Complications.

The construction of the time machine began, which the leaders of the I-Island with great difficulty although, but went into. First of all, one person had to be brought back in time, and secondly, it would be a huge step forward from the point of view of science if it succeeded. The downside, of course, was that if All For One got it, the whole hero world would be gone forever. As expected, the problems started to arise at the first step.

Bakugo and the others, with their backs against the wall, watched as the scientist with the goggles, along with his instruments, disappeared from the waist up behind a monster device. Incomprehensible half-words came to their ears from his constant mumbling, which only made the blonde with the badger hair more pissed.
"Could you work more quietly?" Bakugo growled in himself, with twitching eyebrows. "He's mumbling to himself like that nerd Deku. Are you sure you haven't been brainwashed by any of his junk? Do we really have to bet this on finding the dwarf this f*ed-up situation out there?"
"Yeah! This is it!" The doc voice burst up.
"What's the situation, professor?" Aizawa turning to him.
"Good news" Ashido asked, who had raised the wall and strutted intently. "We can bring Mineta in this timeline?"
"If my guess is right, yes." the professor noted. "The key is to ensure that the machine is stable and safe. I will present the situation to you immediately."
He pulled out a projector, and then he started typing on his tablet in his hand, on which diagrams appeared, and what the students could only blink at hesitantly.
"Maybe Momo or Tsuyu should have come in my place." Kaminari pulled his mouth in a little smile. "They might understand something about that."
Are we gonna write a paper or what?" Bakugo snored." Don't point those things at me, just get to the main point."
"Sure, sure..."The scientist smiled. "Bad habits of mine. Anyhow... I have examined the indicators of every instrument that can be found from the day your classmate disappeared. I then expanded the research and concluded that it did not start with his case. There have been unexplained discrepancies in the past, and after that, there have been outstanding reports of both missing valuables and persons. And these anomalies had two things in common, which might be the key to the success of our experiment. One is that not only did the disappearances increase, or stray wild animals and domestic animals appeared out of nowhere, but they also showed abnormal activity in certain mountainous areas. Low geological movements in places, where there were no major lines or even inactive volcanoes. On the other hand, a mineral used in energy, the bisinterhium, is found there. they reacted to the phenomenon, which leads me to believe that they feed the passageways in some way."
There was a pause in the breath, which was used by the hero apprentices to process the information tsunami caused by the fast-track physics lesson, with more or less success.
"It's very foggy for me." It was said at the same time by Ashido and Kaminari, who had roughly the same expression on their face as they tried not to lose track of it.
"Another important factor is likely to be a human factor." He went on to say that he was not particularly bothered by the fact that, for the audience, probably everything he said was Chinese. "Another wave of force was present at every moment between the beginning and the end, which is largely the same as those of people with paranormal and parasitic abilities. In order for our mission to be successful, we need to acquire a significant amount of bisinthium and carbonadium. We also need volunteers who are willing to help."
Although they still didn't fully understand it, one thing fell out even for the Ashido-Kaminari pair. There is hope. There is a solution!
"Do you know of any individuals who could be immediately mobilized for the cause?"
"I think there will be." Aizawa answered. "One person, I'm sure, will just have to make some paperwork."
Aizawa turned to the students, who all looked at him questioningly, but ready to act, looking at what their homeroom teacher's instructions would be.
"We need to convince Tokoyami and his parents to give their blessing to your classmates to participate in the experiment."

Then the door of the room opened and a woman, who looked like a secretary, rushed in.
"Professor Ichikawa! I have a bad news!"
"What is it, Mei?" he asked back with curious tone.
"The mining of the remaining bisinterium and carbonadium is prohibited by global law, because it's dangerous in every way, being able to absolve the quirks!"
The face of the company became completely dark in no time. Ichikawa however, was not surprised.
"I knew this would happen. This is where the problem comes in. Where do we get a very strong source of energy?"
No one knew the answer to that. Aizawa got an idea.
"Maybe we can get the machine to work with red plasma."
The doctor's eyes lit up and he was buried in his notes.
"Of course! I didn't think of that."
"Jesus! This doctor is even dumber than a bag of dried moths!" Bakugo sigh loud, but nobody said about his commentary.
"Red plasma is a constantly renewable energy source that can operate the time machine perfectly. The most beautiful thing is that after each refill it gets stronger and stronger."
"Should I set up a meeting with the U.S. Energy Commission?" Mei asked, who surprisingly followed the conversation perfectly.
"As soon as possible." He answered it quickly. She left the room. He sighed. "Here comes the first serious obstacle."
"What is that?" Ashido asked, little afraid of the negative answer.
"We need to convince the U.S. higher ups to give us red plasma and permission to use it. It can be used as an energy source, but it can also be used as a powerful chemical weapon. For a great example, 10 years ago, in the case of the Gravitation bomb incident in Dubai."
"No one wants to experience that attack again." Aizawa noted in serious tone. "Gravity was completely overturned and at least a million people lost their lives."
"A red plasma bomb would sound at least 20 times bigger than a Czar bomb. So it's going to be pretty hard to make sure."

It would take weeks to get in touch with the U.S. Energy Comission about weeks. But when Mei told the president the reason, it took less than three hours, and Ichikawa was already on a video call with the head of the US Energy Commission, Johnatan Speedwagon.
"Good day, Ichikawa Prosessor!"
"Good day to you, President Speedwagon." he bowed and rise up. "They probably told you why we need red plasma."
"Absolutely. But I'm afraid it's a huge risk in all areas. The smaller problem is getting the red plasma to I-island. The time machine is as dangerous as possible."
"I am aware of the risk. But we have good reasons to continue this experiment. A U.A. student, Minoru Mineta returned to the 20th century thanks to a mysterious figure."
"What?" Speedwagon asked back in full shock. "Could you send me the details of the case?"
Aizawa was watching the call nearby, but now he's in the camera's field of view.
"Sorry to disturb you. My name is Aizawa Shota. I personally saw the case."
"Can you tell me in details, please?"
The teacher told me about the whole thing. Speedwagon's face is getting worse.
"Damn it. The details are consistent with the disappearance two years ago. Only then did the most important man in Congress disappear. the entire case is cold and closed in the absence of evidence."
"If necessary, we will look for." Ichikawa suggested.
"Thank you, but it doesn't matter right now. We'll give you permission. In a week's time, we'll be able to secure the red plasma, which will be transported by a truck disguised as an oil tanker. We expect reinforcements in return. In our case star and stripes will guarantee the protection of the target during the trip."
"Thank you for the cooperation." Ichikawa said with a relieved smile. Speedwagon doesn't stop here.
"I have one more request, because it's a rather delicate matter."
"What is that?"
"As soon as the target is rescued, completely destroy every time machine-related projects. Otherwise, all the great powers of the country will know of its existence, and then there will be a chance of a world war breaking out."
Ichikawa's eyes stood silent and destroyed for half a minute. He spoke only after a great sigh.
"There's plenty to agree on. Once again, thank you for your cooperation."
"Don't mention it. The details are of course discussed later."
Then they said goodbye to each other. Aizawa looked at the doctor, but he doesn't have to ask anything.
"I knew my project would be destroyed. It's a shame, because I've been working on it the most."
"I'm sorry too, but this is the most logical step."
"Agree."

Everything went as planned. A bulky tanker of the company US. Oil slurred the mirror smooth surface of the endless blue ocean. On board, apparently, only the workers employed by the company were busy, giving no sign that the steel giant could hide anything other than fuel for sale. However, there were also unofficial guests in the captain's cabin. One of whom, the broad-shouldered, bulging Star and Stripe sat with unshakable confidence, with her back pulled out in the armchair offered to her. While on the other side of the well-preserved sea-bears are the captain Net and Selkie, and on the other side are the more anxious-looking Sirius and Tsuyu Asui.
"So far it's cool, so relax, girls." the blonde muscle colossus said with a wide grin on her face.
"We've only been on the road for four hours." Sirius sighed with wrinkled eyebrows. "And there's at least twice as much to go, so it's too early for joy. We need to be extra careful."
"If anyone had the courage to attack us in open water, they'd be crushed. Not only my team, but also Silkie's, and the ship's security personnel are on full alert."
"Don't underestimate the Leauge of Villains. It's fact, that the negotiations took place on an encrypted line, but they have already succeeded on two occasions in what we found impossible."
"I don't think so, girl. We just don't have to pretend like we're not strong, plus we're slick." Stars and Stripes winked.
"I'm also concerned that we don't know exactly what we're protecting." Sirius murmured as she crushed her fists in her lap. "The only initiate among us is you, and I understand that it's a safety precaution, but if everything falls, our ignorance may lead to something terrible."
"We have to protect the fuel, no matter what happens." she noted confidently. "If they get hurt, we won't have time to think about our mistakes. Not to us, not to our opponents. In the worst-case scenario, they get away with it, but both sides will retaliate."
Sirius saw that there was no point in making any more argument, so she sighed tiredly and returned to the silent excitement. Finally, they made it safely to the port of Fukue, but the iron strap on the Japanese chest just didn't want to relax.
"A ten-hour journey with the caravan is wait for us." she thought to herself, then looked at her boss. "I'm really not happy that we can't supervise the transport from here on out, because the Navy is calling us back. I like Tsuyu-chan, and I don't want to leave her. Take care of yourself."
She said the last part to Tsuyu.
"I will." Tsuyu said with a serious, yet friendly smile. "Soon there will be Burnin and Ryukyu, who will oversee the land road. I have nothing to fear."

Ten minutes later, the two trucks came in, and then they strapped on the cars with chemical warnings. In the meantime, They didn't even notice a curious nose that interfered with the events, which they immediately regretted.
"Damn it! I knew this job would pay a lot of money..."
The driver of truck number one, Kokitsune Seishin, growled nervously to himself. And the source of his concern was the replay of the sentences from the mouth of Star and Stripe. His Quirk, the Bagu, it cans play the person's earlier conversations on his head, whoever he touched. However, in contrast to official records, he is not only able to listen to what has been said in the last hour, but also to the material of a full year. So he was able to conduct small, unobtrusive, small businesses within the framework of honesty, driving the water to his own mill and making his mediocre, average life easier. But in search of the American hero's head, he felt that this time he reached into a hornet's nest.
"Red plasma? A supernatural threat? Unexpected disappearances of time travel and demons? What kind of shit am I in? If it doesn't attract all the crazy bastards, then nothing. In this case, it is understandable that they asked for big-shot heroes. Hmmm. How much would the press pay for such a story? The end of the world could be a very juicy headline, and it would open up a lot of scribblers' wallets."
He looked to the side in his driver's cab, where a little girl had just dropped down in the middle, as well as Burnin on the far right seat, and he pushed me onto the wheel. The engine blew up, and then they started, and his thoughts were still around. Finally, after about an hour of uninterrupted serpentine, he reached a decision.
"No, I'll let it go. It's too risky. If there's trouble, they'll find me very soon, the press won't keep their backs for anyone. All I need to do is pick up the money after we get to Tokyo with our skin intact..."
His thoughts were interrupted by the first major problem. In the blink of an eye, he saw a piano coming out of the corner of his eye, and the women sitting next to him exclaimed, seeing her face reflected on the inhabited black sheet, only one thing glided through his head.
"So much for easy work and successful delivery."

Fortunately for them, however, the vehicle did not roll over, but just sparkled its side through the tape railing on a 20-thirty-meters stretch, and then it was led back to the middle. He didn't even have to tell me to hit the floor. And the piano trick was nothing more, than Compres's surprise attack, followed by a dozen others, pouring construction debris, rocks, cars, and other heavy objects out of nowhere.
"The Leauge of Villains ambush us! These sons of bitches wanna steal our truck!" Burnin shout and jumped the roof on the truck.
"You protect the convoy, and I'll hold them off." Ryukyu shout back from the other car. "My team and I will deal with them. We can't let it slow us down, or the mission will be compromised."
"Roger that!" Burnin shouted back, then jumped at the truck's nose to make sure the driver heard what he was saying. "You heard? Push that pedal like it's your girlfriend."
"I'm not stupid! I did it already!" He screamed nervously out of the his mouth. "If I have a girlfriend, and I know what you're talking about..."
As soon as Burnin turned his back on him, Ryukyu took her combat form and pressed the alarm button next to her belt buckle. The next moment, an army of mens jumped on her from a height, all wearing the same black jumpsuit. She swinged with her tail, which swept away nearly half of the enemy, and soon after, they dripped off him into a bunch of mass.
"They have Twice too." she murmured under her nose, until she waved his tail again to kill the remnants, but a huge blue flame prevented him from doing so. She angry at the turn to the cause the flames. "Dabi!"
"Don't think that scum like you can just take us down like ants." Dabi noted with a psycopath smile, who just unleashed the next pillar of fire on them. Although she groaned hard, she managed to repel the villain's attack, but taking advantage of the opportunity offered, he was stormed by the remaining half of the clone army, who each held a weapon in their hands. the first two reached Ryukyu, who, although barely got scratching her armor, had not recovered from the previous attack, so her legs trembled slightly. Four Twice clones targeted her neck when Dabi once again summon his fire, from which he erected a wall and was about to surround the hero, separated from his newly emerged helpers, who in the meantime fought Spinner, Himiko Toga, and a bunch of other clones. Before the scorching ring closed, a green tail exploded into the center, which disrupted its contiguous structure, consuming half a dozen copies. Dabi caught his eye with the meddling Burnin, who, thanks to the help of her companions, had some breathing, thus helping his fellow hero in the fight, thwarting the assassination.
"Dam hero scumbag!" Dabi shout very loudly.
"You're not the only one, who playing with fire." Shouted Burnin sassy-faced. Meanwhile, Shigaraki Tomura watching from the top of the hill began to lose his patience.
"I see you can't do anything without me." he hiss under his nose and take his communicator. "I don't have time to wait forever for you to get the red plasma. All for one's patience is running out. Twice, I'm gonna go down there and vaporize everyone, make a team that's gonna secure the shipment after I tear the two cars apart."
"Don't give order to me!" Twice snapped, but changed his tone immediately. "Yes, boss, as you wish. But as far as I can tell, the car problem will be half-solved."
He pointed the nearest car.
"Shit!"
The curse word that left the mouth of the roaring Kokitsune Seishin was for the sharp corner in front of them, which was just pointed out. Because with a vehicle this big, at nearly top speed, it would be a neck-breaking stunt to take it without falling head-first into the abyss. And he knew exactly that.
"I hope there are still gods, because all we can do is pray." He gnawed his teeth, as he almost ripped the wheel out of his place with his sweaty palms. And then, along came the bend, flashy sparks everywhere, and then an unexpected flash, after a series of knocking and banging sounds that hit the side of the car. On the other hand, the road beneath them became shaky, and the next moment he realized what was wrong. The road, the nearby mountains and the distant silhouette of the nearest town disappeared from them, instead he found himself on a wide cobblestone road in an unknown place.
"Good Buddha, where are we?" He shout and looked at the man sitting next to him.
"No idea!" He heard Burnin screaming from the top of the truck, which calmed him down a little. "But don't stop. I'll figure something out while we go ahead, just don't hit anyone. Everywhere we go, that sons of villains are after us."
"Okay! You don't have to tell me twi..."
There was another flash, which almost made the man jump out of his skin, but this time there was a joyful feeling, because he saw asphalt again in front of him, with the usual buildings. Immediately stepped on the brakes.
"I don't care where we are, I don't care if Her Ladyship doesn't like it. I don't want any more surprises like that."
They got out of the vehicle, and, to his greatest relief, Burnin and Ryukyu, whom that landed a few meters away did not start in a heated order, but looked around with suspicious shock where they went.
"Can't believe my eyes." he said with confusion.
"Same." she whispered and call the headquarter.
"What are you talking about?" The man asked with a narrowing stomach, while his chauffeur and the helpers of the heroes also climbed out.
"This is our destination." Burnin answered. "We arrived in the I-Island for f*ck sake!"
But instead of euphoric joy, there was astounding incomprehension, just like everyone else.

Meanwhile, the remaining villains felt the same way. They immediately retreated, which was not difficult to carry out. After all, the heroes looked at the events completely cluelessly.
"What the bloody hell was that?" Shiragaki grumped nervously, while madly scratching himself like a flea dog. "These bastards already have a portal opener?"
"I don't think that. They surprised as we." Dabi answered.
"So we have a competitor who wants to steal the spotlight and the applause from us?" Copress ask, while look at the anomaly's place.
"Either way, it's better to find an answer as soon as possible." Tomura said silently, but stopped the scratch. "I don't want another annoying clown like Overhaul, who just blocking me."
He turned back to their car.
"Find out who did it and eliminate it."
"Yes, boss!" The others answered in the chorus. After the heroes examined the scene and left with empty hands, they did the same. In the end, they both came to the same conclusion, that whatever happened was above the present scientific explanation.

On I-island, drivers were interrogated and allowed to rest before returning to America in an empty tanker. The red plasma was installed in the machine, so we just need the last link to start the experiments. Tokoyami was sitting on the train, deep in the thoughts, heading for the port city designated as their destination. On the left was his homeroom teacher and another teacher, Mindnight, while on the right was his role model and patron, Hawks, and Mount Lady. Most of the time, they were just sitting silently, during which the bird boy rewinded the conversation that aizawa had with his parents. A tense sigh comes out of the boy.
"Is there any problem?" Midnight asked, after she turn her head towards him. "Are you feel nervous?"
"Partly." he answered moderately.o "It's more like I still can't believe that my parents were just having a hard time agreeing to this."
"Because they worry about you." Hawks said and pat on his shoulder. "We are especially grateful for their trust."
"Me too." he said with a nod. "I am honored to serve a greater good with my quirk."
That day, before dark, they reached I-Island, where Ichikawa, as usual, received them all in machine-man centaur form.
"So you made it safely. Great." The scientist shouted out, and hurried to meet them. "Was everything okay on the road? There was no anomaly?"
"What do you mean, doc?" Hawks asked.
"There were minor problems with the red plasma during transportation." He said it while scratching his forehead. "It is not enough that the mining of the two raw materials corresponding to the machine has been completely banned, and I had to negotiate with my American colleagues to share with us the fruits of their precious research on alternative energy sources. But even we were suprised with an unexpected leap in space and time. We couldn't find out if it was targeted or random, mainly because the shipment was teleported to my doorstep."
"Hm. It is very strange." he noted.
"Why are we so nervous about what happened?" Mt. Lady asked with a big smile. "Let's be happy with the free home delivery."
"May I ask for a little more seriousness, my dear colleague?" Midnight asked with little sour tone.
"I'd rather have a little less stake in your ass."
"Leave personal differences for later." Aizawa cut the argument, and the two women looked at each other with narrow eyes. "The whole thing's kind of weird, stacked on top of each other, so let's take it seriously."
"Yeah. All this fuss about saving Mineta. If he knew we were so worried about him, he'd feel like a star by now." Midnight burst in laugh.
"Probably." Hawks joined with a big smile. "We also know that he's stuck around 1905. If he's still alive, he's probably looking at the woman's bathouse. or drooling in front of a brothel in a red light district."
"Or begging some spare change on the street." Mt. Lady noted and the three heroes burst into laugh. Aizawa lost his patience.
"It's not funny what you're doing. If you were in this situation, no hero or student would make fun of you!"
"Sorry." the trio said and bowed. Tokoyami was happy about the break, so he could focus on the reason for his stay."
"Professor Ichikawa! Could you tell me what I have to do in here?"
"Ah, yes." The scientist nodded and waved at a container with a wide motion. "You have to go in there."
He nodded obediently and crept into the cylindrical cab.
"I'm asking you to involve yourself with the Dark Shadow while you're inside." the doc's orders were given, and the hero apprentice did so. Ichikawa closed the door and then, after a short sizzling sound, he spoke again. "The speaker will be on all the time, if there is any problem, you can signal us."
When Tokoyami nodded again, he began to tamper with the dashboard on the side of the tank, constantly explaining to those around him.
"I'm going to inject the red plasma in vaporized form to Tokoyami, where it's saturated with the Dark Shadow's energy, and then I'm going to drive it straight into the engine of the time machine. Once all cells are fully charged, we will attempt to send an object of small, simpler structure and non-living tissue through it."
Everyone indicated to Ichikawa, that they understood all the points of the session, and as previously discussed, they retreated to stand by to help in case of trouble in time.
"Tokoyami! I will start the injection! You may experience a weakening in the process, but this is not a cause for panic."
"Okay."

In the midst of the loud roar of the machines, a blood-like mist covered the Tokoyami"s body, and after about five minutes, it began to paint the translucent surface with its particles in the glass columns towering next to the passageway. It seemed like an eternity before the meters signaled on Ichikawa's tablet that they were ready to use.
"Everything all right there?" the doctor asked, as he leaned close to the UA's student, who had been forced to sit down ever since, although he endured the whole thing without a word.
"Yes, doctor." he responded.
"You just have to take it a little longer."
He quickly walked up to the box on his desk, from which he pulled out a wrench. Stepped on the small stage in front of the passageway and threw it into the burgundy curtain within the gate with a dynamic movement.
"The object arrived the other side and reached its target. According to the attached scanner, the structure is intact." he mumbled excitedly as he turned. They could all see his bright eyes, which might have shone brighter than his machine at this moment. "Time to move phase 2."

Three days passed since the fist experiement. They only started the machine once a day, constantly amplifying the red plasma. Only small objects were thrown through the plane and only 1 to 3 centuries were allowed back. But not for long, so as not to contaminate the timeline. They were all successful, but they really only made minimal progress. one of the related problems was only found out at the end of the last experiment by Ichikawa.
"We will be able to experiment more seriously in a month."
"Could we know the reason?" Aizawa asked.
"Well, the first reason is that while the red plasma emits more and more energy every time it recharges, it's still not enough to operate the time machine more seriously. During this month, we will use it again and again to set up and open the time machine. We don't naturally throw anything through it."
"Fair, but is there another reason?" Ashido asked who was a little depressed when she heard the news, but quickly put this thing aside.
"Yeah. Tokoyami has been completely exhausted in four experiments so far. If we use him on a daily basis, it can kill him."
The doctor was absolutely right about that. I had to get it out of the box the last time. But in Bakugo's mind, another question was raised.
"Did the research show anything from the truck's arrival?"
"Nothing." the doc sighed. "The two carriers returned to America yesterday morning with the truck, but they did not encounter any further anomalies. The detectives and heroes who came in couldn't do anything about it. So, let's get to our current situation."
Ichikawa looked out the window, gathering his thoughts. He continued to speak only when he turned to the company.
"You're going back in the U.A. and continue your studies, life etc. We're going to reinforce I-Island security, which will be headed by Endeavor and Hawks. It is unlikely that the Leauge of Villains or anyone else will attack, but right now, even death is no longer certain. But I ask you not to tell the world what's going on here. It can also cause global panic."
"We understand." They all answered. They said goodbye to ichikawa and packed their bags, leaving the island in the evening.

The whole subject of time travel has been discussed again on the plane.
"I really hope that Mineta will be grateful, that we are suffering so much by dragging he back here." Bakugo mourn.
"Of course. He is part of our class." Ashido sighed, but with a smile. Kaminari burst into laugh.
"I think he's gonna hate us. He will have to learn several months of class and training. He's gonna suck more than a porn star!"
Ashido also laughed at his comment, which for some inexplicable reason Bakugo joined. Aizawa did not interrupt, but sat back on his chair and fell asleep again. Things are going well for now, but the only feeling was certain for everyone involved in the time machine. This is just the beginning of something big.
