Freddy couldn't believe it. Rachel and Hayden love one other, and that is the reason that Hayden really wanted Rachel's visit to his house so special, which he now realizes how stupid he was of not realizing it sooner. 

He also kind of felt bad, considering now that Hayden is still in the hospital, thanks to Ashley's horrible car accident. 

"I can't believe that Hayden didn't bother to mention to me that he likes Rachel! I wonder why he kept it as a secret from the whole school." Freddy thought to himself, as he puts the textbooks away in his locker. 

"Hey, you're Freddy, right?" Someone said, interrupting his thoughts as he jumps in total surprise . 

As the boy turns around, he notices it was Scott. 

"Uh, yeah, that's me. Say, you're the captain of the basketball team! Um, Scott Jorgenson, right?" Freddy said, nervously. 

Scott nods in confirmation, "Yeah, but I'm not just that, Freddy. I happened to be Hayden's cousin." 

"Yeah, I know. Hayden told me, when we first met. It's kind of hard to believe that you and Hayden are actually related, no offense." Freddy said. 

Scott smiles a bit, but then said, "It's all right. I guess that he didn't want anyone to know that bit unless it is someone that he truly trusts." 

Freddy nods , totally understanding , but he knew that Scott really doesn't want to bring out the subject of having Hayden in the hospital, but he couldn't deny it. 

"Is there any changes?" Freddy asks. 

Scott realizes of what he meant, but sadly shakes his head, "No. Hayden's not awaken from his coma yet. 

I feel bad, Freddy. I felt like an total jerk to Hayden, and now knowing that Hayden and Rachel love each other, I don't know what to do about it." 

"Have you ever try talking to Rachel? She has feelings for your cousin ever since Hayden first arrived at Berksville High." Freddy suggests.

"I will try. You saw how she reacted when Ashley revealed her secret in front of the whole school, Freddy.

It's not entirely easy of trying to talk to her after what Ashley has done to her." Scott points out.

Freddy sighs, "Yeah, you do have a point there, Scott. I really don't want to be Rachel's place right now.

Uh, I still can't believe Ashley of what she has done to Hayden like that. It seems too horrible."

Scott said, "I know. I can't believe she was the leader of the Cheerleaders. If I known of Ashley's true intentions , then I would prevent the car accident from ever happening and Hayden and Rachel would continue seeing each other.

It's just I don't mind of Hayden having a girlfriend now, I just want him to be happy for once. Deep down inside, I do care for him. I just have my own way of showing it off to him ."

Freddy and Scott remains silent, wondering if Hayden would ever wake up from his coma.

Hathor continues searching for her best friend. "I am pissed off of Ashley. She shouldn't done that to my best friend and gets away with it." She mumbles as she finally found Rachel standing alone in the school basketball gym.

She didn't know what to say, but she knew that Rachel needs her now than ever before.

"Rach." Hathor said, as the cheerleader didn't respond back to her.

"I know it's overwhelming that the whole school knows about you and Hayden. So, what does it matter if a geek and cheerleader becomes a couple?

I think that's very cool if you ask me." Hathor said.

Rachel turns around, as Hathor sees the redness in her face, as if she has been crying since Ashley embarrassed her in front of the whole school. 

"You honestly think so, Hathor?" Rachel asks, nervously as Hathor smiles at her as she embraces her with a hug. 

"Of course! You're my best friend, and we'll always stay best friends, no matter what . Listen, why you go visit Hayden right now?" Hathor said, as Rachel's eyes widen with sudden reaction. 

"You absolutely sure you're ok with that, Hathor? I mean, I would feel guilty-" She stammers as the girl pushes her , "I'm sure that you want to see him so badly. 

And if he does wake up from his coma, you will be the first person to be at his side." 

The cheerleader forms a small smile, as her heart beats fast as lighting, as she rushes towards the hospital room. 

As she went inside the hospital room, she kisses Hayden's forehead as she whispers, "Hayden, please wake up soon. 

I couldn't imagine a world without you in it." 

That was when some miracle happen. 

Hayden's hand touches her, as she looks up at him as Hayden's voice said, ever since he was in a coma, 

"R-Rachel?" 

Her eyes filled with tears as she said, "Hayden! You're awake!" 

But he was curious as he asks, "Rachel, what happened to me?" 

The excitement of Hayden's awakening shatters Rachel's happiness, remembering that Hayden doesn't know how he ended up in the hospital for three months. 

"Hayden... you're in the hospital, and you were in a coma." She replies as Hayden was in total shock of her revelation. 

He has so many questions to ask, as they were interrupted by a knock of the door, as they see Scott and Freddy . 

"Scott? Freddy? What you guys doing here?" Rachel asks curiously as Scott rubs his head, "We were about to go find you and your friend Hathor explained that you went to see Hayden." 

Freddy said, "We'll go check out the snack bar while you guys catch up." 

Scott nods in agreement, "Yeah, you guys need some privacy. We'll leave you both alone." 

Hayden looks surprised of his cousin's interaction with Freddy and Rachel. 

Rachel said, "Thank you, Scott, Freddy.  Uh, Scott?" 

The jock looks back, "If it is all right, can I come to your house later? I forgot to feed Toothless and he's very picky with his dog food." 

Scott said, "Yeah, you know where the house key is, so feel yourself at home." 

Rachel nods in total agreement as the jock leaves to find Freddy. 

"Rach, I um-" Hayden said, totally confused. 

The Cheerleader smiles, "Don't worry, Hayden. I'll explain everything, including why you are in the hospital." 

Hayden sees how nervous and shaken Rachel was, as he said, "Just tell me . I will handle it."
