well, so today i wanna talk about school

*everyone ughs in the background*

okay, okay i get it

everyone hates school

honestly, i only look forward to school because of all the friends i have there

that's basically the only reason anyone looks forward to school

unless you have a cute teacher or a crush then you can add that to the list

i didn't achieve my goal of losing weight this summer, but i think i can coordinate between school and home, and at least get into a bit of shape

the senior basketball and softball team tryouts are early in October, and im definitely going to go

i've played for U13 softball, U15 softball, and U16 basketball, so i think i will (Inshallah) do well

well, im less trash than most of the other people trying out aka all my friends

*snickers*

i wish i was, lol

it's been a super hectic week for ya boi, first books and uniforms, then makeups, and now the last weekend before school starts...

can i schedule my fourth funeral now?

they have crazy offers for fourth funeral holders too, so like please?

i have to say, i've been under a lot of pressure this summer

first school marks, then O level results, then makeups...

now again, in November, i have to do Biology and Math....

my parents are really strict on me

they have been for most of the summer

and my dad doesn't miss a chance to call me fat or dumb

it's just really hard to find motivation to do better when no one believes in you

but, hey, im doing this for myself

also, did i mention i shifted houses?

(maybe i did, lol, but bear with me)

so basically, we shifted houses from my dad's old company's personal compound, to a new villa in Mirdif

for yall who haven't seen Dubai, Mirdif is basically the chill area

although the airport is two minutes away so legit every five minutes there's a plane

i really love the new house

it's much bigger than the old one, although it has less bedrooms, which is a bit confusing

i do miss the old place, though

all my compound friends

i miss them a lot

especially because im quiet and antisocial with new people

if you do see me somewhere, i'll probably just say hi to you and like awkwardly continue on my way

im just like that, lol

seriously though, im so happy that people actually like to read what i write

i'm really bad at writing and just expressing feelings and emotions in general, so i never expect to do well

i never expect to do well in anything, to be honest

im so thankful to Allah (SWT) for gracing my life with people like yall
