Ochako folds her arms indignantly and frowns as the minutes tick by waiting for any one of their instructors to show up to the training grounds. Beside her Izuku is going through his notes and muttering to himself as he reads through what he wrote. After getting through the last couple of written final exams, the time came for them to finally get to their heroics class. However, when they entered the room, All Might wasn't there and instead written on the whiteboard was a simple message. "Get your hero suits on and head to the training cities! Go beyond plus ultra!" it read, with a marker drawing of All Might smiling next to the statement. Having gotten ready for whatever their teachers had planned, each of the students eagerly got their hero suits on and made their way to the training grounds.

Ochako and Katsuki's hero suits had been repaired since the last time they needed to use them for a class activity, neither of which opting for any changes in their costumes. Izuku however did, having completely overhauled his hero suit except for the hood design and color scheme. The fabric of the costume is now made of carbon fiber, with black accents along his sides and on his chest. The gloves he wore now extended all the way up to his biceps with his shoulders being padded with bits of armor. He had a full on utility belt now that matched his shoes in color. Similar to his arms, his legs had armor coverings that went all the way up to his thighs and his shoes are now covered in iron boots. Ochako finds it a bit funny that he still went with the bunny ears on top of the hood. Her thoughts are interrupted as the doors to Training sight Alpha finally open revealing the entire staff of the hero course.

"Ah, thank you all for waiting so patiently for us to get here. There were some final preparations we needed to get done before we begin." Principal Nezu explains as he rides in on Aizawa's shoulder. "Surprise! Your final exams aren't against any silly robots, they're going to be against us! The teachers!"

"EEEHHHHHHHH?????!!!!" The class exclaims in confusion, seeing every pro hero from Snipe to Midnight in front of them all except for one.

"Each of you will be put into teams and face off against one of us for the practical portion of your final exam. We purposefully leaked a rumor that the first year hero course finals would be against robots." Aizawa explains as the students begin to process the information.

"Well at least you won't have to worry about the school budget having us trash a bunch of robots." Ochako says, though even she is a bit disappointed that she won't get to cause any more mechanical carnage for the foreseeable future.

"Budget? Bud-dget Pfft-Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!!" Nezu breaks out into uproarious laughter hearing the even suggestion of the word. "Haha! Oh that's the best joke I've heard in years! Young Ochako, the words UA and Budget don't belong in the same sentence. We're government funded!" The students don't know how to respond to that. "Thank you my dear, I desperately needed a laugh like that. In fact, I'm giving you an extra 20 extra credit points just for that!"

"O-oh um. Thank you principal Nezu." Ochako says, causing Aizawa to sigh and her brother to growl at his sister again getting ahead of him. "Who are we going to be paired with sir?"

"Oh I think I might let him answer that one for himself." Nezu says with a smirk on his face. From above them a blur of red white and blue color crash lands in front of the students, startling all of them. Standing to his full height, All Might arrives with a determined and intimidating smile on his face.

"I am here!" All Might announces his arrival to the scene with a boisterous laugh, pushing his hands on his hips and grinning even wider. "Did I hear you ask who you're fighting, young Uraraka?" All Might questions prompting the entire class to nod affirmatively. "That's easy. The twins are fighting, drum roll please!" All Might declares with all his bravado, his request is answered with Aizawa half heartedly pulling a tambourine from his uniform and shaking it with all the enthusiasm of a corpse. "Me." Ochako visibly shrinks in slight fear at the prospect of fighting her idol meanwhile her brother...

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! LIKE HELL I'M FIGHTING ALONGSIDE THAT BITCH!!! FUCK YOU GUYS I'M OUTTA HERE!!!" Katsuki roars before turning and walking away from the group heading back to the dorms.

"Anyone refusing to partake in the final exams against the teachers will be expelled from the hero course." Katsuki freezes in place when he hears Aizawa say these words. Smoke visibly wafts from his hands as he turns and stomps back to the group, his face twisted with rage and as red as All Might's bronze age suit. "Seeing as you don't want to be here, you and your sister will be going first. Good luck."

Ochako visibly shrinks hearing that the two of them will be not only taking their exam first, but that she has to beat her godfather with the "Help" of her brother in order to pass the exam. Though there is another method that at least she can pass with, as the class heads their own testing facilities, she notices that Izuku is paired with Aoyama against her second favorite hero 13. Nezu explains that there are two ways to pass the practical exams, the first being to defeat the pro either by handcuffing them or knocking them unconscious, and the other is to escape through the only exit in the testing facility. Both methods are practically impossible on their own, but the added difficulty of having to fight All Might and her brother at the same time means that at least in her mind she's already failed this exam. The only positive side to this is the fact that her anxiety for the test to come is increasing the sweat on her palms. While she can't read her brother's outward emotion all that well, that instinct that twins seem to have about what the other is thinking is telling her that he too is just as nervous for the fight.

"Examinees Katsuki and Ochako Uraraka, your practical exam begins now." The megaphones surrounding the city echo the announcement from Aizawa allowing the two to begin walking through the city in search of their opponent.

"Stay the hell out of my way Round Face, make yourself useful and find the exit and let me do the fighting." Katsuki's statement to his sister immediately causes her blood to boil. How dare he try to get her to sit back and do nothing while he tries to fight All Might.

"Like hell I'm gonna do that." She responds, shoving her brother in the back as the two walk down the main road of training cite alpha. "If you even think for a second that we stand a chance against All Might then I really think all that brain damage has finally caught up to you. As much as I hate to admit it, the only way we have a fucking chance against him is if we actually work together." Katsuki stops in the middle of the road feeling her shove him, he clenches his hands in anger before turning and backhanding his sister across the face.

"Shut the fuck up." Katsuki says as Ochako stumbles backwards, her face reeling from the pain of being hit by his gauntlet. Blood trickles down from her nose and part of her cheek from where the ridge of his grenade shaped gauntlet had caught her. "I'm not going to take orders from you especially after you let yourself get fucked by that worthless useless quirkless shit nerd. I don't give a flying fuck if he's All Might's brat in fact, All Might should be ashamed of him too for being so fucking pathetic that he had to have a Girl protect him all his life." The shock of being struck across the face by him quickly turns to white hot rage as she raises her hand upwards towards her brother's back.

"Die." Ochako growls through her teeth as the skin of her hand glows a bright pink before a massive explosion erupts from her palm catching her brother against the back shoving him back to the ground. The blast from his sister burns the back of his neck, singes his hair and melts part of his hero suit and the flared head piece. "Even after all Izuku has accomplished you're still on about him being quirkless?! Well guess what Katsuki! All Might was quirkless too!!!." Katsuki doesn't move after hearing this statement, having frozen mid step. The pain from Ochako's blast is still searing against his skin.

"The fuck did you just say?" Katsuki asks, turning to his twin. "Say that again, I fuckin dare you."

"I said. All Might was quirkless too!" Ochako exclaims, the expression on Katuski's face quickly turns to rage at the mere idea that All Might was quirkless. "You remember Izuku's dad, the skinny blonde guy that was always around? Well guess what! That is All Might!"

"Now you've really lost it. Of all the stupid shit I've ever heard you say that has to take the cake. Give me one good reason why I shouldnt kill you?" Bakugou asks, his quirk can kill maybe but the glare he's giving his twin might just do so.

"Because I am here!" All Might's voice booms from down the street, barely a few blocks away from the arguing twins. "Once this is over, I need both of you in my office. For the time being, I'm supposed to be beating the tar out of you two. SMASH!!!" The punch from All Might creates a pressure wave that tears the asphalt from the road, the wall of dust and debris collides head on with the twins sending them flying backwards.

Luckily in the observation room, there's no audio coming from the displays covering the fights. Izuku and Aoyama have been paired up against 13, with their battle starting after Yaoyorozu and Todoroki's fight, leaving the two to watch the battles in complete silence. Part of the twins had to have rubbed off on him over the years he's known them, as he sees Katsuki strike Ochako anger he didn't know he had began to bubble up inside him. Especially when he saw her face bleeding, Aoyama takes a half step to his right to avoid being inadvertently put on the receiving end of Izuku's anger. Though seeing Katsuki get his comeuppance thanks to All Might, did alleviate some of that anger. Honestly this is probably the worst possible match up among all the students, though part of him knows that the lesson here is for the two to actually get along to bring down a villain. Had this been a real situation, and this is how they act when dealing with an actual super villain, they could kiss their hero careers goodbye. "Nezu, I better not get an earful from Uraraka Mitsuki about why you intentionally failed her kids." the statement from Aizawa solidifies the thought in Izuku's mind.

"If they fail, it's on them. Their combined power was more than enough to take out a bioengineered multiple quirk user with a single blast. That monster was designed to be able to defeat All Might, it failed but in the end that Nomu as it was called was on his level. This is about teamwork with an ally they've rarely if ever worked with. As for the twins, it was the obvious choice." Nezu explains, as the students in the room make it a point to buddy up with their partners for the exam in order to quietly discuss tactics.

"Wouldn't you have gotten a similar outcome pairing Uraraka Katsuki and Midoriya Izuku?" The cowboy hat sporting Snipe questions.

"While yes it would, however those two that need to learn to work together more... Oh, What's the word for it?" Nezu asks, having a bout of presque vu at the moment (The moment where a word is on the tip of your tongue but you can't figure out what it is.)

"Urgently?" Izuku asks.

"Yes, it's a bit more urgent for those two to learn to work together. Getting them out of this silly sibling rivalry phase as soon as possible and getting them to work together is more important. Young Midoriya has shown interest in wanting to put whatever disagreement between him and the male twin behind them and work together, but the twins can't even handle being in the same room as each other." Nezu says, just as the entire class cringes seeing Katsuki get drilled in the stomach by All Might getting sent flying. "He's gonna be feeling that tomorrow."

"He's probably feeling that now." Kirishima says.

Ochako resists the urge to laugh as her brother is launched past her, though she cringes as he crashes through a window of a fake flower shop completely obliterating some of the clay pots. She doesn't have time to laugh at his misery however, as All Might shifts his attention to her. With Katsuki clearly not going to be of any help during the exam, she's on her own. Thankfully for her, All Might is weighed down, limiting him to just half of his normal power. Katsuki inadvertently gave her a bit of an advantage, the blood from the cut on her cheek and nose can be detonated but she'd have to stop the bleeding and detonate it far enough away from All Might to not seriously wound him. In the seconds it takes these thoughts to run through her head, All Might shoves off his back foot and blitzes her with his left hand out and his right curled into a fist. Without enough time to use a support item, Ochako uses her explosion quirk to blast herself hard to the right knowing that the speed All Might is moving at wont let him make such a sharp turn. The move worked as All Might had anticipated her using it to gain altitude not latitude, having to stop himself from crashing into a light post in order to shift directions after Ochako.

As All Might drags his fingers across the ground to stop his momentum, pivoting on his foot to continue the chase after the brunette twin. Just as he flexes his muscles to lunge at her again, a pink and black ball rolls just in front of his hand. Just as soon as his brain registers what the steel ball is and runs from it, it explodes in a sudden flash of bright light blinding and concussing the number one hero. Katsuki picks himself up from the rubble and assorted destroyed house plants growling at his own weakness. Though he smirks when he sees Ochako blasting herself away from the fight. "Of course she'd be too much of a pussy to stay in the fight," he thinks as he kicks the remains of a bonsai tree off his foot. He rubs his hands together then leans forwards and flexes his palms creating two simultaneous explosions propelling himself forwards towards All Might. As Katsuki gets close to the pro, he doesn't take into account that just because he's without his sight, he isn't deaf. All Might turns and grabs Katsuki by the face. Predictably, Katsuki tries to solve this problem by making it explode but all this succeeds in doing is getting All Might to throw him at his sister.

"Come on, if you think either of you are gonna take my title as number one you're sorely mistaken. You'll be lucky to be in the top thousand at this rate." All Might says as Katsuki slams hard into his sister's back sending them both from the air. "You both claim to be the best, but one of you is running and the other is as bull headed as a mule with all the fineness of one."

"If you weren't the number one hero I'd kill you." Katsuki growls as he picks himself up off the ground. "How'd that weak shit head Deku ever end up as Your son I'll never know." The grin on All Might's face disappears in an instant when Katsuki says this.

"So that's how it is..." All Might responds, his face now cold, vacant of that heroic and warm smile he always wore. "Time and time again I tried to convince you, though indirectly, that I thought anyone who attacked, harassed and bullied quirkless people were akin to the villains I face every day on the job."

"Katsuki, what did you do?!" Ochako asks as she too picks herself up from the impact. "W-why is he not smiling..."

"Let me show you just what I think of what you did to my son for the past ten years. Katsuki Bakugou." All Might's words are now just as hostile as his expression, the weight of his power feeling as if the grim reaper stands over the twin's shoulders. "You won't remember this when you wake up in the infirmary next week, but your sister was right. I was quirkless too, but I became the strongest... and it's time I start taking this fight seriously."

Both Katsuki and Ochako try to move, try to flee from what is coming at them but fear has overtaken both of them. All Might flexes hard enough to shatter the weight limits around his body like they were made of glass. Though, Ochako knows that All Might is rather fond of her but at this moment she doesn't know if she believes that. Katsuki on the other hand, is petrified in fear regretting every single moment he'd ever so much as looked at Izuku wrong. With a movement so fast neither twin could see it, All Might breaks the sound barrier resulting in the remaining glass getting pulverized. Katsuki can't even look away as All Might appears right in front of him, staring unblinkingly as the knuckles of All Might's fist get closer and closer to his face reading death across them. Though the pro pulls his punch, stopping it a centimeter from Katsuki's nose, that doesn't stop the discharge of power from coming after it. From his fist a massive wall of condensed air sprays outwards behind his head. "Report to my office when the tests are over. The exam is over." All Might says as he turns and walks away from them. As he gets further and further away, both twins find the strength to move again, turning to look at the buildings and walls behind them. The buildings and the wall on the far side of the fake city are no longer there, only a large semi circular hole in what remains of the buildings. Both jump slightly when the buzzer for the end of the exam sounds. Ochako takes off her helmet and says nothing as she leaves, Katsuki just stares at the devastation a serious All Might could do.
