Chapter 13
"I'll scatter you across this facility to meet my comrades, and your deaths!" With that, black mist surrounded everyone, an Akina felt herself fall through a portal, landing roughly on some grass. Looking around it seemed she was at the foot of the landslide zone, fallen trees, piles of dirt, leading up to rocky type area.
"It looks like we've just been sent our first piece of newbie hero prey."

Akina grinned. "So you think I'm a newbie, huh?" She asked, punching her fist into her hand. "If you really do think that, well, You've chosen the wrong forest trail."
"Don't get cocky on us, girl!" A villain shouted, lunging towards Akira with his fingers turning into vines.
Dodging the attack, Akina aimed a well timed kick to the back of his head, making him pass out. Damn, these guys aren't worth my time. Akina thought, but I still have to fight them if I want to help Aizawa.
A woman was next to attack Akina, hair whipping around like snakes, along with the woman, there was a man with wolf-like features who also lunged. Jumping up into the air, Akina casted a spell. "Nature Dragon: Bursting Blossom!" She shouted, flower pellets shot out of her hand and exploded once they made contact with the two villains. It didn't do much but it did create a small smoke screen, which gave her the perfect opportunity to aim another attack. "Nature Dragon: Wing Attack!" Slicing her arms in the air and causing blades of light green magic energy to hit both of the villains, leaving them unconscious once the smoke had cleared.
After those two villains were down, Akina felt a heavy hit to the head. Turning around on the ball of her foot, and lifted her other foot into the air for a kick. After fully turned around, her foot made contact with another villains face. Once it made contact she jumped up into the air and landed hard on two other villains heads, not knocking them out but instead making them hold their head in pain.
"You choose the wrong wizard to mess with." Akina said, adrenaline now flowing through her veins. Just as she was looking for another villian, a hand grabbed onto her head and forced it into the ground.
"You let your guard down, little hero." A man taunted, pressing Akina's head harder into the dirt. "How'd you like the taste of dirt?"
"I'd say I needed the power boost. Thanks." Akina replied, swallowing the dirt that had ended up in her mouth. Sure, it wasn't the best tasting thing to restore her magic, but it worked just fine. Turning around, she looked at the villains shocked expression and touched her hand to the ground, vines shooting up and wrapping around the remaining villains in the area.
Akina looked up at the villains tied up in the air, making the vines constrict more and more around them as she gave them a close eyed smile. "You know, all throughout this fight with you all, I've been hearing all of my classmate's panicked shouts. And you know, I've only known them for a couple days but I already consider them my family. And if you hurt my family, well, let's just say that dead men tell no tales." Her tone was sickly sweet, and when she opened her eyes it was like a giant dragon was standing behind her, towering over the villains and staring them down with a hungry glare.
"P-Please don't kill us!" One of the men begged, fear written plain on his face.
Akina looked at the man, pressing her fingers together and tilting her head. "Oh, I'm not going to kill you. That'd be unheroic you know~ So, before this get's too out of hand, I'll let you off with a warning. Don't mess with a wizard's family." She moved the vines down before catapulting the villains into a nearby river. It wasn't far enough to kill them, but she was sure that they might reconsider their life choices.
Now to help with the villains in the center. She thought. She was still seething. Tossing some villains halfway across the USJ wasn't enough to quell her anger it seemed. Making her way to the middle of the area, Akina found herself face to face with a hideous sight.
Aizawa was against the hand man, and she decided to get some villains down so her classmates could return back to where Thirteen was at the entrance, still against the black mist villain. Jumping into the frey, Akira noticed that Aizawa got out of Hand Man's grip and was now defending himself oneself handedly before he spotted her.
"Hayashi! What are you doing? Get out of here and join the others at the entrance! That's an order!" Aizawa shouted after throwing a villain over his shoulder.
"Order?" Akina asked, smirking, "Where I'm from, Aizawa, we don't follow orders." Just as she said that, at least ten different villains surrounded her, all with cocky attitudes.
"You should of stayed in hiding, little hero."
"Do all of you guys have the same nickname for us? Or is someone just not wanting to think of any more?" Akina asked with a sigh, "Ah well, I've got a forest in my belly and it's yearning to be released!" With a deep breath in, she placed her hands to her mouth, "Nature Dragon: Roar!" She shouted, a rush of sharp leaves exiting out of her mouth and knocking out each of the villains as she spun around in a circle. Well, all but one, who managed to dodge the attack. Feeling someone grab onto her neck, Akina was lifted off the ground and thrown across the area, rolling on the ground as she felt some cuts and scrapes appear in her arms and legs.
"Hayashi! Are you okay?" Someone shouted and Akina looked over towards the water, seeing Tsuyu, Mineta, and Midoriya hiding in the water.
Looking at them, Akina stood up, dusting off her costume. "Yeah, this is nothing." She said, giving them an encouraging smile and using her magic to heal the cuts. "Don't worry about me!"
"She's so brave." Midoriya muttered, Akina only being able to hear due to her enhanced hearing.
"Now, who's next?" Akina asked, turning around with a grin on her face.
"Hayashi! Go back to Thirteen!" Aizawa ordered and Akina shook her head.
"Sorry teach. That's not gonna happen. These bastards messed with my family, and nobody does that." Jumping back in to fight some villains who seemed to be recovering from the previous beatdowns they had received from Aizawa.
Most of the villains were easy to beat with hand to hand combat, Akina didn't want to use her magic if she didn't need to. Kicking a villain in the side, Akina heard a scream of pain behind her and she quickly turned around, seeing Aizawa being pinned down by a giant bird-like creature.
"Mr. Aizawa!" She screeched as the bird crushed Aizawa's head to the ground, blood starting to pool around it. Baring her teeth, she started to rush towards him, only to be stopped by a villain.
"You." Akina said darkly, moving into a battle stance. He was cloaked in all black, and Akina could feel magic radiating off of him, which didn't happen with the people in this world. "What are you doing here?"
"It's not what you think." The man said, his voice seeming to hold pity, which only make Akina angrier.
"Not what I think? You tore me away from my guild! Put me into this... world where I knew nothing, I don't even know how to get back home."
The man looked down at her, red eyes staring down at her. "I didn't want to do it." He whispered.
"Bullshit." Akina seethed.
"I'm sorry, I'd like to talk more, but-" he was cut off as his body started glowing, dissolving into light just as Akina did when she was transported to this world.
Before she could think anything more of it, she was jumped by a few more villains and she was distracted for the time being, until the entrance was burst down.
"I had this bad feeling, so I tore myself away from my chat with the principal and came. I passed Young Iida on my way and got a rough idea of what had happened." Even from where she was, Akina could clearly see the frown on All Might's face. "It's fine now! I am here!" He ripped off his tie and his expression held pure anger.
"All Might!" Mineta shouted out in joy.
Around her, villain's were muttering about All Might, some never seeing him in person, and she trying to encourage their friends.
Punching the face of one of the villians, Akina got the attention of the villains near her. "Didn't anyone teach you not to turn your attention away from your enemy?" She asked, though before she could do anything more an arm wrapped around her waist and the villains were knocked out cold. "H-Hey, let me go! Let me fight!"
"I can't do that, young Hayashi. As a Pro-hero and your teacher, I'm tasked with keeping you safe. Fighting villains is anything but safe." All Might said as he rushed towards where Mineta, Tsuyu, and Midoriya were, picking them up into same arm Akina was in, Aizawa carefully held in the other arm, the four of them being placed down a safe distance from the bird guy and the hand man.
"Everyone, go to the entrance. I'm leaving Aizawa to you. He's unconscious. Hurry." All Might said, standing up and walking towards the two villains.
"Y-Yes, sir!" Mineta said.
"Ribbit." Tsuyu said.
As they were moving to pick up their unconscious teacher, Akina stopped them. "Wait." She said before they picked him up, kneeling down beside him and taking a deep breath. She could heal herself with ease, but other people took some concentration.
"What are you doing, Hayashi?" Midoriya asked.
"Healing some of his major wounds a bit. If we move him in this state too much we could cause more damage. All Might shouldn't of done what he did but I guess it's fine since he was careful, but..." she trailed off, a green glow appearing at her hands.
"Woah, is this part of your quirk?" Izuku asked.
"I guess you could say that." Akina said simply. "Now, you three take him to the entrance, I've healed him enough to be moved."
"What about you, ribbit?" Asui asked.
"Me? I'm going to help All Might. He might be the number one hero but it's still not smart to fight battles like this alone."
As Midoriya started to warn All Might about something, All Might interrupted and reassured him that it was fine, and the three started walking away.
"Young Hayashi. This is an order now. Go back to the entrance and meet up with your classmates."
Akina looked at All Might, her eyes glinting in the light of the USJ. "Order? Just as I told Aizawa earlier, we say to heck with orders where I'm from. So your stuck with me. Besides, we don't want to argue while there's a villain in font of us."
All Might was silent, and instead pivoted his foot and moved forwards with a gust of wind. "Carolina Smash!" All Might shouted.
Akina watched as the bird creature, which she found out was a Nomu, jumped in front of the hand villain, blocking All Might's attack with ease. It had no effect on him.
So they armed him against All Might's strength. So that guy must have some absorption quirk. Akina thought, as the creature attacked All Might.
"All Might, behind you!" Akina shouted, running up and jumping in the air, brining her hands to her mouth and casting a spell. "Nature Dragon: Roar!" The stream of leaves rushed out of her mouth and hit the Nomu dead on, sending him skidding back, but it seemed that the attack hadn't effecting him at all. Which scared Akina.
That spell normally does at least some damage. She thought, Even if they absorbed it. Am I not... am I not strong enough?
"Your attacks won't hurt him because of the shock absorption. In order to cause damage to Nomu, it would be most effective to slowly gouge out his flesh. Whether he'd let you or not is a different issue though." Hand man said, a cocky tone to his voice.
"Thanks for telling me all that!" All Might shouted as he moved behind the Nomu and grabbed it around the waist. "If that's true, then it's easier for me." Arching his back, he flipped the Nomu back, crashing the bird's head into the ground causing a rush of air to blow past Akina, and making her take a few steps back shielding herself from the wind.
As the smoke cleared, Akina was surprised at the sight. The top half of the Nomu was through a portal, allowing the bird to grab onto All Might as All Might still had his arms wrapped around the beast.
The Nomu dug it's hands into All Might's sides and Akina noticed blood starting to soak his shirt, causing All Might to let go of the bird.
"This is your first offense? You'd better prepare yourselves." All Might said.
"Kurogiri." Hand man said, looking towards the dark mist man.
"I do not want blood and guts overflowing within me, but I would be happy to take in someone as great as you." Kurogiri said, portals starting to open around All Might.
Next to her, she heard footsteps and a small smile appeared on her face. Backup had arrived.
Midoriya jumped towards Kurogiri to distract him and Bakugo exploded the metal collar he was wearing. Not wasting any time in joining in, Akina jumped up in the air, "Nature Dragon: Wing Attack!" She shouted, slashing her arms through the air and sending razor sharp leaves towards Kurogiri, distracting him even further as Todoroki froze half of the Nomu.
"All I heard was that you are here to kill All Might." Todoroki said cooly.
Akina watched as All Might got out of the Noumu's grip, landing next to Todoroki and holding his side in pain.
"The Symbol Of Pease cannon be killed by the likes of you." Todoroki said.
"He's right, you sure had a plan, but sometimes plans aren't enough." Akina agreed, having landed next to Bakugo after her attack, looking down at the misty villain being pinned by the boy.
"Kacchan! Everyone!" Midoriya exclaimed, getting teary eyes before wiping them away and looking at the villains with a look of fear and determination on his face.
Hand man looked at them for a second before moving to scratch his neck. "You brats." He seethed, then he looked towards Kurogiri, seeming to be asking him something silently.
"Both our exit and entrance has been overcome. We're in a pinch."
"You careless bastard. You're just what I thought you'd be. Only certain parts of you can turn into a misty warp gate. The fog gate covered your actual body, right? Back then, if you were completely made of mist, then physical attacks couldn't touch you, then you wouldn't of said, "That was close"."
Masking the doubt of her strength, Akina summoned vines from the ground, having them poised and ready to attack either villain at a moments notice as Bakugo was talking.
"In addition to capturing them, they're almost uninjured. Kids these says are amazing. They make the Leauge of Villains look bad." Hand man said, then looked towards Nomu as it dragged itself out of the portal, it's limbs shattering off from the brittle ice.
"Even though his body's broken... he's still moving?" Midoriya asked.
"Get back, everyone!" All Might shouted.
Ignoring him, Akina stood where she was, the vines waiting for any sudden movement from either of the three villains, All Might and her classmates staring at the Nomu who was regenerating his limbs back.
"His quirk wasn't shock absorption?" All Might asked.
"I didn't say that was all he had. This is his super regeneration. Nomu has been modified to take you at 100%. He's a super-Effie this human sandbag." hand man said.
"First, we need to get our gate back. Go, Nomu." Hand man said, and the bird started suddenly disappeared. Using her nose, Akina sensed him making his way towards Bakugo and shot the vines forwards, stopping the beast in it's tracks just before it punched Bakugo in the face. Though the sudden stop caused a rush of air, flinging Bakugo away from Kurogiri as well as knocking Akina and her classmates off her feet.
All Might quickly jumped and and grabbed Bakugo, noticing that the vines Akina had wrapped around the beast were starting to tear.
As All Might started to talk with the Villain, the vines snapped and the Nomu was free, noticing this, the Nomu suddenly punched forwards, interrupting All Might mid-sentence.
As Hand man went on a monologue about what's good and bad and how the world will be better once All Might was dead, Akina stepped forwards.
"It's three against six." Todoroki pointed out once the monologueing was done.
"Kacchan's already exposed the fogs' weakness!" Midoriya added.
"And I'm ready to deliver more ass kicking!" Akina said, a grin on her face, adrenaline was currently running through her system, any fatigue, exhaustion, doubt, or pain had dissolved into nothing.
"These guys are crazy, but if we backup All Might, we can push them back!" Kirishima said.
"No!" All Might said sternly, walking closer to the villains and holding his arm out as if holding the group back. "Run away."
"You would've been in trouble if I hadn't done anything earlier, right?" Todoroki asked.
"And you would of taken that Nomu's hit it I hadn't stopped him." Akina pointed out. She might be a kid, but she can guarantee that she's had almost as much battle experience as All Might.
"Those were different stories, you Todoroki, Hayashi. Thanks. Bit it's fine! Just watch as a pro gives it everything he's got." All Might said.
"All Might, you're bleeding! Besides, times—" Midoriya started, stopping himself before he finished.
Turning towards the villains after giving the boy a thumbs up, Akina got into a battle stance. All Might might not intend to bring the five of them into the fight, the villains might have other plans. And just as she expected, the hand man started running towards the five.
"Hey, we've gotta do this after all!" Kirishima said.
"Looks like it!" Akina agreed, a smile on her face. As All Might fought against the Nomu by sending a barrage of never ending punches, Akina jumped in the air alongside Bakugo, the two aimed their attacks at the man at the same time.
"Die/ Nature Dragon: Roar!" They shouted, an explosion and a stream of razor sharp leaves aimed themselves at the villain, hitting him and sending him flying back with some cuts and scrapes.
Getting distracted by the fight between All Might and the Nomu, all of them watched as All Might threw one final punch and sent the Nomu flying out of the USJ, causing the ground to start shaking.
"He... he did it." Midoriya said. "All Might did it!"
"Is this a comic book or something? It's like he nullified his shock absorption. His brush strength is crazy." Kirishima muttered.
"What insane power. Does this mean he rushed at him so fast he couldn't regenerate?" Bakugo asked.
As the smoke cleared around All Might's form, Akina noted that the man looked like a bloody mess. "I really have gotten weaker. In my prime, five hits would've been enough. But it took me more than 300 mighty blows to bring that villain down." Turning towards the remaining two, Akina caught a glimpse of steam rising up from the hero through the smoke. "I'm sure we'd all like to end this as soon as possible."
"He used a cheat?!" Hand man asked, his body shaking in anger. "Weaker? No way. We've been completely overwhelmed. I can't believe he did that to my Nomu."
"All's fair in the battlefield! There's playing dirty or cheating!" Akina shouted, making the villain looked up at her with pure hatred.
"Shut up, brat. What's going on, he's not any weaker at all. Did that guy lie to me?! What's wrong?" The villain asked.
"You're not coming, you said you'd 'clear' this or something. Come and get me if you can." All Might said, provoking the man.
"All Might..." Bakugo muttered.
"As expected, it looks like there is no need for us to fight anymore." Todoroki said.
"Midoriya, Akina, we should get out of here now!" Kirishima exclaimed.
She shook her head. "As long as All Might's standing, I'll be here to back him up."
"But if we get taken hostage—" Kirishima said.
"No, you're not going ton convince me otherwise. Sorry Kiri, but I've got a forest of power with me right now and I'm not letting it go to waste."
"Well? What's wrong?" All Might asked, provoking him.
"If only i had Nomu, that guy would've been able to go against him without thinking about anything!"
"Tomura Shikigari! Please calm yourself!" Kurogiri shouted. "Looking carefully, I see that he was definitely weakened from the damage of Nomu's attacks. Besides, the children appear to be frozen in fear."
Scratching the back of her head, Akina let out a groan. "Oh man, is that really what I look like? If Erza and Natsu were here they'd be giving me another unneeded motivational speech. 'With friends you can do it Aki! You're strong!'" She said, imitating the two.
"What are you talking about, extra?" Bakugo asked.
"Me? Oh, just some family members. Ignore my rambles" Akina said, waving Bakugo off, which seemed to aggravate him.
"You're right, we still have a chance at beating this final boss." Shikigari said, seeming to be recovered from his almost-tantrum.
Looking around, Akina watched as some villains got up and started to surround her and her classmates.
"All Might can handle the big guys, Let's go help the others!" Kirishima said.
Well, I probably shouldn't get into any more trouble by staying here. I can already imagine the scolding I'm gonna get. Akina said, as she started to fight against some of the oncoming villains, until there was the sound of a gunshot.
"Are they here?" All Might asked, his voice barely a whisper.
Looking towards the entrance, Akina saw a group of people standing at the top of the stairs.
"Sorry everyone! Sorry we're late!" A voice sounded, echoing throughout the building. "I gathered all who were immediately available."
"I, Tenya Iida, class 1-A representative, has now returned!" Iida shouted from the top of the stairs.
Immediately the villains turned their attention to the newcomers, and Present Mic moved to the front of the crowd, letting out an ear piercing scream.
Covering her ears and wincing in pain, Akina kept watching as the heroes sent their attacks on the small scale villains, capturing them with ease.
"Aw man, they're here." Shikigari muttered backing into Kirogiri's portal. "It's game over now. Shall we go home and try again later, Kurogir—" He was cut off almost immediately by two more bullets going through his arm and leg, as Kurogiri surrounded him with the black mist, a vacuum of air started to pull the mist away.
"I may of failed this time, but the next time we meet, I will get you, All Might." Shikigari seethed before he disappeared in the portal, the black mist vanishing as well.
"And just like that, it's over." Akina said, the adrenaline fading and leaving her to realize just how much magic she used. Despite that, she stood tall, a grin on her face. "And we won!" Sticking her pointer finger and thumb up in the air, she turned and looked at the others who were staring at her. "I'd say that this is a victory in our books, and a cause for a celebration, right Choco—" She cut off her hand lowering from it's position in the air, remembering that her exceed companion wasn't with her. "Ah, that's right." She muttered. "Well, that's not going to get me down! I can still celebrate!"
I'm still alive, and as long as I'm alive, I'll fight for good, and I'll find a way back home!
