"Boys dormitories are on the right. Girls, left." The prefect who's name was Cara instructed pointing at room opposite each other. "Go on now, your trunks are in there." Cara said shooing us off.

Alyssa followed the other girls into the dormitory. She was delighted to see her trunk was in front of a bed which was by a window. 

She knelt in front of her trunk and started looking for anything she packed she needed to take out. She pulled out her book bag, text books from Flourish and Blotts, Quills, Parchment, and ink. She put the books in her bag and put the quill and ink in the front pocket of the bag. She carefully pushed the bag under the bed so it wouldn't be stepped on.

"Oh no, Parchment!" Alyssa exclaimed as she picked up the roll of parchment and pulled out her book bag. The girls looked at her weird for the sudden noise, but went back to what they were doing.

Alyssa eventually found a spot to put the parchment in her bag and slipped it back under the bed. She lay down on her bed and took out her schedule.

Alyssa set it aside and stared at the ceiling for awhile before it was time for sleep
