The waves of the ocean below roared as it crashed against a rocky cliff off the edge of Griffon Rock. Starscream gazed at the distant island in awe as the sun began to rise. He boosted his engines and was now flying above Griffon Rock. The seeker landed in a forest clearing that was quite far from the islanders.

"I guess this miserable island will have to do ... for now."

The con laid on the ground, trying to find comfort in the grass as he fell into recharge.

Heatwave:" Everyone split up. If any of you find something comn the rest of the team."

The seeker scowled and looked around for the source that had woke him up. His scanners beeped frantically as four Autobot signals were detected. He gasped and started panicking. The con spotted some kind of ravine covered in vegetation and quickly hid in it.

Dani:" Everything okay Blades?"

Blades:" Hmm? Oh ... yeah. I'm fine. Everything's fine. Totally didn't see something that's not fine."

Dani:" If you say so, Blades." She was a bit concerned about the copter, but let the thought go and continued with the search. Little did she know that Blades was silently hyperventilating.

Heatwave:" Have any of you found something, yet?"

Chief:" Not, yet."

Dani:" No."

Boulder:" Not a single thing."

Heatwave:" Why am I not surprised. Like I said it was probably a bug in the system messing with us."

Boulder:" It could be possible, but I don't think it's a bug."

Heatwave rolled his optics.

Heatwave:" We'll continue searching for a few more hours because of the potential threat, but if we find nothing by then we're going to get our systems upgraded."

The con overheard their conversation, realizing that his signal was detected by these unknown Autobots. Starscream felt a liquidly substance run down his leg, he reached down to wipe it away. The seeker noticed a small puddle of energon, so he looked down to see his servo smeared with energon and that he had been leaking.

"H-how is this possible?"

He was astonished by this unaware injury. Then he heard pedesteps and immediately clenched his jaw shut.

Dani:" Come on Blades! We have to keep searching!"

Blades:" B-but- never mind."

As soon as he no longer heard their pedesteps, he intaked in relief. The signals on his scanners were gone. The con tried to take a step up the ravine, but his leg wouldn't cooperate. Starscream stared at the sky as the sun was setting into the darkness of night. Now realizing that hours had gone by. He gritted his denta and sat down against one of the ravine's walls.

"Stupid Autobots, they always have to ruin my day."

The seeker gazed at the sky, seeing a shooting star go by.

Blades:" Umm... H-hello. Is anyone here?"

Starscream peered above from his ravine, only to see an Autobot pop in front of him. They both screamed.

"Leave me alone you Autobot scum."

Blades:" I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to disturb you."

Blades looked at the con, noticing that he was leaking energon. The copter jumped down into the ravine slowly regretting what he had done.

"Leave me alone!"

Blades yelped but gazed into Starscream's optics.

Blades:" No. Your hurt, so I'm going to help you whether you like it or not."

Starscream was stunned to hear an offer of help, he'd usually bargain for such assistance. Blades extended his servo frightfully. The con glared at him but grasped his shaking servo with his own. The copter let the seeker lean on him for support. Blades laughs nervously, as the con was a bit taller than him.

"You really are a fool aren't you?"

Blades:" Huh?"

"For starters, you're willing to help a Decepticon. Secondly, you really think that your fellow Autobots won't be able to detect my signal again."

Blades optics went wide and he blinked a few times to process what the seeker had said. The copter retrieved a device from his subspace and eyed the con.

"Wait! What are you-"

Blades placed the device on one of Starscream's wings. He hissed and almost slashed the copter.

"What did you do to me Autobot scum."

Blades:" Calm down. I only put a signal dampener on you."

The con huffed and composed himself. Blades took a step, waiting for the con to follow. Starscream groaned, but he followed the copter to who knows where on the island.

Blades:" Alright we're here."

"Hmm?"

The con was now limping into some sort of what fleshlings called a firehouse until he was brought onto an elevator-like device that leads to a secret bunker. Blades glanced around nervously, tiptoeing with the seeker to a berthroom. Blades intake in relief and looked at the con.

"What are you looking at Autobot?"

Blades:" N-nothing."

Starscream raised an optic ridge.

Blades: "it's just that I never really asked you what your designation was, but I-I'm not sure if I even want to know."

The seeker rolled his optics.

"If you are so eager to know who I am then I might as well tell you. For I am Starscream, Second in command of the Decepticons. I would ask what your designation is, but I just don't care."

"B-but then how will we know each other properly."

"Fine! I'll just call you... hmmm ..."

Blades:" Blades. My designation is Blades."

"How dare you interrupt me while I was trying to think! No one asked what your designation was so shut it!"

Blades derma quivered as he gave out a small whimper. The seekers spark squeezed, seeing the copter reflect a part of him.

"Thank you ..."

"... Blades."
