you woke up, sat up and yawned. you got up and stretched, after you were done you tidied up your bed...wait bed? didn't you fall asleep on sans? you then realized that, again, sans had put you in your bed, you blushed heavily and tried to calm your face down, but to no avail,

you really had to thank him one of these days, you walked out of the room and went downstairs flopped onto the couch and as soon as you sat down, chara came downstairs too, she had seen you and climbed onto your lap and hugged you, you smiled and hugged her back her voice was muffled when she said "thank you sis, the feather really helped me last night"

you smiled even wider and felt the feather glow chara looked at the feather and then looked at you, you said "if you ever feel lonely in the night, just touch the feather and i'll be there faster then you could say 'mom's best butterscotch-cinnamon pie'"

chara smiled and nodded and hugged you again by this time the rest of the muskets had woken up and proceeded to climbed onto you, and you, once again, opened your arms to include everyone, the f/c glow in the feather had died down but chara kept a hand wrapped around it, you smiled since this was how you spent most of your mornings now,

once they had enough hugging for the morning they got off you and started to play you smiled lovingly at them and then went to make breakfast by this time papyrus had woken up and and tried to open the door to go to work, but it wouldn't budge "UM...OLDER HUMAN I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, MAY REQUIRE YOUR ASSISTANCE..."

you came out of the kitchen after putting a bowl of scrambled eggs and-"BACON!" you giggled a little bit when agrian rushed into the dining room but that didn't stop you, you reached pap and asked "what is it pap?" pap scratched his skull "I DO NOT KNOW, THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN!"

your tried to open the door and shook your head but then you had a idea you looked out the window and saw the source of the problem, snow and built up against the door you smiled, a pun on the rise you said to pap "well, there's snow piled up on the door-" agrian, who realized what you were going to do, yelled "don't you dare y/n!"

you smiled even more and proceeded "-so i think-" pap caught on and was about to say something but you beat him to it "-we're SNOWED IN!" pap reworded his phrase and yelled along with agrain and Elijah "WHY DO YOU DO THIS Y/N?" you started to laugh uncontrollably at there synchronized reply to your play on words,

when sans came down the stairs tiredly and looked at you since you were clutching your stomach from laughing so much, sans couldn't help but chuckle along even if he didn't know what had just happened he was content to know that you had a good reason to laugh,

when you finally slowed your laughter to a giggle agrian was looking at you with the death stare you ruffled his hair and said "let's go eat" agrian lessened his stare a little bit and sat down contently eating, sans leaned near you and whispered "what was going on?"

you laugh a little "oh, well, i was just saying that we were snowed in," agrian threw up his hands and said "i cannot believe you sometimes y/n" you smiled and looked at him "you know i have a skele-ton of puns agrain" agrian sighed heavily and face palmed as you and sans snickered pap was shaking his head and he said "GREAT, NOW WE HAVE TWO IN THE HOUSE"

you smiled "but, seriously, we are snowed in, the door has about 50 pounds of snow on it, maybe more" at this pap looked out of the window and affirmed that you were correct, after you were done with breakfast, you cleaned up and sat down on the couch while the six muskets went playing upstairs

a blizzard started to form but you thought nothing of it since it was normal to blizzard where you lived in the winter, but as the day wore on the blizzard kept getting worse until you couldn't see anything but snow outside you looked out the window puzzledly, sure, it would blizzard from time to time but nothing like this,

the more you looked at it the more concerned you became, of course you hid it from view so no one could see, but you were, you sighed and sat back down the six muskets were still playing upstairs but sans poked his skull from around the corner "uh oh, there goes the sigh again, what's bothering you?"

he sat down next to you, you smiled and waved him off "it's nothing, really" sans looked at you "really? first it was losing the apartment and finding sophie was kidnapped, then it was not being able to sleep, i kinda been able to know something always up when you sigh like that" you smiled and relented letting your true emotions show on your face,

sans widened his 'eyes' he seemed surprised at how much you could cover up without any trace of concern, anger, pain, really any emotion, name it, and you would hide from your siblings or anyone, if necessary,

you smiled and shook your head covering up your inner feelings once again, you bit your lip and sans recovered and shook his own skull in astonishment "i still can't wrap my skull around how you can do that" you smile sheepishly and said "well, if you really want to know i'm a little concerned, it isn't supposed to snow this much"

you say pointing to the window sans cocked his head "really? i thought it was a regular thing here" you rolled your eyes "only in Alaska is it regular" you smiled and sans shrugged,

all of a sudden the lights and heater turned off and it got very cold very fast the six muskets came down frightened and they climbed on you to try to keep warm you tried to keep them warm as well sans said "what happened?" you raised your head to answer

"the snow must've grown so dense that it cut the power" you snuggled and whispered soothing words to the six muskets and thought that your wings would be able to stretch over them and cover any cold spots you bit your tongue and said to pap "um, hey pap?"

pap looked over to you "YES, OLDER HUMAN?" you smiled and said "do you want to see something cool?" pap nodded his skull and sans caught on to what you were thinking and said "pap, you got to promise to not tell anyone ok?" pap once again nodded

"OKAY! I PROMISE AS A ROYAL GUARD, to be, I WILL NOT TELL ANYONE!" you smiled and lowered your shield and stretched your wings around the six muskets to cover any cold spots pap gaped at your ears, tail, and wings the six muskets snuggled closer and fell asleep, you giggled at paps reaction "you ok pap?"

pap snapped from his trance and apparently saw that the muskets were sleeping cause he replied in a soft voice "you look amazing, y/n!" your smile widened and went slightly sheepish he never calls you by your name it was always

'older human' you laughed a little, careful not wake any of the muskets, pap said "is it ok for me to, touch them?" you nodded and pap sat down and rubbed your ears and it felt good,

a purr made it's way out of your mouth and pap, alerted by the noise, jerked his hand away "did i hurt you?" you looked at him and shook your head and smiled pap continued petting your head and scratching behind your ears and soon sans joined in pap having your right and sans your left, your tail started to go side to side in happiness and you were purring but pretty soon you fell asleep still purring slightly putting your head in between chara's and asriel's

~<~<~<~sans' pov.~>~>~>~

me and pap were petting y/n's ears when she all of a sudden she fell asleep with her head in between chara and asriel's heads still purring, i smiled and just continued scratching her ears it was then i noticed her tail going side to side happily, pap also noticed and whispered, being careful not to wake up any of the people sleeping, "is her tail supposed to wag like that?" i nodded "it means she's happy" i reply back

pap nods and that's when dad teleported in he was covered in snow and when he saw all of us on the couch he asked "is it just me or is it very cold in here?" i shook my skull "no, it's not just you, the snow cut out the power" i say remembering what y/n said

dad nodded and joined us on the couch (a/n it's a very big couch okay? XD) and that's when he noticed y/n in her cowl form and he was taken aback "why is y/n in her cowl form?" pap was confused "cowl form?" dad nodded "that is what she likes to call herself papyrus"

pap nodded in understanding, i said "well, it's because y/n wants to keep the six musketeers warm" now it was dad's turn to be confused "six musketeers?" and this time pap answered "it's what y/n calls the tiny humans and the prince"

dad nodded in understanding and peeked into her wings and indeed saw all of y/n's adoptive and blood siblings, and he smiled "and how exactly is y/n herself sleeping?" i answered "me, and pap were petting y/n's ears when she fell asleep"

he nodded and he asked "how do you like her papyrus?" pap smiled and said "i think of her as another part of our family" dad nodded and turned to me "and do like her sans?" my face turned a slight bit blue and i said "uh, yeah, she's pretty cool"

dad looked at me "what's with the blush, son?" put my hood up so pap couldn't see "what blush?" i inquired as my skull turned a bit more blue i could feel dad smirking and he grabbed my hoodie and pulled it off

"that blush!" he said pointing to my skull pap squealed quietly "brother! do you like-like y/n?" i tried to put my hood back on but dad kept it out of reach i eventually gave up and sank into my hoodie and mumbled something "what was that sans?" dad asked i sighed and said a little louder "yes, i like-like her" pap had to go into his room to squeal happily to avoid waking anyone up

and dad looked at me with a proud face and placed my hood back on my skull which i was grateful for, he placed a hand on my shoulder and i looked at him through my hoodie, my blue blush slowly dying down but i could see his happy smile, not a teasing one, which i thought would be on his face, but, no, it was genuinely happy one

Dr. cain: i'm pretty sure you dragged me out of your own book to have this conversation krayzeetree: o-o maaaaaaayyyybbbeeeee? DR. cain: can you put me back? krayzeetree: but i have to stop u so u won't do anything to y/n and sans' relationship DR. cain: WHAT?!?!?!? krayzeetree: oh crap, well, i messed that up >.<' *runs away* Dr. cain: come back here girl!!!
