After hearing the cry for help I ran to the source of the scream as I was running closer and closer to it and could hear more what was going on

It was what appeared to be a woman who was entangled in what I was taught by mr vergil before meeting excalibur were vines that were connected to a large flower which

The woman spoke up again

"Please no!you won't find anything good in me except my milk and I doubt plants drink milk in the first place!!"she shouted

"Don't worry I'll help you!!"I shouted

The woman looked happy

"My hero!!.......eh?"she was confused a few seconds when her line of sight connected with mine

Her expression then changed again back to fear as she shouted again

"SOMEONE WHO'S QUALIFIED FOR THIS HELP ME!!"she screamed

"Let's just help her"said excalibur as I jumped in and masterfully sliced the vines holding her as she fell down on the ground As I landed in front of her as the flower slithered away into the forest I looked back to the woman as she sat there in shock as I got a good look at her at last,she had long brown hair along with small horns on the side of her head with her defining feature being her large chest

"Are you okay?"I asked her

"By aunt cow you actually took care of that flower!"

"How did it come to that?"asked excalibur as he reverted back to his large state

"Well I'm a traveler and I wanted to find a nice place to set up camp and cook myself some of the food I brought with myself

Want to share with me?I got plenty to spare"she said

Then immediately after she said that my stomach started grumbling asking for food,I've been eating nothing but berries and some fresh herbs

"I'll take that as a yes,sit down I'll prepare you something to eat as she then reached out for her backpack and got out of it some weird contraption that she then out on the ground and pressed on a button which lit up a fire in a circle before putting a metal plate over it

She then took out a piece of red meat and put it on the plate as it started to make a weird sound and she took out another and put it in as well

"Fresh ravager meat,you love to see it,I had to work really hard to get my hands on that"she said

"And what are you?you don't seem like a normal human judging by those horns"

"You're right

My name is karrie and I'm a cowgirl I come from a village pretty far away from here until I decided to go on an adventure

What about you guys?"she said turning the steak

"Well I am the holy sword excalibur and I was uncovered by this squire who uncovered me in a desert not far from here as we have been traveling together ever since then"explained excalibur

"Wait you mean the real excalibur?!the holy sword?I thought that was just a myth,given how many excaliburs people are coming up with now"she said

"Is that so?well I suppose we better teach them a lesson about why I'm the mightiest of them all"said excalibur hopping on the ground

"What about you kid?what's your story?"

"Well first my name is y/n and I'm on a journey to bring back my world that was destroyed in an explosion so I need something to bring it back"i explained

"Aww,a kid like you shouldn't have to go through something like this didn't you meet anyone to help you?"asked me karrie

"Not really no,the most recent people I met attacked me as well as the first people before I was saved by mr vergil"

"Vergil?did he tell you his full name?"she asked me as she looked worried

"No he didn't,why?"I asked her

"Did he wear a blue coat?had white held back hair?wielded a long one sided blade?"she asked me

"Yeah that's him how did you know him?did you meet before?"

"He's one of the most well known people out there!!and not in a good way,he has been said to be part of evil plots that always only involved him causing trouble for everyone except himself his full name is vergil sparda the son of one of the most powerful demons ever seen named sparda who actually fought the demons of hell to protect the human world from them"she explained as the steaks were now ready to be eaten and she got teo white plates and served the steaks on those as she then gave me one with a fork and a knife as I dug and took a large chunk into my mouth

My stomach made another sound this time that sounded like bubbles popping inside stomach

"Is something wrong?is the steak not to your liking?"asked me karrie

"Oh no I like it!I just don't know why my stomach made a funny sound that's all"i said

"Maybe you need more?I'm happy to serve!"she said as she put another steak to be cooked

I went deep in thought thinking about what  caused me to be so proficient at wielding excalibur ever since I swallowed that sword,how did that happen?

"Hey have some of my milk!"said karrie giving me what looked like a bottle filled with milk with the word milk in it

"Oh thank you!"I thanked her as I took it and drank it all

"You want more?"she asked me as I gave the bottle and nodded as I also gave her my plate which she put the steak in

"I'll be back in a second then!"

"Wait what?"asked excalibur as she walked away

I sat there for a while eating my steak

"Hey excalibur where should we go next?"I asked him

"That is a tough question to ask,for now we don't know if we can trust this woman,she might be trying to take us into a false sense of security"said excalibur

"I'm not sure about that,I can somehow tell that she truly means well,I don't know how

But something in my very core is telling me that she can be trusted"i said as karrie came back

"There you go!fresh milk for you!"she said handing me the milk bottle

"Wait I have several questions I wish to ask about this!"asked excalibur as we spent the night talking to each other as it was nearing time for us to go to sleep

She was bringing our what looked like a foldable bed and layed it on the ground

'Looks comfy'I thought to myself as she then invited me to sleep with her

"Come on we can easily fit together in this"she said as I looked at her in disbelief

"H-how?"I asked her as she simply grabbed me and put me between her massive bags as she was laying down

"There you go!you got a comfortable bed and my chest doesn't feel so empty anymore,it's a win win for both of us"she said as I felt really comfortable

"What about me?"asked excalibur

"You can just go in my bag if you want"she said

"It is better than a sheathe which isn't even mine"he said as he dug himself in the bag

What I didn't know is that this would be tbh start of a great friendship that would last long in my journey
