Brendon sat down next to me on the couch.

"Hey dad." I smiled as I hit play on the tv.

"I'm going shopping, wanna come?"

"Is Faze going?" I asked putting the tv on mute.

"She said she didn't want to." I nodded and got up.

"Sure."

Once we got to the store (finally) Brendon pulled me to a certain section.

"This isn't a place I should be dad." I mumbled looking at the products around me.

"Nonsense. You already know about this. Grab two boxes, I'll be getting some milk and cereal. Meet me over there." I nodded as Brendon ran off. I cringed as I grabbed two tampon boxes off the highest shelf that I could reach.

"Ok dad-dad?" I looked around the aisle with milk in it and didn't see Brendon. "Brendon?" I called out hoping he could respond.

"Clayton!" I quickly spun on my heals and saw my dad waving his arms from two aisles over.

"I swear to god if you took me here to mess with me, you're going to find a rock under your pillow." I crossed my arms one of the boxes falling out of my hands. When I bent down to pick it up I saw the person I liked: Elliott. I blushed deep red as I shoved the tampon boxes into my dads arms. "I have to pee." I quickly ran off taking the rout around one of the aisles so I could get to him. "Hi!"

"Oh hey!" Elliott waved to his parents and walked up to me. "I didn't know you lived out here!"

"I don't. I live about two hours away." I blushed as Elliott smiled.

"So you live on a farm?! My mom tells me that's all there is out there!" Elliott grinned but I cringed.

"We love in a barn. Would you like to come over sometime?" I asked smiling. Elliott nodded.

"Can I Today?" I nodded and ran over to Brendon.

"Dad can my friend Elliott come over?" I asked.

"Why all of a sudden?" Brendon asked putting some soup in the cart.

"Because I didn't know he was here. Please?" Brendon sighed but nodded. I gasped and hugged him. "Thank you thank you thank you!" I ran back over to Elliott who nodded.

"What did your dad say?" I gave him two thumbs up and quickly put one down. "Yay!"

Oh this is going to be one fun night.
