to commemorate this birthday im going to go over some of my favourite moments of ours

and then some very cute pictures of you will be added as a bonus

none of these are put in order or in a list, depending on how quickly my memory returns

#1:

our first date.

this is more recent, to be honest, but it was fun nevertheless. carms and i, we had finals, and we had english, so we decided to go eat some lunch and drink some coffee together. to be honest, it wasn't meant to be a real date, although we were dating at the time and still are, but we decided it was one when we got there. i honestly had a lot of fun, we got to chill together, talk about different things, have fun, eat, and get jealous stares from everyone around us. perfect.

#2:

our first meeting.

for those who don't know, Carmen and I met in a quite weird way. she was good friends with a close friend of mine, Sukhjeet. we were making fun of him one day, and after that, we met a few times again. the next time we had a full fledged conversation was when another friend of ours, who sadly moved to another school, believed that the Greek God Dionysus was pronounced "Dionaysus", not just "Dio ny sus". Of course, we made a lot of fun of her, and after that, to be honest, we  started talking a lot together about anything really, and the friendship grew into a bit more than just friends.

#3:

when i found out you liked me.

i remember this one quite vividly, and im sure carms still wants to kill Osama for it. Osama, basically, is my best bud in the grade below ours, and I've know him since grade 5. he and i had pe together, and this one time, i was talking about random stuff, and he said something about girls. i gave him advice on girls, (basically don't do anything you should or shouldn't do) and at one point, he said, you know carmen likes you, right?

now my heart just skips a beat and im like wait wha- for a split second, and then i reply, that's funny, she'd never like me, i mean, firstly look at me, and secondly, she says i'm like a brother to her! she already friendzoned me before either of us got the chance to be close!

osama laughs a lot, and then just says, go ask her if you're so sure. but just don't tell her i sent you. that's all.

so that day, i texted carms. we didn't even have our usual hello hi how are you, i just jumped straight in and said, do you like me?

now see the blue tick came straight away

but she replied after about 10 minutes

she replies, i don't like you that way, i like you as a brother, as a best friend.

now i breathe a quiet sigh of relief because my heart was scared shitless

but then she messages me, and says, if i did, what would you do?

i said, i would probably say no, but that wouldn't mean that i would leave you alone just because you like me. i would come back to you, and patch things up, and continue being friends.

now see i don't know what happened then....

but about another 15 mins later, she messages me.

i like you.

the day we first kissed.

ah, yes.

our first kiss.

our first intertwining of lips.

call it what you like.

it was exhilarating.

it was romantic.

it was kewl.

kinda.

okay, do school staircases count as romantic?

before a periodic?

i will take that as a yes.

honestly,

it was and always will be

my favorite kiss of all time.

that's one thing i can promise, because it's the truth. also, i keep promises.

#5:

every class we've used.

hmm, picking one class out of many is quite difficult, when we've had special memories in each one. the one next to the library on the primary school side, that's quite special. aha, remember? that was really fun. and then there's upstairs above the exam hall, next to the seniors cooridor. that's probably my favourite place. i'm keeping my lips sealed on what tho, what happens in school stays in school. c a r m s knows!
ask her, pretty sure she won't tell you.
let's just say it was quite hot. ehehehehehehe.

#6:

EVERY DAY I SPEND WITH YOU.

honestly, carms, you're the only person I truly and utterly love to death. you're my best friend, my soulmate, my girlfriend, my baby girl, and my mistress. you're everything. you're the only person who knows all my secrets, all my life, and everything about me. trust me when i say this, every day with you is fun. depends what fun, but usually the vv fun kind. i love you.
