Is it worth staying?

She stepped out into the light and allowed her eyes to adjust. She soon saw a handsome man who looked about the same age as her. He had dark brown hair, a chiseled jawline, emerald eyes, and was tall in stature. She was taken aback when she saw him and the sixties town in the background. She had made it out of that house of terrors and decided to ask the man in front of her, ''What is this place?"
"Wasn't it obvious from what you just saw?" he replied back with a soft and gentle voice.
"All that I saw was that this place is some sort of a living hell. Who would even think of inventing this place?"
"My uncle, technically great great uncle."
"Oh, I'm so sorry I didn't…you just seem much kinder than he is."
"Well I was just raised by him, well more of I was allowed to stay in this house. He never actually showed any kindness to me."
"That seems like a pretty lonely childhood."
"It could be, I had an amazing imagination from almost never talking to anyone. I'm not even allowed to talk to the students."
"That's kinda harsh."
"Anyways, this place is a ballet school. My uncle built it in the 1800s and is somehow still alive. You're unusual though, everyone always sees the beauty of this place, but you saw what it truly is."
"But this is all a dream, I'm not really here."
"It is in your dreams, but if you choose to stay, you will actually be transported here. So do you want to stay."
"You seem like a really nice person, but I don't think I can, ballet really isn't my thing, it's my sister's."
"You seriously expect me to believe that after what I saw you do in the dance studio?"
"You saw that?"
"This place is full of some kind of paranormal things, of course I saw you. You're a very gifted dancer. If you choose to stay you could further that talent. And you would be here with me."
"I don't even know your name, and I thought you said you're not allowed to talk to the students."
"Okay, well my name is Randie, and yes. Technically I'm not allowed to talk to the student, but I'm okay with breaking the rules."
"What would your uncle say? Then again you said he barely talks to you."
"If you don't want to go to this particular school, that's fine, go to one of the other schools."
"Why are you trying so hard?"
"Look I know I just met you, but I love you and I want you to stay here with me."
"Well, I know you're not allowed to leave, but if you truly loved someone, you would tell them to stay away from this place. So why are you trying to convince me to stay?"
"You're right, it is an awful place, but you seem strong willed. Maybe if you stay here you could talk some sense into my uncle; I know you have already done that to me."
"Where's your uncle?"
"I'll go get him for you." Randie walked into the school house. A few moments later, a middle aged man in a wheelchair came out; there was no sign of Randie. "Hello, I'm Adrien Drakos, the owner of this fine establishment."
"I know this school is much more than it seems to be."
"Ah, yes, you're the seer. The only person to ever see what this school is really like before choosing to stay here. What did you think, isn't it marvelous?"
"No, you torture people every day."
"Actually I only torture them at night. I would never cut into my students class or free time.''
"What does it matter, you're still torturing them. Are you not?"
"Well yes, but it would be more if I cut into their class time, because they wouldn't be in class."
"But you, the headmaster, would be the one keeping them from their class, so why should they be punished for you being the person at fault."
"You make a good point, however this problem is solved by doing all this at night."
"That doesn't solve anything, you should just not torture anyone."
"Well judging by the past, I'm not going to change. The question is, are you going to stay here anyway."
"Why would I ever stay here?"
"You need not stay at this particular school, but just at one of the marvelous schools in this town. I know you're really wanting to learn about my secret."
"Maybe I am, but why can't I do that without staying in your kingdom."
"Interesting."
"What?"
"You're the first person to call this place a kingdom."
"Is it not? You practically rule this entire place like a monarchy."
"Is that bad or is that good?"
"It depends."
"On what, exactly?"
"If you are a tyrant or not."
"Well enough talking, are you staying or going."
"Staying, but only if I get a free trial. I get two months to decide if I actually want to stay until I get a job or for the rest of my life. I can leave during any of that time period. Do we have a deal?"
"One week."
"Five weeks."
"Two."
"Three."
"Okay, deal. During any of that time you may leave. After the three weeks you stay here forever or at least till you get a job."
