Soon the teachers and students were gathered in a crowd in front of the massive gate that guarded the entrance. Even though it looked old, it demanded respect.

"Okay students, now we are going in different groups to different parts of the place and explore before you have your lunch. After lunch, we will be taken on a tour by the people here." Said one of the teachers. Then she divided the students into yet another groups and they all gathered separately. This time, Shivni, Nivitha, Akshira, Sathvik, Gopal, Dhruv, Elvira and Ariv were in the same group along with Dhruv's sister Dhriti and her friend Devaprabha. Liya and Vimila were also in their group and they had Mrs. Rita as their teacher.

The teacher guided them showing and explaining various things. "Rita?" called a voice suddenly, which was familiar to Mrs Rita but not the kids. They all turned around to see a woman in a beautiful saree with a bright smile. She too wore her hair in a plait similar to that of Mrs Rita and anyone would assume her to be Mrs Rita's long lost sister.

"Arpitha, it's wonderful to see you!" Mrs Rita greeted her friend and turned to her students to introduce her.
"Children, this is my old friend and teacher who worked with me. She teaches Hindi in a nearby school. You can all explore around while we catch up. Just don't go too far and be careful." she said. The children greeted the teacher and then split up into two, going in different directions. Liya and Vimila went in the crowded direction where a few shops were set up and took pictures of the regions.

The rest walked aimlessly exploring not too near and not too far from each other.
Nivitha walked towards a small isolated yet dark region. It led into a tunnel and was a bit dull. It didn't have any decorations like the rest of the place, but it felt like something important.
"This can't be!" she whispered to herself.

"What can't be?" asked the familiar voice. Nivitha turned to her left to find Gopal who had just reached there.

"Out of all places, this seems a bit strange. This, uh, I, um, do you feel that too?" she asked.

"I don't get you....feel what?" asked Gopal.

"Like it's calling me. Like something is waiting for us and we are meant to be here and go in" she whispered softly.

Gopal stood silently for a minute before speaking. "I think it's better to not explore too far. We can never guess what we'll find in there."

By that time, the others, except Liya and Vimila, had reached there. Nivitha slowly walked into the tunnel taking a deep breath and looking around carefully. She knew in her mind that it wouldn't be safe to go in there but the feeling in her conscience was too strong to ignore. She didn't know how or why but she knew she had to go in there. After all her friends were nearby and a little exploring would not cause any harm...right? So she decided to listen to her heart and ignoring her friend's advice, walked further and further deep into the tunnel.
