Ochako and Izuku sat next to each other in the Auditorium for the assembly before the practical portion of the exam. Her brother was forced to sit next to them being that A, he's her brother and B they are from the same school. The siblings glared at each other then turned away folding their arms in the presence of the other. Izuku just sighed knowing the two of them will always hate each other no matter what. He looks around the room at all the prospective hopeful students seeing that almost every seat is filled with examinees. The lights dim abruptly and the projector above them turns on showing a presentation on the screen above the stage. The pro hero Present Mic walks on stage silencing the crowd of students as he approaches the podium on the center of the stage.

"Can I get a YYYEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!" He shouts from the stage, the crowd remains dead silent. "Tough crowd tough crowd." He says shaking his head seeing them remain silent.

"Welcome to UA's entrance exams, before you go to the practical portion I have a few things to go over before you go through the practical portion of the exam." He says pushing a button on a hand held clicker and showing a slide showing off three different types of robots.

"In the exam you will be taking out three types of robots for points, it is your job to keep track of how many points you get from destroying them. The first robot being the smallest of the three is worth 1 point, the medium size is 2 points and the large one is 3 points. They will have their point values painted on their side an-" He says before is interrupted by a tall man with glasses, raising his hands and declaring that he has found an issue.

"Excuse me, but the form you have provided has said for four robots and not three! If this is an error, it is unbecoming of a school such as UA!" The tall man then turned to Ochako and Bakugou in the audience. "And you two! If all you are going to do is scowl at each other, then please leave! Everyone here is trying to focus on the task at hand and it is disrupting for us!"

"UP YOURS FOUR EYES!" Both siblings shouted this with Bakugou continuing first.

"IS THAT GONNA BE YOUR LAME FUCKING ATTEMPT TO GET PEOPLE TO CALM DOWN!? YOU'RE LOUD AND DISRESPECTING, STOP IT!?"

"FIVE HUNDRED YEN SAYS YOU'LL GET YOUR ASS HANDED TO YOU THE SECOND A VILLAIN COMES AT YOU! NOW PIPE YOUR SHIT AND LET MIC FINISH HIS EXPLANATION!" Ochako strangely agreed with her brother at this moment to shock Izuku.

'I guess this is what they mean by agreeing to disagree. Fascinating but creepy at the same time'

"Uh, yeah. The answer to that final question is that the last robot isn't worth any points, so stay away from it. Now that this is settled, let's finish this entrance exam. And remember our school motto, go beyond, plus ultra!"

Everyone began walking to the busses to the testing sights after changing into something easier to move around in. Izuku and Ochako were fortunate enough to be in the same testing sight without Bakugou present. This calmed the OFA user a little just because he didn't have to worry about dealing with his childhood bully during the exam. Ochako was completely thrilled that her brother wasn't going to be with them, because knowing him and how much of a sore loser he could be about them, he'll try to fuck up their points and only theirs. Right now, the two friends were just sitting on the bus, having a nice chat with each other and how both excited and nerve wracked they are, but that all came to a stop when the brunette saw her. A girl with vines growing from her hair was sitting just a few rows in front of them, but as fate would have it, she turned around, noticed Deku, and gave him a warm smile and a carefree wave. At this, Deku sheepishly returned the gesture with a closed eyed smile of his own, unaware that Ochako was glaring at him, but what she didn't even know was that her hands were subconsciously glowing a faint pink.

After a while, the bus finally arrived and everyone hopped off the vehicle to start their little stretching routines, cooling themselves off by either drinking some bottles of water or splashing the water onto their faces. Izuku was one of these individuals as he was just after soaking his face with some water from his bottle and drying it off with a face towel before setting it down on his neck. Humming in satisfaction of the cold water soothing the heat that plagued his face, he took in a deep breath before comfortably sighing, he was now ready to go with having done his stretches beforehand until something caught his eye. From a crowd of people, he spotted the vine girl again, and she was looking incredibly nervous as she held and unsure face and was twiddling her fingers together. Seeing this, Izuku thought she could use some reassurance, but just as he started walking over to her, his footsteps came to a halt when a hand was suddenly placed on his shoulder, causing him to turn around and make eye contact with the tall boy with blue hair from earlier.

"I hope you're not going over to distract her, she's prepared a lot for this and she doesn't need anyone disrupting her focus." Said the boy as he gave Izuku the look that says 'If you step out of line and make it into U.A and she didn't, I'm gonna make those three years really difficult for you.' Causing his blood to run cold.

"W-wh-what? Y-you've got it all wrong, sh-she just seemed nervous and I was just going to help her calm down a little." Said the green haired user of One for All, and it seemed to have put the taller boy in a thinking state where after a few moments, got his hand off of Izuku's shoulder and started talking.

"Alright then, if that's what you were going to do, then don't let me stop you. However, just know that if she doesn't pass this because of you, and you still manage to get in, I will not stop hounding you for it. Do I make myself clear?" At this point, Izuku just doesn't want to have to put up with the berating anymore and just gives him a thumbs up and swift nod before walking away from the boy and making his way over to the girl with vines growing out of her head.

"Hey, you doing okay? You seem a little nervous." Deku said and grabbed the attention of the girl. She looked at him with a similar color of green in her eyes as she gave him a look of slight surprise to see him here, but nonetheless she responded to his question.

"Y-yeah. I'm just really nervous about this. I mean, here we are, the practical part of U.A's entrance exam. Who wouldn't be nervous about such a thing?" Izuku gave her a nod in understanding, knowing how she felt because deep down, he too was a little scared because no one could predict their own outcome or anybody else's. All they could do was just hope that their best was good enough.

"Try taking in a few deep breaths, in through the nostrils and out through the mouth. I find that usually helps me when I'm nervous or scared." The girl took Izuku's advice and started breathing through her nostrils and out through the mouth in deep, long inhales and exhales. "Feel any better?" "That helps, Thank you Deku-kun." She replies, Izuku smiles seeing this reaction before doing the same breathing technique to calm his own nerves.

Unfortunately he wouldn't get such an opportunity, from the observation tower overlooking the testing site, Present Mic screams out. "GOOOOOO!!!!!" Izuku was startled by the announcement but turns and sprints into the fake city followed by the swarm of examinees also taking the exam. It was like getting ran over in the middle of a buffalo herd except each one felt as heavy as a semi pickup truck, many of the examinees not bothering to allow the greenette up for a moment before Izuku felt a hand grab his own and was pulled onto his feet.

"Come on Deku! We've got a practical exam to pass and I can't have you falling behind

me and not making it to U.A with your best friend!" Shouted Ochako as she tossed Izuku forward with Izuku, going purely on instinct, activating One for All and landing on his legs with his best friend setting off pink explosions from behind her and propelling her self forward above the onslaught of examinees while Izuku charged through them like a speeding bullet. From their point of view a green blur of electricity zipped past their peripheral vision for a brief moment before the head of a three point robot was blown off from the blur.

Ochako smiles seeing Izuku trash the robot with ease before interlacing her fingers and cracking her knuckles, a series of pink explosions happens in her hands as she stares down a group of robots. "You're not having all the fun to yourself Deku-kun. I still have my own goal OF BEATING MY BROTHERS SCORE INTO THE DIRT!!! COME HERE YOU OVER FED HAIR DRYER!!!" She shouts blasting herself off the ground and delivering a massive blast to the head of the front robot. She had mastered her blasts and aerial combat being untouchable when in the air, even by her brother. Explosions and the sounds of crunching metal are heard as she tears through robot after robot. She envisions Katsuki's stupid face on the robots she blasts through only increasing her ferocity in trashing the automatons.

Izuku sees her blast the face off of one of the robots impressed by her fighting spirit as she launches herself through the air at another robot. He himself had been accumulating a fair amount of points trashing robots with punches. Seeing himself as All Might fighting an army of villains. As he runs through the city he comes across a 3 pointer that startles him, he slips and falls on his behind before trying to get back up. As he does a sparkling blue laser destroys the robot in front of him. "Thank you for the points monsieur." a blonde french-man says before jumping in the air and blasting himself away with a laser from his belly button. "That was interesting." Izuku thinks before regaining his composure and getting to his feet.

The Observation Room:

"Well it seems the students are coming along quite nicely, I believe the Uraraka twins have a lot of promise in the hero course. Not to mention the young man with the green hair, he seems a bit skittish but he has promise." Ectoplasm, a hero wearing a strange face mask and trench coat, says watching the footage of the exam.

"That they are but, the Uraraka twins have the biggest sibling rivalry I've ever seen. The female twin, Ochako Uraraka is the older of the two and has a vendetta against her younger brother." Toshinori explains.

"Why is that?"

"Before my son developed my quirk, Katsuki Uraraka, or Katsuki Bakugou as he has taken his mother's maiden name, bullied him for being quirkless. I too was quirkless until my teen years. My quirk is far too powerful for a child to develop it at the normal age of four and only appeared for me when I went into adolescence like my son is now. He has a decent reign on the power he can control but if he over uses it he can injure himself." He says further explaining that Ochako had been Izuku's only friend through their entire childhood and could tell that the two of them have underlying feelings for each other.

"If they have a rivalry that's something we can build upon to drive them to get stronger than the other. As for her and Midoriya Izuku, I believe if they were to form a relationship it would also be a driving force for him to improve as well." Nezu says from his perch on a scruffy haired man's shoulder.

"So long as it doesn't become a distraction I don't care about student relationships. They could have a kid for all I care so long as their grades don't falter I'd happily play baby sitter. I already do for the first years anyway." He grmubles sipping from a 2 gallon coffee mug.

"Oh hush Aizawa you get regular raises every semester so I don't want to hear it." The mouse bear creature says bopping him on the head with his paw. "I want to see how far he would push himself to save someone. He is the son of All Might so let's see if he not only has his quirk but also his heroic spirit." Nezu says pushing a large button with the silhouette of the massive robot from the presentation room.

"You really like pushing buttons don't you?" A female pro with violet hair asks.

"Both peoples buttons and real ones." Nezu says happily as the ground starts to rumble.

Testing Site B

As Ochako blows the head off of another robot, she notices the ground start to rumble. She chalks it off to someone with a giant quirk or Deku punching the ground before she looks around the area for more robots. She notices that it suddenly got darker, a lot darker, like the sun has been covered by something. She looks around before seeing the dark green armor plating on the robots taking up the majority of the street. She follows up the view of the green plating until it reaches over the buildings. Holding onto the buildings across from her are two massive robotic hands, she follows the view all the way to where the rays of the sun are blocked out by the head of the robot. It's several red eyes staring soullessly down at her and the other contestants. "Hehe... I'm in danger..." she says with a nervous smile seeing the sheer scale of the massive robot.

In a swift motion the robot crumbles the buildings around the examinees blocking off any exits to the side streets. Some watch in terror unable to move while others start running away for their lives. When the robot crushed the buildings, rubble showered the street and hits Ochako. She screams in pain from the rubble and fear realizing that she is stuck under the concrete. She calls for help but the others are running away. She tries setting off an explosion at the rubble but isn't able to produce one, the dust from the collapsed building dried up the sweat on her hands making her unable to create explosions. She tries to set one off on a different part of her body but isn't able to get one to ignite. As a last ditch effort she calls for help, trying to push the rubble off of her leg with all her might.

Suddenly she hears a discharge of awesome power she had heard several times before, she looks up to see Izuku having jumped using One for All at full power. She saw him scale the hundreds of feet into the air in less than a second. From the ground she sees the small figure of Izuku way up in the air before he throws a punch. His fist connects with the face plate of the robot before a massive discharge of force occurs from his hand. The robot is almost instantly destroyed by the force of the blow, the head caving in and causing a chain reaction of explosions to occur through its body. Then... he starts to fall.

Ochako scrambles to get the rubble off her leg, desperately wiping the dust and dirt off her hand, she manages to create a small pinpoint blast on the tip of her finger that shatters the piece of concrete. She tries to get to her feet but stumbles from the pain of a broken ankle. She watches as he gets closer and closer to the ground. She tries to rush towards where he will land but falls once more, tears fall from her eyes as she closes them not wanting to look. "I'm sorry Izuku, I couldn't save you." She says waiting to hear the sound, but it never happens. Instead when she opens her eyes she sees Izuku had been caught. The vine haired woman she had seen in the auditorium had caught him in the tangles of vines that are her hair. She sets him down on the ground before walking over to Ochako and helping her to her feet. She creates a temporary cast with her hair around Ochako's ankle helping her get to Izuku.

"TIMES UP!!! THE EXAM IS OVER!!!" Present Mic screams from the observation tower. Shortly after the gates of the city open revealing a short old lady in a nurses uniform walking with a cane.

"Alright kiddies, if you need to be healed ste- Oh my heavens! What happened to him!?" Recovery Girl exclaims putting on a show for the students but knowing exactly that it was Deku hurting himself for doing something completely reckless.

"He took down the zero pointer but it looks like his own quirk did this to him." The girl with the vine hair says before turning to Ochako. "She was injured too and was trying to save him from falling but couldn't due to her ankle."

"His arms and legs are broken but would be in much worse shape had he had hit the ground, I swear I'm going to skin that little rodent of a principal for causing this." Recovery girl grumbles as she extends her lips and kisses Izuku on the forehead, some of the other examinees are grossed out by this.

After Ochako was healed she gave a death glare to the girl who introduced herself as Ibarra. Ochako hoisted Izuku over her shoulder before walking out of the testing site and back to the entrance. "I have competition for Izuku now." She thinks to herself, "Nobody is taking Izuku from me. He is mine and mine alone." She says as she exits the front gates of UA.
