Toshinori watches quietly as Izuku dodges and weaves around the acrobatic moves of Ochako. She is propelling herself about with her explosions trying to get the upper hand over him but he is managing to be ahead of her every step of the way. This has been the case for the past eight months of his training. The beach is cleared and all that's left is for Izuku to train with weights and his agility to combat Bakugou. Toshinori is still skeptical of giving him One for All just yet but the definition of Izuku's build was now well defined. He is more lean than Toshinori wants him to be but the fact he can lift an almost 50 kilogram weight above his head with ease proves that the strength is there. He continues to watch them train as Ochako uses a blast to spin herself mid air, emulating Bakugou's movements to the letter. She lands in front of him before extending her hand out towards Izuku. In a quick succession of movements Izuku manages to grab her arm and pin her to the ground with her palm facing the floor. Toshinori claps seeing Izuku succeed in taking down Ochako and hops off his fridge he is sitting on before walking over to them.

"Took you eight long months of tasting the dirt and defeat but you did it. I want you to do one more thing however. If you manage to do it. I will give you One for All right now and not wait another month to do it." Toshinori says as Izuku helps Ochako off the sand and dusts her off.

"What is that Dad?" Izuku asks as he and Ochako turn to face the skeleton form of All Might.

"Young Uraraka, I want you to use your quirk on Izuku and not just for movement. If you can beat her with her using it like Bakugou uses it then I know you'll truly be ready." All Might explains causing both teens' jaws to drop to the floor displacing the sand. Izuku getting some in his mouth before coughing and sputtering to get it out.

"You can't be serious?! I don't want to use my quirk on him! I don't feel comfortable doing that to my best friend!" Ochako protests and is about to continue but Toshinori waves his hand and stops her.

"Your brother doesn't share that same sentiment. He doesn't hesitate to attack my son and leaves 1st and 2nd degree burns on him. I want you to use your quirk as if you were Bakugou giving Izuku the realest experience of this as it gets. He's trained enough with you to know the movements so I doubt that it is going to be difficult for him to do a second time." He explains handing Izuku a water bottle to rinse his mouth out of beach sand.

"Deku-kun? Are you ok with this? I don't want to hurt you or bring up any bad memories." Ochako asks turning to face him, she averts her gaze after realizing that he is shirtless and the sweat is glistening off his eight pack.

"Y-yeah, I'm okay with it, I'm gonna have to beat Kacchan and he's gonna be trying to hurt me. You don't have to worry Akochan dad has Recovery Girl on speed dial and the hospital is right there." Izuku responds by pointing to the Mustafu general hospital a few blocks up the street.

"Why are you so cheery about the fact that I'm going to be trying to blow you up." She responds arching an eyebrow. Izuku just gives her a nonchalant smile in response.

"Because I know you're doing this so I can get stronger! This is another step to becoming a hero." He responds, "Ugh, I still have sand in my mouth."

"I'll give you an hour to relax then I want you two to do the sparring session." Toshinori says before pulling out a handkerchief tied around 3 boxes. "Let's have lunch first." He says with a bright smile.

"Pfft! you sound like a school girl All Might!" Ochako exclaims before she starts laughing hysterically.

After eating lunch, Izuku and Ochako decide to accept the fact this was happening knowing it would be beneficial in the long run. However, Ochako was still not happy about taking Izuku on like she intended to hurt him. "Begin!" All Might shouted this for both to charge at the other.

Right off the bat, Ochako sends a right hook with an explosion behind it at Izuku. He dodges this feeling the tips of some of his hair get singed. 'That was a close one.' Izuku attempted to grab Ochako's arm as she sent another blast at Izuku's face. In that moment though, she hesitated seeing the times her own brother did the same thing to her friend. Thanks to this, Izuku was able to avoid the blast and go for Ochako again.

'I gotta get it together. This is for Deku to get stronger. You're not that pompous dick, you're doing this because he asked you to.' Ochako came at Izuku again with another explosion. This time, she went low to make a dust cloud hoping to keep her friend blinded. She then sent several blasts in the area. Ochako started to panic after the 9th or 10th silently praying Izuku was able to avoid the blast. As the smoke started to clear a little, she noticed a hand grab her arm before a second grabbed her other. They were spread facing away as Izuku sat atop her back, keeping her into the sand. "...I guess this is your win." Both smiled at the fact Izuku was able to win.

"*ahem* I do not think that's an appropriate spot for you to sit Izuku." All Might said this for both teens to realize Izuku was sitting on her butt leaning down in quite an awkward position as Izuku leaned over Ochako.

"EEP!" Both jumped away holding a massive blush on their faces as the skeleton man began laughing so hard he began coughing and then spewed out some blood.

"Well done my boy, you're not only ahead of schedule for your training but also able to defeat young Uraraka when she is emulating Bakugou's fighting style. I've never been more proud of you in my life my boy!" Toshinori says before flexing his buff form and pulling a hair from his skyward V shaped bangs. "Come, take the mantle of Ninth holder of One for All... Eat This!" He says showing the hair to his son, Ochako and Izuku both stare wide eyed at the gold hair shimmering in the sun.

"Ehh?" The noise escapes their mouths as to show their utter confusion at what All Might had told them.

"To gain my power you need to consume part of my DNA. How did you think this worked?" All Might asks turning his wrists in to place both of his hands at his hips.

"I thought it was a more pat on the head, rush of power and giant shock wave when I punched something. Kinda assumed that since I'm your son I would already have it to some regard." Izuku explains making faux punches during his explanation.

"Oh, you have a point. Though you may carry my genes you don't carry One for All since I wasn't born with it either. As far as I'm aware One for All can not be transferred from parent to offspring. Though that has yet to be seen since you inherited my quirkless side and not One for All from me. Wait a second, We're getting off topic! Eat! Eaaattttt!!!" All Might shouts causing Izuku to scream, he snatches the hair from his father's hand and scarfs it down causing Ochako to grimace.

"Blehhh, that's so gross Deku-kun." She says seeing him flinch as he swallows the hair.

"Do you have any other ideas? I'm not a vampire nor am I licking the sweat off his arm or something." Izuku scolds causing her face to turn green.

"That's even more gross Iyana-Deku-kun." She says using the Japanese word for: Disgusting, to add as an adjective to his name.

"I'd say something about your quirk but I actually like the smell of almonds. Tell you what, you think of a different less gross way of gaining One for All like that then you can make fun of me." Izuku says sticking his tongue out at her and folding his arms indignantly.

"It will take some time to go into your system, in the mean time I believe you should train some more, it's only 9 AM and we still have 4 hours of training to do today!" All Might says picking up an engine block and handing it to Izuku. Upon grabbing the block he falls straight to the floor from it's weight. "You managed to defeat young Uraraka but your training is still underway. I want you to take that engine from this side to the other side and back again 2 times before we go home today. Best of luck my boy, young Uraraka will be here to make sure you do so. I have to go on a patrol. All Might! AWAAAAAaaaaaaayyyy..." All Might shouts as he jumps towards the heavens shouting and getting quieter and quieter until the only sound left is the ocean.

"Alright Deku-kun, you heard the man! Hustle! Hup 2-3-4! Hup 2-3-4!" Ochako shouts with a closed eyed smile pulling out a bugle from nowhere and blowing into it as if it's a military march. Izuku scrambles to grab the chain attached to the engine block before starting to trudge his way forwards to work on his core and leg strength.

Dragging a 200 kilogram engine across a 250 meter across beach and back once is a challenge in it of itself but the fact that Izuku has to do it 2 times is almost a herculean feat to the boy. Ochako is there chanting encouragement along the way setting off pink explosions as he makes ever fifty meters. Seeing the girl he is head over heels for cheer him on gives him an energy boost to push on. For all of three feet until he steps forwards, catching the engine block on a piece of limestone and falling flat on his face into the sand. Ochako giggles seeing him eat the beach and starts cackling as he picks himself up only to have his face covered by an octopus seeing as he had fallen face first into a small inlet to a tide pool. Deku screams trying to pull the octopus off his face causing Ochako to laugh even harder as Izuku tries to pull an angry octopus off himself. He manages to pry one of the tentacles off himself before a local chef walks down to the beach to assist in the removal of the face octopus. Once free of his 8 armed capture, Izuku turns and glares at Ochako who laughs even harder seeing the suction cup shaped hickies on his face left by the octopus. It gets to the point where Ochako is laughing so hard she isn't making noise anymore and just has tears of joy falling from her eyes. Izuku himself starts chuckling at the hilarity of the situation but is stopped by the brunet blasting herself off the ground and shouting for him to move the block to the other side of the beach.

When he got home that evening, his mother teased him about the hickies on his face while he tried, in vain, to explain that it was an octopus.
