Meanwhile, in Striker's hideout where he's tied up Stolas upside down on some railroad tracks. Stolas opens his eyes and spots Striker nearby using a whetstone to sharpen a Blessed Knife.

"So, my wife paid you for this, hmm? Wouldn't a holy bullet have sufficed? Or can you not afford those?" he questioned.

"I was paid to give you the real royal treatment; your wife must REALLY hate you." Striker answered before chuckling.

"You have no idea." Stolas deadpanned before looking around. "So. Train tracks? Really? Seems a bit clichéd, doesn't it?"

"It's a classic." Striker retorted.

"Is the giant statue of yourself also a 'classic' or...?" Stolas pointed out to a statue in front of Striker that has him grinning with a giant erection.

Striker hisses, pissed off, and throws the whetstone.

"Are you seriously judging me right now?"

He removes his hat and tosses it onto the statue erection.

"I'm just impressed you seem to want to suck your own dick this badly." Stolas said.

"Look. Not every ring is some fancy-ass city, with some fancy-ass mansion, that only fancy-ass royals get to live in." Striker stated, advancing towards Stolas as his tail rattled. "Some of us have hard lives to live. And some of us have everything we care about taken away by fuckers like you."

"I have no- AAAGH!"

Striker stabs Stolas in the shoulder with the knife and then cuts him down.

"YOU. Don't get to talk over me!"

Striker slaps Stolas with his tail as he walks past him before coming back in front.

"I don't have to listen to your bullshit!"

Striker jams his foot into Stolas's shoulder wound, making Stolas groan in pain.

"All you royals ever do is try to talk over us!"

Stolas tries to petrify Striker, but the rope prevents his powers from working. Striker grins and leans down.

"Don't bother trying to use your little eye trick on me; those ropes ain't gonna let you do anything. Got somethin' to say about that? Your Highness?"

Striker steps on Stolas's open wound once again.

"Well, you seem to be forgetting; you are working for a royal right now!"

Stolas kicks Striker in the face. Angrily, Striker grabs Stolas's ankle and lifts up his foot and stomp on Stolas's leg and breaks it.

Stolas grunts but doesn't show any pain.

"Blitzy handles me rougher than that in bed; nice try."

Put off by this, Striker stabs Stolas in the leg with a blessed knife.

"Blitzy's knife is bigger... and hits sooooo much deeper."

Striker gets fed up and releases him for a bit.

"Being a smartass hmm?"

He then grabs Stolas by the hair, causing Stolas to squak in pain.

"Cause, once I split your neck open and let you choke on your own blue blood, you won't be worth any more than the tombstone you'll be buried under." Striker growled, deploying his blessed knife and threatening Stolas with it by the neck.

"Blitzy says far more dirtier things to me with much sharper objects at my throat." Stolas grinned.

Angered with Stolas' refusal to give in, Striker throws him to the ground and storms away to sulk. Stolas rolls over and sheds a few tears while hoping Blitz or Danika save him.

"Honestly, I don't know what Danika sees in you as a father figure even though she's adopted." Striker scoffed.

This made Stolas look at him with confusion.

"What?"

"Oh, don't be dumb. I know she's a human."

Stolas' face turned pale in horror, which made Striker smirk at him.

"What? You didn't think I'd know your little secret? She's... quite a catch."

"You stay away from her, you snake imp!!" Stolas growled threateningly.

"Oh, relax. I won't hurt your human daughter... yet." Striker smirked, making Stolas angrier. "Though I have to admit, she's quite attractive for an assassin. Don't worry, I have plans for her."

Stolas no longer care about being saved, he needs to make sure Danika doesn't go near Striker.

Meanwhile, in Andrealphus' mansion in the Pride Ring, Andrealphus and Stella are having tea and Andrealphus creates several ice cubes, stirring them into his drink.

"So, earlier. That assassin. Was that yooouuu?" he asked playfully.

"Guuiilty. Yes, it was." she answered in a singsong voice and smiling.

"You silly minx, you." he giggled before frowning. "Though, you know, if your husband dies it won't turn out well for you."

"He'll be dead; why wouldn't it?" she said.

Andrealphus becomes somewhat concerned.

"Because, my dear sister, you've already produced an heir; when he dies, his duties, his possessions, his legions, it'll all pass to.... Via and Dan."

Stella absentmindedly continues to drink without acknowledging him, making Andrealphus annoyed.

"If you kill him, you would.... Hm?"

"Laugh? Ha-" she laughed.

Andrealphus facepalms in anger.

"No, you stupid cow! You'd get nothing! Ugh... You're so lucky that you're attractive."

"Well, what do you propose we do? He won't leave me anything willingly; he hates me almost as much as I hate him." Stella glared.

"Hmm. Well, this kind of situation is extremely unique; a Goetia has never behaved like this before. Especially adopting a human girl from Earth."

Andrealphus stands up from his chair and walks behind Stella.

"But, with him alive, we have options. Opportunities. An eternity's a long time, my dear; I say we bide our time, and wait for our chance to... GAIN the upper hand."

Stella begins to pout and whine, crossing her arms.

"Oohhhhhh, but I want him dead so badly!"

"And he will be, in time, my fiery vixen." Andrealphus assured her before handing her his customized phone. But, patience first; now, call off your mangy stray."

Seraphina keeps galloping as they scorch through the desert road. Danika hears the engine roar and looks over to see IMP van, making her smile. The window wad rolled down to reveal a smiling Millie.

"Danika! We know where Striker is! Follow us!" she urged before Moxxie pushed the pedal to make the van go faster.

Danika nods and urges her horse to go faster. They made into the Badman Lands where they can see an abandoned train tracks where the tunnel is inside. Danika wastes no time getting off of her horse and climbs up the rocks. She makes it up to the top where she can see a big hole below her as she jumps down and lands on a sharp pointy rock ceiling. Danika looks down and winced to see Striker throwing Stolas down while circling him. Stolas is panting and whimpering in pain.

"Well, this has been fun, but every good thing has to come to an end. Shame you won't see your children, again.

"Don't you dare breathe a word about my daughters. Especially Danika." Stolas warned angrily.

"Ohh. Finally hit a nerve, huh?" Striker smirked, kneeling down to his face.

"I swear, if you go near her, I will destroy you." Stolas threatened.

Striker stabs Stolas in the shoulder again.

"Big talk. But, just that. Any last words, Goetia?"

"Blitz will-" Stolas said weakly.

"That rodeo clown told you he ain't coming; Nobody is coming."

As Striker raises the knife up to stab Stolas through the heart while Danika gets ready for a surprise attack, they hear Striker's phone ringing. He immediately answers it.

"Hello?"

"Change of plans, darling. I need the prick alive." Stella informed over the phone.

Striker looks annoyed and shifts his gaze between the wounds on Stolas and his knife. Striker sits on Stolas while having a phone call with Stella. Danika looks relieved that her dad is okay. She jumps over to the next rock ceiling to get closer to where Striker is.

"I'm kinda in the middle of killing him."

Stolas tried to speak but Striker uses his tail to cover Stolas's mouth.

"Well, stop it. We need him alive to get some affairs in order. I'll pay you more to spare him and bring him to us." Stella said.

Striker groans in annoyance, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Yes, ma'am."

"Glorious." Stella stated.

Striker hisses and smashes his phone against a rock.

"Well, good news for you, Feathers. your royal c*nt said she don't want you dead no more. But, she didn't say what condition you had to be in."

He grabs Stolas and hovers his knife near the prince's eyes.

"I think these reds might be a pretty trophy; can't have you seeing me again, can we?"

Suddenly, he feels some pebbles dropped on his head, making him look up. Stolas looks up as well as his eyes widens to see Danika above the rock ceiling.

"Danika!" Stolas shouted in alarm as Danika let go to drop free.

As she did, a car horn is heard in the distance; Striker gets up and growls while looking for the source and keeping an eye on Danika. Parts of the cavern ceiling begin to give away and the I.M.P van breaks through. Danika rode on a stalagmite, using it as a surf board while the van tumbled on its side and as the van comes to a rest, the door opens with Moxxie aiming a rifle at Striker.

The latter dodges several bullets and throws his knife into the rifle, causing another bullet to ricochet around the cavern and strike a nearby boom box that begins playing and Striker tap his boot to the beat of it. As Striker cracked his neck, Moxxie desperately tried to get the dagger out as Striker pulls out two revolvers, Millie attacks him with a longsword and Danika attacks with her katana from behind; as the three fought Millie was tossed back by a harsh kick to the side while Danika managed to get a good right hook to Strikers face. Striker takes the sword and Millie charges with a katana to clash with him while Moxxie and Danika attacks as well with two revolvers of their own.

All four fight to a standstill and the long sword breaks, with the tip landing in the boombox. Striker is surprised by the song it switches to a more peppy song, but quickly disregards it as Moxxie and Millie double team him with a battle axe. Danika jumps and triple flips towards Striker, kicking him straight in the chest and he went flying. Striker gets up and charges as he and Danika throw punches at each other and Danika backflips away from him and takes out her guns and starts shooting at him. Striker quickly dodges the attacks and he too takes out his guns and starts shooting back.

The scene switches several times between Striker fighting Danika, Moxxie, and Millie with Blitz and the Doc trying to give Loona her shot. The doctor ends up getting slammed into a bin of used needles, screaming in pain while Striker kicks Moxxie down and pins Millie to a rock with her axe. Danika tackles Striker to the ground until he pushes her off of him, sending her flying towards the wall. Striker was about to approach her when she takes out another guns and shoots him. Striker dodges every bullets and throws chains towards her as they wrap around her wrists where she holds her guns. Danika struggles to get out of these binds and tries to throw him off when he throws her towards the wall again and ties her up against it, trapping her

Striker then notices Moxxie still moving and lassos a nearby stalagmite and slams it into Moxxie's back. As Striker takes back his hat from the statue, places it back on his head, and goes in for the kill, Loona is pinned to the ground by Blitz who motions to Dr. Somna to give her the shot. The doctor hurriedly sticks the shot in Loona's rear, causing her to howl in pain and rage, and bucks Blitz off her, creating a small crater on the clinic floor.

Striker sees Moxxie reaching for his pistol and starts choking him.

"Oh, I remember how easy you are to choke the life out of, little one."

Danika struggles to get out of these chains and knows that she needs to do something. With a help of her magic, she manages to free herself from the chains and glares at Striker. She looks at Stolas, who's down and still hurt, and becomes guilty.

"Sorry, dad. But I need to do this."

Danika starts to take off her necklace, which Stolas notices and weakly tries to stop her.

"Danika, don't..."

It was too late as she transforms back to her normal human self. Danika stands up and shouts at Striker.

"Striker!!"

Striker stops choking Moxxie and turns to see human Danika. He chuckles and releases Moxxie for him to breath.

"You just don't know when to quit, do ya?"

"I've been told before. This has gone too far, and you just crossed the line of hurting my family." she glared harder, getting into her fighting stance.

Striker chuckles darkly and the two start circling each other around while Moxxie and Millie watches, who are shocked to see Danika is a human.

"I do need a rematch after that stunt you pulled out of pure luck. And I'm looking forward to breaking you like a fucking horse!" he threatened.

Hearing that made Danika confused on what he mean by that before shaking her head and becoming determined.

"Try it, bitch." she sneered. "And to think, we could've been good friends if you weren't plotting to kill royals."

"Nothing personal."

Danika throws punches at Striker, who blocks them, and tries to kick his leg when he easily dodges it. He was about to swing his fist at her when she turns and gives him a roundhouse kick to the stomach. Striker stumbles back a bit, shaking off the pain and then getting back into his fighting stance along with her. She kicks him again and punches him and Striker punches back. Danika kicks her leg up towards his face when he dodges his head to the side but then she grabbed him by the shoulders and started kneeling him in the chest. The two kept swinging and kicking each other while dodging each other.

Danika then manages to trip him by kicking his feet down. She raises her leg up and tries to crush his face with her boots when he rolls away from her. Striker gets up and blocks her attempt kick and grabs her leg and swings her away. She rolls over to Moxxie, who looks at her with worry. She quickly get up and charged at Striker when he swung her away again with his tail. Danika rolls herself back up and stands up again. She tries to roundhouse kick him but he ducks from it. She was about throw her punch again when he blocks it and swings back at her and kicks her. Danika did her best to block them before kicking him, making him turn his head to the side. He spits out blood and sneers.

Striker turns around to face her and tries to grab her head when she grabs his arm and knees him in the chest again. She jumps up to him and wraps her legs around his neck before she made herself and Striker fall and roll to the ground. Danika quickly gets up and was about to kick him again when he manages to grab her and carries her over his back then slams her down to the ground. She gets up and glares at him, wiping the blood off from her lips. She kicks him in the chest, making him stumble back.

The two went at it for a while, not willing to give up until she punches him where the groin is, making him cough out in pain. This made Moxxie and Stolas wince in pity. Danika grabs Striker by the shoulders and headbutts him. She then swings around and pulls him to the ground with her. They kept rolling around the ground until she grabbed him in the chokehold from behind and wrapped her legs around his waist to keep him still. Striker chokes a bit and struggles to get out of her grip.

"Fucking, bitch!!"

He stands up with her still choking him and slams her back against the rocky wall, making her grunt in pain. He then throws her to the ground by rolling her over his shoulder. Striker grabs her by the shoulders as soon as she got up on her knees and knees her in the stomach. Glaring, she gets out of his grip and jumps and gives him a sidekick as he crashed through the thick rock wall and lands on his back, causing him to cough. Striker gets up when Danika charges at him and jumps and gives him an air kick to the chest, slamming him against the statue where Millie is being held. Danika picks up her sword from the ground. At the same time, Striker grabs a big sword from the ground beside him before getting up. The two point each other with their sword.

"This is the end, Striker. Give up." Danika ordered.

"Never!" Striker sneered before swinging his sword at her.

Danika dodges the blade and kicks his sword to the side before rolling away from his another swing. She swings her sword and tries to stab him when he jumps away from it and it stabs through the broken crate. The two then clash onto each other's blade of their sword. Danika gets close and kicks him in the chest again, causing him to grunt in pain.

Angry, Striker starts every swing he can do to hurt her, but Danika is good at dodging. But she nearly got grazed on her back as she barely got to dodge that blade before turning to him with her fighting stance back on with her sword pointed at him. They stood there for a second before Striker raises his sword to strike her down when she blocked it above her head with her blade and made the blade slide down from hers before turning around to swing her sword at his neck. Striker ducks from it and stands it to give another swing when Danika blocks it again and kicks him by the foot, tripping him in the process. She tries to strike down when he rolls away again and stands up and knocks her sword away using his sword.

Smirking to see her unarmed, Striker holds up his sword and goes to strike her down as soon as he charges at Danika. She dodges every swing he made and manages to grab his arm that wield the sword under her arm before elbowing him in the face from behind and turning him around and cracking his arm. She then made him roll over her shoulder. He rolls to the ground and gets up quickly and pulls out his hidden rope and lassoes. Before she could act, he got her tied up and made her drop the sword before pulling her towards him and swung her back against the rocky and bumpy wall, causing her to choke out in pain. Danika struggles to get out of the binds as Striker tightens the rope and approaches her threatenly as hepulls out a blessed knife from his tail.

Danika sees that and goes still as he points the knife at her face right between her eyes. She stares at him, silently knowing she can't get out of this as she glances at her worried father and friends before looking back at Striker, not seeing Stolas crying while Millie struggles to get out of her own axe with Moxxie helping her out. Striker stared back at her blankly and raised the knife up high, ready to kill her right on the spot. But as he did, his arm struggles to move along his knife shaking as if his body is stopping him.

This confused Striker as if to why he's hesitating to kill her. Danika is a human and she's a huge threat to his plan, and yet his heart clenched at the thought of hurting for some reason. Striker gritted his teeth, ordering his body to bring the knife down now. But it still wouldn't budge. He looks at Danika right in the eyes and softens a bit. After a moment of hesitation, he sighs in frustration and lowers the knife to his side. This surprised Danika as she stares at him still.

"Why... for a fact that I can't kill you is because you're making me lose my mind or that I like you and I can't stop thinking about you?"

Danika's eyes widens at it and opens her mouth to say something when Moxxie lassos Striker by the neck, spinning him around and throws him to the ground, freeing Danika.

"You cowboy piece of shit!"

As Striker aims a revolver at Moxxie, Millie frees herself and strikes the base of his statue. Striker looks up to see it falling towards him; he tries to move out of the way, but the statue lands on top of him. As Moxxie approaches it, the smoke clears to see that Striker is gone.

"Fuck." he cursed.

This made Danika relieved a bit that he's okay, freeing herself from the rope. She looks towards Stolas only to see him unconscious.

"Dad!!" she gasped in horror and ran over.

Moxxie looks towards Danika and sees her with an unconscious Stolas. He immediately runs over with Millie following him after.

"Oh, crumbs! We've got to get him to a hospital!"

Millie turns to Danika and hands her the necklace.

"Here. You dropped this."

Danika was surprised and looked at Millie and Moxxie, who smiled at her in understanding. She smiled back before putting on her necklace to transform back into an owl demon.

In the hospital room, Danika was only covered with some bandages as she lies there on the bed. The doctors told her that she is all good and fine for the day and can leave the hospital anytime. When she asked about her dad, they told her that he nearly died from the blessed weapon but they managed to save him and he need a moments rest for who knows how long he can heal. This made her relieved that he's alright, but feel regretful for not being there sooner. Slowly, Danika gets out of bed, changes her clothes, and heads out of the room through the hallway towards the room number where Stolas is resting inside. She opens the door slowly to see him smiling at the phone as he appears to be texting a certain someone she knows very well. That this until she sees his smile fades as he dejectedly puts his phone down and rolls over as several flower petals slowly fall on his nightstand.

Danika goes inside and approaches her dad from his side, making him look up instantly and sat up and hugged her tightly. Tears stream down his face as he shakily breathes in relief.

"Oh, Danika... I'm so scared that I lost you for good."

"Nothing can bring me down as long as I'm alive. With you and my family." she said, hugging him back.

Stolas sniffs and pulls away, taking a good look at her face and stroke her hair.

"You've grown up so well. And so brave and so strong."

"All thanks to you, dad."

Stolas smiles and gives her a kiss on the forehead.

"Are you going to be okay?" Danika asked.

"I'll be okay. I'll get better the next day. You can go and make sure Octavia is okay and safe." he assured her.

Danika smiles and nods before giving him a kiss on the cheek. She then gently pushes him back down on the bed to make sure he's comfortable and then leaves the room, looking back at Stolas. Danika then closes the door and leaves the room. She leans against the wall with a sigh, feeling everything that's going on in one day is too much for her to bare especially finding out who's behind the assassination attempt and the whole fighting incident. Frowning, she pulls out her phone and goes into her contacts and finds the name "Fizzarolli" and calls him. She listens to the ringtone by her ear for a bit until it was answered.

"Hey, Fizz..."

....

"Ye--No... I... Is it okay if I come over to your place?"

....

"Thanks... I appreciate it."

She sees a blue flame portal was opened for her and hangs up the phone and approaches towards it. She looks back at the room Stolas is in.

"Get better, dad."

Danika then left through the portal before it disappeared.
