I quickly stood up sticking my guns back in my belt. As I did I discovered Lucy's toy. I rushed to the kitchen flinging the cabinets open and raiding them for our super glue. I finally spotted it in the back behind the bowls after five minutes of searching. Grabbing it, I used it to glue back on Raven's leg. Smiling at the toy I looked up at S.

She smiled at me kindly.

"I-I've got to go to them." I told her.

"I know." Responded S.

I ran out of the house as fast as my legs would take me. Franticly looking around I ran threw the city. Leaping over the tall building's as sunrise threatened to makes its entrance. I checked all over looking everywhere till I spotted a pink scarf. That pink scarf belonged to Lucy it was one of a kind. We found her with it when she was just two years old. "DJ!" I shouted as I jumped off the building, landing clumsily and almost falling. As I raised my head I noticed tears falling from his eyes.

He tried to speak but he just froze up.

"DJ... I'm sorry...." I spoke trying to not break down myself.

"No I'm sorry Ash..." He almost shouted.

Lucy looked at us both confused as to why we were shouting. She'd never seen us fight or cry like this.

"I shouldn't have let that happen I shouldn't have yelled at you we were both scared I-I was scared I thought I'd loose my baby girl but instead I lost my wife" He said as tears fell to the ground from his sharp hazel eyes.

I smiled and hugged him. "Don't worry okay babe it's all in the past" I said as a single tear fell from my eye.

He smiled at me his glow returning.

I then turned to face Lucy opening my hand to reveal her toy.

"Raven!" She shouted taking the toy from my hand and hugging it as close as she could.

With that DJ and I intertwined hands and we all walked towards home. Learning that love may be difficult but it conquers all.
