door behind her. Natalie followed her out, and she declined the limo home.

Her ankles hurt badly. They were swollen and quite bruised but nonetheless, she started walking painfully home, in her converse. She kept her head down to not get noticed. Not many people recognized her. They mostly were shocked to see such a young girl with a big belly.

"Marinette" Tikki piped up. "I'm so proud of you. You stood up to him! Adrien will be very pleased!" Tikki said. Marinette sighed. "I hope so. It's a long walk home, but there was no way I'm going home by Gabriel Agrete's aid" She said spitefully
