A. I wanted to match the alliteration of Magic's Minister and since the book had to do with memory spells, Magic's Memories fit the bill. Kinda wish that I'd gone with something like "Healer's Deception" which would still fit the "possessive and a magical occupation" type.

B. Nope nope. I did lift one line of dialogue verbatim from someone I know but that's it. My life is not that exciting.

C. Currently Feyla because I can relate a little bit to her struggle to find herself as an adult but her mom is wayyyyy worse than my parents are. Or maybe Beryn because he ships Feyla and Sedgewick like I do.

D. Yes, I have two actually. One I made during plotting and one I made during writing. There's some overlap and some differences. If anyone's interested, I can share screen shots in a different chapter.

E. If I wrote a sequel? Ahahahahhaha. Currently my next planned project is the Eleyna prequel—I MEAN EDITING MAGIC'S MINISTER YEP DEFINITELY GOING TO DO THAT. Hold me to it, guys.

As for a sequel, I have several ideas and all of them involve Sedgewick and Feyla's firstborn.

G. I usually write from start to finish. Sometimes I'll have specific lines of dialogue written down for later though. Or I'll occasionally write a chapter and then push it back because I realized that something else needs to happen first.

J. Magic's Memories isn't done yet so here's my alternate ending to Magic's Minister instead. Warning, mild spoilers for Magic's Minister. Also this is going to be long:

K. The angstiest idea is a potential future spoiler depending on how many books I write. Have a different one.

Beryn doesn't break up with Feyla.

Doesn't sound super angsty until you think about it and realize that when Feyla finally leaves to be Lady Kingsford, Sedgewick realizes he's in love with her and it's too late. So he spends the next thousand years seeing the woman he loves on the arm of another man. Feyla's still nice to him because he helped her, kinda introduced her to her husband, and they're friends and all, right? Meanwhile Sedgewick's silently burying his feels, dying on the inside every time she smiles in his direction, and inwardly scolding himself for even dreaming that she might have wanted someone like him anyway when clearly her standards are Beryn-high.

So basically instead of spending the next chapter of his life in love and happy, Sedgewick spends it in love and miserable and Feyla can't even help him because she's the reason why.

L. I run it through Grammarly and then post. No proofreading, we die like real women.

M. Premises? Well there is the still-untitled Eleyna prequel which will explain Eleyna's mysterious powers and how her and Fenroy got together. Then I'd also like to write something with Sedgewick and Feyla's son, Wick. I have a couple of ideas. Some when he's younger and some when he's grown. I'd also like to do something set in Sedgewick's past but I think that may end up being novella length instead of a full book.
Update: That something was The Blood Obelisk, which is now out. XD

N. Fics I wish someone would finish? Like of mine or of someone else's? I guess there's a few fics that I wish would be completed but they're not on Wattpad and I try to keep my fangirling over fics separated from my original stuff.

O. I always start with the characters. Usually I've created the character first and then I'll imagine them in a variety of situations until one pops out that has promise for a larger story. I'm a big fan of fitting your plot to your characters.

P. I've done different amounts of planning. Magic's Minister had a very short outline of the three major places I wanted Sedgewick to go to before the end. It ended up getting swapped around. In the original, they would have visited Crayden for information about where Bilara was first then gone to Beryn's then Bilara's. I realized that it didn't make sense with how well Sedgewick knows Bilara.

With Magic's Memories, I started with a much more detailed outline. It didn't really help me though. I revised it around five times while writing and ended up making major changes regarding the villain and the final conflict.

Q. Collaborations? I've done it for short crossovers just for fun. I don't know that I could do it for a serious project. I'm picky about how things sound, especially with my characters.
