The next morning, there was a rapid knocking on edas door. Raine was the one to answer it.
"Raine!- what...what are you doing in there?" Darius asked.
"Its 5 in the morning, what do you want?" Raine yawned.
"Its your sister- Azora said something about your mum as well..." Darius explained.
The next moment raine was out the door, practically running out of the palace. They ran all the way to Bella's house and banged on the door.
No answer.
They knocked again.
This time they heard someone inside sob.
"Bella!?" They shouted. "Are you in there!?"
The door opened, but it was a girl with shoulder length curly hair, dark blue eyes, and brown skin. Not their sister.
"Azora, where's my sister!?" They demanded.
Azora burst into tears and moved out of the way. What raine saw had their world crush down on them. It was Bella with a knife in her chest.
"I-i found her like that when I got here, your mum was storming out...she's dead.." Azora cried.
Raine walked over to their sisters lifeless body. A single tear slipped down their cheek.
"I'm so so sorry-" azora started.
"Its not your fault....do you know where my mother was going?" Raine asked.
"I-i think she w-was going to L-latissa..." The girl mumbled. "Why?"
"Cause, I've always wanted to punch the devil in the face..." Raine said, running out of the house. They stopped suddenly. "I'll have Darius come and get Bella...make sure my mother doesn't come back"
Azora nodded as raine left. Raine was walking at a fast pace, making sure they'd get to latissa before noon. Which wasn't really a problem. When they got their they saw her. A middle aged woman with green eyes, pale skin, black hair and finally, blood red lipstick on. Their mother.
That's when she spotted them.
"Why, if it isn't my son, harry..." She said, a cold smirk plastered on her face.
"Number one, I'm non binary. Number two, my name is Raine! And number three! What did you do to my sister!?" They shouted.
"I have no idea what you're talking about harry!" She said, her voice dripping with venom.
Raine pushed her against a wall and pulled out a knife, pressing it against her throat.
"You were there! You killed her!" Raine shouted.
"No I killed the girl who refuses to listen!" The woman growled.
"Look here you bitch!, I will not hesitate to slice your throat!" They warned.
"Sabes que no lo harás, me debes una" their mother said.
"I owe you jack shit!" Raine shouted, pressing the knife into her skin.
She laughed emotionlessly. "You're pathetic! We both know you won't kill me! You promised her" she smiled.
"W-what?...how do you know that!?" They demanded.
"I see all, I saw her. That girl. The one you got pregnant" their mother smiled.
"You leave her out of this!" Raine shouted, now attracting a crowd.
"You would never kill, not unless she wants you too, which she doesnt!" Sh laughed.
"Maybe not, but I never said anything about me killing people" eda said behind raine, a gun in her hand.
Raine turned their their head slightly.
Eda had the gun pointed at their mother.
"Eda? What are you doing here?" They asked.
"Darius informed me of what happened. And then azora told me where you went." Eda explained, not taking her eyes off their mother.
"Aw, how cute! She's willing to hold a gun!" The woman mocked.
Next thing raine knew, eda pulled the trigger, hitting their mother in the head. She fell to the ground, as blood ran down her head. Raine looked down at the woman and smiled softly.
They then looked back at eda.
"You really are one of a kind aren't you princess?" They smiled.
"Yeah....I'm so sorry about your sister.." Eda said.
"Yeah..." Raine mumbled. "Let's go home."
Eda nodded then gently took Raine's arm. The crowd quickly dispersed as they walked away. Raine didn't know how to feel. Their mother that they hated was dead, but so was their only sister. Nothing would be the same after this.
"She'll have a proper burial" eda said softly. "Did she have any wished for when she passed?"
"She...I honestly don't know..." Raine mumbled.
"Huh..."
They walked in silence the rest of the way. Raine was looking at the ground and eda was looking straight ahead. Raine felt glad that they had Eda by their side, they didn't know what they would do if she wasn't. Quietly and solemnly they walked into the palace.
Raine went straight to their office while eda had explained that Charlotte wanted her to have a check up to see if the baby was well. So they quietly just stared at the walls. It wasn't even one in the afternoon and they had lost their sister and their mother. And their mother was the reason their sister was gone. Could this day get any more fucked up? They thought.

Why was everyone dying? Thoughts like this swarmed their mind. This happened until they fell into a restless sleep.
