He shrugs and looks around. "Maybe it was a trick, you run into someone pretending to be in trouble, have a crowd of your buddies chase you, you take the person away under the pretense of protecting them, then take them to an alley were a group comes out and mugs 'em...... but I guess I was wrong so......  I guess I'm sorry for assuming such a thing." he said. She plopped down on the black and red covered bed in the corner of the room, and removed her jacket revealing cuts and bruises as well as numerous weapons though the weapons in view were not close to the total amount hidden on her at the moment." Yeah, well, I didn't as you can see." she snaps. He stands by the stairs."So why exactly were they chasing you?" he asks curiously.
   She fishes out a fabric bag from her pocket and reveals the contents of a gem that has multiple colors swirling inside of it. " It was a family heirloom from an Old Kingdom long forgotten by most, where vampires, magic, and other fantasy beings like me, a rare vampire neko, could live out of the Shadows we live in now. They stole it from me. I went and got it back, they also wanted my Katana since it's also from that time." She says. She then quickly puts the gem away and secured both the gem and Katana to herself eyeing him with caution. He raises an eyebrow at the gem and story that he has just been told. "Well that's not something I ever planned on hearing but..... there it is...." he said while scratching his head and sighs before continuing. "You know if you entrust random people with that kind of information, things like that are bound to happen, soooo kind of your fault."
   " actually I wasn't planning on letting you leave if you had bad intentions, but seeing as you don't I won't kill you on the spot, and they only know about it because my adopted brother told them thinking they were friends. They killed him on the spot and rob me of the gem, it took 8 months to track them and the gem down." She said matter-of-factly. He smirks at her. "Well, whoever said I didn't have bad intentions? I could just be trying to get on your good-side." He said grinning at her jokingly. She glares at him and her eyes glow red. "Trust me that's very hard to do, and I can tell you don't have bad intentions because I can sense if you do or not and, you don't. You're just curious." she stated, well her eyes are still going but now there icey blue.
   He leans against the stair rails and points at her. "You know I just noticed you're actually a girl." he said. She looks offended at the comment, and chucks 3 throwing knives at him that embed themselves in the wall very very close to his head, one on each side and one above "Are you saying I don't look like a girl." she hisses with her eyes once again red but blood red this time. " well you do now!" he glares at her "But with your hood up and....." waving his hands over his chest "I couldn't tell when I met you...... also it's not nice to throw knives at people" he pulls them out, continuing "might take someone's eye out sweetheart." he finishes.   
   She hisses at him and summons the knives back, they fly out of his hand and directly at her, she catches all of them without cutting herself, "One, that's insulting to say, Two I know that... it's why I throw them, because it's not nice just like you said, and Three, please..... I have better aim than that, they will only take an eye out if I want them to." she says sassyly. He Grins and Chuckles to himself "Oh you have a temper....... someone is high and mighty." he bows mockingly continuing "I am so sorry to have been so arrogant oh great one. Please accept my humble apology." he says with a voice dripping with sarcasm. She gets up and kicks him in the gut with her steel toe combat boots "haha very funny jackass and sorry but you need an attitude and temper to live in the world of Shadows, like I do or you'd die." she says grumpily. She checks him for injuries by making her eyes glow green, seeing as he has none she sits back down. He Grunts and holds his stomach for a second then stands back up straight. "I guess I've overstayed my welcome." he says well he started towards the stairs.
